Abstract
The invention discloses a glass crushing device based on a glass panel production line, which comprises a machine frame and a crushing box body, wherein a jacking PIN device and a roller conveying device are arranged on the machine frame; the PIN jacking device comprises an air cylinder and a synchronous lifter, a plurality of PIN rods are arranged on the synchronous lifter, and the air cylinder drives the PIN rods on the synchronous lifter to ascend or descend; the invention greatly improves the working efficiency of breaking the scrapped large glass into small pieces, has compact overall structure, utilizes the light weight of the section bar, greatly reduces the weight of the whole equipment and saves resources.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the LED industry, in particular to a glass breaking device based on a glass panel production line.
Background
At present, the market demand for liquid crystal glass panels is increasing, and the development efficiency of liquid crystal glass panel production lines is also increasing. With the growing attention to production space, production efficiency and production process, the requirements of the existing equipment on automation efficiency are higher and higher.
Therefore, there is a need for a glass crushing machine capable of automatically conveying, crushing and recovering, thereby improving the production efficiency, so as to overcome the problem of low automation efficiency existing at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a glass crushing device based on a glass panel production line, which solves the technical problem of automatic crushing and recycling treatment of large-size scrapped glass.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the glass crushing device based on the glass panel production line comprises a machine frame and a crushing box body, wherein a jacking PIN device and a roller conveying device are arranged on the machine frame, a glass encapsulation shaft conveying device and a crushing gear set are arranged in the crushing box body, the roller conveying device and the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device are positioned on the same horizontal line, and a sealing recovery device is connected to the bottom end of the crushing box body; the PIN jacking device comprises an air cylinder and a synchronous lifter, a plurality of PIN rods are arranged on the synchronous lifter, and the air cylinder drives the PIN rods on the synchronous lifter to ascend or descend; the glass rubber coating shaft conveying device comprises two pairs of rubber coating shafts and a pair of hard shafts which are sequentially arranged along the same horizontal line, wherein the crushing gear hobbing group comprises a pair of first gear hobbing shafts positioned on the same horizontal line of the hard shafts and a pair of second gear hobbing shafts positioned below the hard shafts.
The roller conveying device comprises a plurality of roller shafts which are arranged at intervals along the upper end of the machine frame, and a driving shaft which is connected with a motor, wherein the driving shaft is in transmission connection with the end parts of the roller shafts which are arranged at intervals by adopting magnetic wheels.
The glass rubber coating shaft conveying device and the crushing gear hobbing set are respectively connected with the variable frequency motor through chain transmission.
And a waste trolley is arranged below a discharge hole of the sealing and recycling device, and the sealing and recycling cylinder drives the sealing and recycling device to move downwards to be in sealing connection with the waste trolley.
According to the invention, the PIN jacking device is lifted to the highest point, glass is placed on a PIN rod by a robot arm, a cylinder starts to withdraw, the PIN is driven by a synchronous lifter to descend, the glass falls onto a roller conveying device, the roller conveying device conveys the glass to a glass encapsulation shaft conveying device, the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device clamps and fixes the glass, the glass is broken through a breaking gear hobbing group, glass fragments fall onto a sealing recovery device, the sealing recovery cylinder is withdrawn, and a worker operates an electric forklift to move a waste trolley to a glass recovery position.
The invention has the advantages and effects that: 1. greatly improves the working efficiency of breaking the scrapped large glass into small pieces. 2. The structure is compact, the weight of the whole equipment is greatly reduced by using the light weight of the profile, and the resources are saved.

referring to the attached drawings, the glass crushing device based on the glass panel production line comprises a machine frame 1 and a crushing box body 2, wherein a jacking PIN device 3 and a roller conveying device 4 are arranged on the machine frame 1, a glass encapsulation shaft conveying device 5 and a crushing gear hobbing set 6 are arranged in the crushing box body 2, the roller conveying device 4 and the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device 5 are positioned on the same horizontal line, and a sealing recovery device 7 is connected to the bottom end of the crushing box body 2; the PIN jacking device 3 comprises an air cylinder 8 and a synchronous lifter 9, wherein a plurality of PIN rods 10 are arranged on the synchronous lifter 9, and the air cylinder 8 drives the PIN rods 10 on the synchronous lifter 9 to ascend or descend; the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device 5 comprises two pairs of encapsulation shafts 11 and a pair of hard shafts 12 which are sequentially arranged along the same horizontal line, and the crushing gear hobbing group 6 comprises a pair of first gear hobbing shafts 13 positioned on the same horizontal line of the hard shafts 12 and a pair of second gear hobbing shafts 14 positioned below the hard shafts 12; the roller conveying device 4 comprises a plurality of roller shafts 16 which are arranged along the upper end of the machine frame 1 at intervals, and a driving shaft 18 which is connected with a motor 17, wherein the driving shaft 18 is in transmission connection with the end parts of the roller shafts 16 which are arranged at intervals by adopting magnetic wheels 19; the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device 5 and the crushing hobbing set 6 are respectively connected with the variable frequency motor 20 through chain transmission; a waste trolley is arranged below a discharge hole of the sealing and recycling device 7, and the sealing and recycling cylinder drives the sealing and recycling device 7 to move downwards to be in sealing connection with the waste trolley 15.
The invention uses aluminum section and stainless steel frame as the frame; the device mainly solves the problem of automatic crushing work of scrapped glass in factories.
The jacking PIN device drives the synchronous jack through the air cylinder, so that the whole PIN rod structure ascends and descends.
The roller conveying device drives all roller shafts to rotate through a motor, a belt wheel, a driving shaft, a coupling and a magnetic wheel, and glass smoothly enters the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device through a guide wheel. The glass rubber covered shaft conveying device 3 and the crushing hobbing 4 are meshed and rotated by a motor speed reducer, a chain wheel and a chain. The sealing recovery device is driven by the air cylinder to press the waste trolley, so that falling fragments are prevented from splashing.

The glass crushing device based on the glass panel production line comprises a machine frame and a crushing box body, and is characterized in that a jacking PIN device and a roller conveying device are arranged on the machine frame, a glass encapsulation shaft conveying device and a crushing gear hobbing set are arranged in the crushing box body, the roller conveying device and the glass encapsulation shaft conveying device are positioned on the same horizontal line, and a sealing recovery device is connected to the bottom end of the crushing box body; the PIN jacking device comprises an air cylinder and a synchronous lifter, a plurality of PIN rods are arranged on the synchronous lifter, and the air cylinder drives the PIN rods on the synchronous lifter to ascend or descend; the glass rubber coating shaft conveying device comprises two pairs of rubber coating shafts and a pair of hard shafts which are sequentially arranged along the same horizontal line, and the crushing gear hobbing group comprises a pair of first gear hobbing shafts positioned on the same horizontal line of the hard shafts and a pair of second gear hobbing shafts positioned below the hard shafts;
the roller conveying device comprises a plurality of roller shafts which are arranged along the upper end of the machine frame at intervals, and a driving shaft which is connected with a motor, wherein the driving shaft is in transmission connection with the end parts of the roller shafts which are arranged at intervals by adopting magnetic wheels;
