Abstract
本发明公开了一种草本养发膏及其制备方法。本发明所制备的草本养发膏包括中草药提取液与中草药粉末,其中,所述中草药提取液为采用溶剂对中草药原料进行提取得到;所述中草药原料包括艾叶、金银花藤、苦丁茶、芝麻叶、桑叶、枸杞叶份、红茶叶;所述中草药粉末包括侧柏叶、何首乌、黑豆、芦荟、马齿苋、秋葵、桑葚、当归、黑芝麻、艾叶、生姜、藏红花、黑米、红花、玫瑰花、山药、石榴、桃花、天麻、紫玫瑰、白芨、薄荷、甘松、花生衣、柠檬等多种中草药。本发明精选多种中草药,并得出其最佳配方组分,获得的草本养发膏配方安全无毒,且各组分药物合用,可共同起到生发、治疗白发功效。

本发明涉及草本养发技术领域,特别涉及一种草本养发膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会压力不断增大和生活节奏的加快,环境的不断恶化,以及不良饮食的饮食习惯,伴随我们的非健康、亚健康也与日俱增,中国的脱发和白发的患者越来越多。
脱发是指头发脱落的现象。正常脱落的头发都是处于退行期及休止期的毛发,由于进入退行期与新进入生长期的毛发不断处于动态平衡,故能维持正常数量的头发。病理性脱发是指头发异常或过度的脱落,造成头部皮肤不同程度的裸露,直接影响个人形象及美观。病理性脱发原因很多,有雄激素性脱发、神经性脱发、内分泌脱发、营养性脱发、季节性脱发等。随着生活节奏的加快和社会压力的增大,人们的生活压力也越来越大,由于得不到充分的休息和适当的锻炼,人们的身体大多处于亚健康状态,内分泌失调,免疫力下降,导致脱发现象的发生和加剧。
白发是指黑发全部或部分变为白发的现象。生白发是由于头发髓质和皮质里黑色素颗粒减少或被空气填空的缘故,其原因有先天性和后天性两种。正常情况下,毛乳头内有丰富的血管,为毛乳头、毛球部提供充足的营养,黑色素颗粒便顺利合成。当黑色素颗粒在毛乳头、毛球部的形成发生障碍,或虽然形成但因某种因素,不能运送到毛发中去,从而使毛发髓质、皮质部分的黑色素颗粒减少、消失时,就会出现白发。后天性白发有老年性白发和少年白发两种。有的年迈体弱而白发很少。少年白发发生于儿童及青少年,常有家族史,除白发增多外,不影响身体健康。青春时期骤然发生的白发,有的与营养障碍有关。总的来说,后天中又有几个原因:营养缺乏,长期精神紧张和阳光不足。中医认为白头发是肾阴虚造成,肾功能衰弱导致身体代谢功能减慢,因此白头发的治疗应先补足肾阴,从根本上调治。另外,一些皮肤病如白癜风等也会造成白头发。正常人一般是35岁开始生白头发,如果提早出现的话,就最好前去治疗。先天遗传造成的白头发难以医治,但后天原因生成的白头发经过治疗,情况是可以改善的。
近年来,脱发、白发的人群不断增多,也引起了人们的重视,目前市场上也出现了一些相关的洗护发产品和药物,但是效果不佳,且见效慢,因此,亟需研发出一种既能生发,同时还能治疗白发的养发产品。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种草本养发膏及其制备方法,既能生发,同时还能治疗白发,见效快,效果显著。

优选的,所述中草药提取液的制备方法选自超声波提取法、溶剂浸提法、索氏抽提法、微波提取法中的任一种或几种。
优选的,所述中草药提取液为采用下述方法制得:将中草药原料与溶剂混合后,在80~100℃条件下加热1~2h,经过滤制得中草药提取液。
优选的,所述溶剂为去离子水。

第二方面,本发明还提供了一种制备如第一方面所述的草本养发膏的方法,包括如下步骤:将所述中草药粉末与中草药提取液混合后,在20~30℃条件下恒温1.5~4小时,密封后静置发酵10~24小时,制得草本养发膏。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
通过本发明所制得的草本养发膏经发明人大量的实验和研究,精选多种中草药,并得出其最佳配方组分,获得的草本养发膏配方安全无毒,且各组分药物合用,可共同起到促进头皮血液循环,使头皮、头发和毛囊得到充足的营养,同时能促进发根黑素细胞分裂、激活酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素生成,从根源实现黑发养发的功效。另外,本发明的原料精选自30多种中草药,原料成本低,且制备工艺简单,采用中草药提取液与中草药粉末在低温(20~30℃)下制成膏,既可有效防止热敏性物质氧化,又可挥发性物质逸散。

(1)取下述重量份数计的中草药原料:艾叶25份、金银花藤15份、苦丁茶15份、芝麻叶15份、桑叶10份、枸杞叶10份、红茶叶10份;将中草药原料与去离子水按照1:15(g/ml)的重量体积比混合后,在100℃条件下加热2h,用三层纱布过滤,去除滤渣,得到中草药提取液。

按照所述中草药粉末与步骤(1)所得的中草药提取液的重量比为1:1.25的比例,将所述中草药粉末加入到步骤(1)所得的中草药提取液中,在25℃条件下以150r/min转速搅拌2h后,密封静置发酵12小时,制得草本养发膏。

效果实施例1
(1)试验材料:
小鼠黑素瘤B16F1细胞(武汉大学典型培养物保藏中心)、RPMI-1640培养基(购自美国Gibico公司)、DMEM高糖培养基(购自美国Gibico公司)、胎牛血清FBS(购自Hyclone公司)、HEPES(购自Promega公司)、胰蛋白酶(Typsin)(购自Ameresco公司)、L-多巴(购自美国Sigma公司)、TritonX-100(购自美国Sigma公司)、青霉素、硫酸链霉素、二甲基亚砜、NaOH(分析纯)、MTT(噻唑蓝)等试剂。
(2)细胞培养:
用含10%胎牛血清的DMEM培养基37℃、5%CO2条件下常规培养小鼠黑素瘤B16F1细胞,传代24小时后,备用。
(3)细胞增殖率的测定:
将传代细胞的浓度调至1×105个/mL加入96孔培养板,每孔0.1mL。孵育24小时,待细胞贴壁厚,吸去旧培养液,加入实施例1-9和对比例1~6所制得的草本养发膏的新鲜培养液0.1mL,置于37℃、5%CO2条件下继续培养48小时,每一实施例设立3个复孔,取平均值,并设置培养基为空白对照。采用经典的MTT比色法测定细胞增值率,其计算公式如下:
细胞增殖率(%)=各浓度平均吸光度值/空白对照组平均吸光度值×100%;检测结果参见图1。
(4)酪氨酸酶活性测定:
取0.1mL实施例1-9和对比例1~6所制得的草本养发膏作用小鼠黑素瘤B16F1细胞2天后,测定酪氨酸酶活性,每一实施例设立3个复孔,取平均值,并设置培养基为空白对照,其计算公式如下:
酪氨酸酶的激活率(%)=各实施例平均吸光度值/空白对照组平均吸光度值×100%;检测结果参见图2。
(5)黑色素含量测定:
将配置的细胞悬液以1×105个/mL密度接种于6孔板,孵育1天后加入0.1mL实施例1-7和对比例1所制得的草本养发膏继续培养2天,每一实施例设立3个复孔,取平均值,并设置培养基为空白对照,测定黑素含量,其计算公式如下:
黑素含量(%)=各实施例平均吸光度值/空白对照组平均吸光度值×100%;检测结果参见图3。
测定结果分析:
①细胞增殖率:从图1可以看出,与对比例1~6所制得的草本养发膏相比,实施例1-9所制备的草本养发膏可明显促进黑色瘤细胞增殖,且效果明显优于对比例1~6。实施例1、4~9与实施例2-3相比说明草本养发膏的各原料的添加重量份达到一定程度后增加或减少原料对产品功效没有促进作用,其中,实施例1所制备的草本养发膏对黑色瘤细胞增殖的促进效果最好,黑色瘤细胞增殖率含量达到150%以上,其次是实施例9所制备的草本养发膏,黑色瘤细胞增殖率含量在125%以上,取得了令发明人意想不到的效果。
②酪氨酸酶活性:从图2可以看出,与对比例1~6所制得的草本养发膏相比,实施例1-9所制备的草本养发膏可明显促进酪氨酸酶的激活率的增多,且效果明显优于对比例1~6。实施例1、4~9与实施例2-3相比说明草本养发膏的各原料的添加重量份达到一定程度后增加或减少原料对产品功效没有促进作用,其中,实施例1所制备的草本养发膏对酪氨酸酶的激活率的促进效果最好,酪氨酸酶的激活率含量达到270%以上,其次是实施例9所制备的草本养发膏,酪氨酸酶的激活率含量在250%以上,取得了令发明人意想不到的效果。
③黑色素含量:从图3可以看出,与对比例1~6所制得的草本养发膏相比,实施例1-9所制备的草本养发膏可明显促进黑色素含量的增多,且效果明显优于对比例1~6。实施例1、4~9与实施例2-3相比说明草本养发膏的各原料的添加重量份达到一定程度后增加或减少原料对产品功效没有促进作用,其中,实施例1所制备的草本养发膏对黑色素的促进效果最好,黑色素含量达到250%以上,其次是实施例9所制备的草本养发膏,黑色素含量在230%以上,取得了令发明人意想不到的效果。
效果实施例2
用本发明实施例1所制得的草本养发膏经250个白发患者使用,进行长期观察。250例患者中,男125名,女125名,年龄在26~45岁之间,平均年龄34岁,每周1次,试验时间为半年。
使用方法:患者洗净头发、干燥后,取适量的草本养发膏揉搓发根部,并用梳子或手指梳理,使得养发膏覆盖发根皮肤及头发,保留4小时后再洗净。
疗效评定标准:白发全部变黑为痊愈,白发白黑大于80%为显效,白发变黑大于30%为有效,治疗前后变化不大为无效。
试验结果:250例使用本发明实施例1所提供的养发膏进行治疗,疗效显著,其中,痊愈187例,显效32例,有效31例,无效0例,说明本发明实施例1所提供的草本养发膏具有良好的黑发功效。
效果实施例3
用本发明实施例1所制得的草本养发膏经250个脱发患者使用,进行长期观察。250例患者中,男125名,女125名,年龄在26~65岁之间,平均年龄47岁,使用频率为每周1次,试验时间为2个月。
使用及观察方法:使用前,用温水将脱发处的皮肤洗净,再用医用棉签蘸取本发明实施例1所提供的草本养发膏涂抹于患处,保留4小时,使用频率为每周1次,1个月为一个疗程,持续使用2个月后,观察并详细记录患者脱发区域面积变化和头发生长情况,同时记录患者的不良反应情况。
疗效评定标准:①痊愈:新发全部长出,分布密度、毛发粗细、色泽同正常头发,轻拉试验阴性;②显效:新发生长50%以上,有较多毳毛变为终毛,轻拉试验阴性;③有效:新发生长10%以上(包括毳毛),但生长缓慢,轻拉试验阴性或阳性。④无效:无新发生长或新发生长低于10%或边生长边脱落。
试验结果:250例使用本发明实施例1所提供的养发膏进行治疗,疗效显著,其中,痊愈200例,显效37例,有效13例,无效0例,说明本发明实施例1所提供的草本养发膏具有良好的具有很好生发育发滋养毛发的活性。
效果实施例4
将本发明实施例1所提供的草本养发膏600g,分别装入6个100g容量的透明测试瓶中,与5±1℃、20±1℃、45±1℃做稳定性测试,结果参见表1。

从表1可看出实施例1的草本养发膏在常规的耐热耐寒稳定性测试中保持了良好的稳定性,没有沉淀析出、变色、浑浊等异常状况,表明本发明草本养发膏具有良好的稳定性。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种草本养发膏,其特征在于:包括中草药提取液与中草药粉末,其中,所述中草药提取液为采用溶剂对中草药原料进行提取得到;所述中草药原料,按重量份数计,包括:艾叶15~30份、金银花藤10~20份、苦丁茶10~20份、芝麻叶10~20份、桑叶7~12份、枸杞叶7~12份、红茶叶7~12份;
所述中草药粉末,按重量份数计,包括:侧柏叶5~10份、何首乌5~10份、黑豆5~10份、芦荟5~10份、马齿苋5~10份、秋葵5~10份、桑葚5~10份、当归2~5份、黑芝麻2~5份、艾叶2~5份、生姜2~5份、藏红花1~3份、黑米1~3份、红花1~3份、玫瑰花1~3份、山药1~3份、石榴1~3份、桃花1~3份、天麻1~3份、紫玫瑰1~3份、白芨0.5~2份、薄荷0.5~2份、甘松0.5~2份、花生衣0.5~2份、柠檬0.5~2份、女贞子0.5~2份、蒲公英0.5~2份、无患子0.5~2份、五倍子0.5~2份、白术0.5~2份、黑枸杞0.5~2份、葡萄籽0.5~2份、乌梅0.5~2份、甘草0.1~1份、黑术皮0.1~1份、桑白皮0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药提取液的制备方法选自超声波提取法、溶剂浸提法、索氏抽提法、微波提取法中的任一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药提取液为采用下述方法制得:将中草药原料与溶剂混合后,在80~100℃条件下加热1~2h,经过滤制得中草药提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述溶剂为去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药原料,按重量份数计,包括:艾叶25份、金银花藤15份、苦丁茶15份、芝麻叶15份、桑叶10份、枸杞叶10份、红茶叶10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药粉末,按重量份数计,包括:侧柏叶7.5份、何首乌7.5份、黑豆7.5份、芦荟7.5份、马齿苋7.5份、秋葵7.5份、桑葚7.5份、当归3份、黑芝麻2.5份、艾叶2.5份、生姜2.5份、藏红花2份、黑米2份、红花2份、玫瑰花2份、山药2份、石榴2份、桃花2份、天麻2份、紫玫瑰2份、白芨1.5份、薄荷1.5份、甘松1.5份、花生衣1.5份、柠檬1.5份、女贞子1.5份、蒲公英1.5份、无患子1.5份、五倍子1.5份、白术1份、黑枸杞1份、葡萄籽1份、乌梅1份、甘草0.5份、黑术皮0.5份、桑白皮0.5份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药粉末的大小为100~500目。
8.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药提取液与中草药粉末的重量比为0.5~2:1~3。
9.根据权利要求1所述的草本养发膏,其特征在于:所述中草药提取液与中草药粉末的重量比为1:1.25。
10.一种制备权利要求1~9任一项所述的草本养发膏的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
将所述中草药粉末与中草药提取液混合后,在20~30℃条件下恒温1.5~4小时,密封后静置发酵10~24小时,制得草本养发膏。
