eighth step: a displacement sensor in the equipment guide air seal press-fitting station automatically checks the position of the guide air seal;
ninth step: the equipment guiding air seal lubrication station automatically lubricates the guiding air seal;
tenth step: the equipment camera automatically checks the guide air seal;
eleventh step: and the separator plate jacking, overturning and discharging mechanism in the equipment conveys qualified products to the material taking station, and unqualified workpieces are conveyed into an unqualified box.
Compared with the prior art, the invention redesigns the originally separated stations, simplifies and integrates the stations into one device, realizes full-mechanized operation, saves manpower and material resources in the production process, reduces the occurrence rate of scrapped products, improves the production rate, and saves the occupied space of the stations.

A lubrication testing device for automatic assembly of a guide gas seal, comprising: frame, footing, loading attachment, middle septum moving mechanism, apron pressure equipment lubricating arrangement, direction air seal pressure equipment frock, direction air seal lubrication station, apron pressure equipment and detection station in place, its characterized in that: the machine frame consists of an upper machine frame (1) and a lower machine frame (2), one side of the machine frame is provided with a feeding device (16), a table panel (3) is arranged between the upper machine frame (1) and the lower machine frame (2), a footing (4) is arranged below the lower machine frame (2), a gas circuit board (5) is arranged on the lower machine frame (2), a gas circuit system (9) is fixed on the gas circuit board (5), protective glass (6) is embedded on the upper machine frame (1), the feeding device (16) is connected with a middle partition plate moving mechanism (11), a leather ring press-fitting device (10) and an upper leather ring lubricating device (17) are arranged above the middle partition plate moving mechanism (11), the upper leather ring lubricating device (17) is close to a guide air seal press-fitting station (13), a vertical partition plate (7) is arranged between the upper leather ring lubricating device (17) and the guide air seal press-fitting station (13), the upper side of the vertical partition plate (7) is fixed on the transverse partition plate (8), the upper leather ring lubricating device (17) is fixed on one side of the vertical partition plate (7), the upper leather ring lubricating device (17) is provided with a guide air seal station (13) corresponding to the lower leather ring lubricating device (12), the front of the guide air seal press-fitting station (13) is connected with a middle partition jacking, overturning and blanking mechanism (14), and a guide air seal lubrication detection station (15) is arranged above the middle partition jacking, overturning and blanking mechanism (14);

and a second step of: starting feeding by a vibrating hopper provided with a leather collar;
and a third step of: an upper lubricating device of the equipment automatically lubricates the middle partition plate;
fourth step: the equipment apron press-fitting device automatically presses the apron into the middle partition plate;
fifth step: the middle partition board is sent to the next working procedure by a middle partition board moving mechanism in the equipment;
sixth step: the equipment is provided with a vibrating hopper for guiding the air seal for automatic feeding;
seventh step: the equipment guiding air seal press-mounting station automatically assembles a guiding air seal;
eighth step: a displacement sensor in the equipment guide air seal press-fitting station automatically checks the position of the guide air seal;
ninth step: the equipment guiding air seal lubrication station automatically lubricates the guiding air seal;
tenth step: the equipment camera automatically checks the guide air seal;
eleventh step: and the separator plate jacking, overturning and discharging mechanism in the equipment conveys qualified products to the material taking station, and unqualified workpieces are conveyed into an unqualified box.
