本发明涉及玻璃窗,具体是一种旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗。本发明解决了现有玻璃窗功能单一、清洗难度大、清洗过程不安全的问题。旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗,包括矩形外窗框、矩形内窗框、两个轴承、两根转轴、矩形玻璃板、若干个条形挡光薄板;其中,矩形内窗框位于矩形外窗框的内腔,且矩形内窗框的外侧面与矩形外窗框的内侧面之间留有缝隙;矩形玻璃板的端面与矩形内窗框的内侧面固定;各个条形挡光薄板均嵌设于矩形玻璃板的内部,且各个条形挡光薄板自上而下等距平行排列;各个条形挡光薄板的长度方向均与矩形玻璃板的板面平行;各个条形挡光薄板的板面与转轴的轴线之间的夹角均为锐角。本发明适用于各种建筑。

本发明涉及玻璃窗,具体是一种旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗。
背景技术
现有的玻璃窗由于自身结构所限,存在如下问题:其一,现有玻璃窗无法根据季节变化调节室内温度,由此导致其功能单一。其二,现有玻璃窗如果安装在高层建筑,则需要通过高空作业才能完成清洗,由此导致其清洗难度大、清洗过程不安全。基于此,有必要发明一种全新的玻璃窗,以解决现有玻璃窗功能单一、清洗难度大、清洗过程不安全的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有玻璃窗功能单一、清洗难度大、清洗过程不安全的问题,提供了一种旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现:
旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗,包括矩形外窗框、矩形内窗框、两个轴承、两根转轴、矩形玻璃板、若干个条形挡光薄板;其中,矩形外窗框的上框边内侧面中央和下框边内侧面中央各开设有一个圆形凹孔;矩形内窗框位于矩形外窗框的内腔,且矩形内窗框的外侧面与矩形外窗框的内侧面之间留有缝隙;两个轴承分别位于两个圆形凹孔的内腔,且两个轴承的外圈外侧面分别与两个圆形凹孔的孔壁固定;两根转轴的末端端面分别与矩形内窗框的上框边外侧面中央和下框边外侧面中央固定;两根转轴的首端分别固定穿设于两个轴承的内圈;矩形玻璃板的端面与矩形内窗框的内侧面固定;各个条形挡光薄板均嵌设于矩形玻璃板的内部,且各个条形挡光薄板自上而下等距平行排列;各个条形挡光薄板的长度方向均与矩形玻璃板的板面平行;各个条形挡光薄板的板面与转轴的轴线之间的夹角均为锐角。
使用时,矩形外窗框的外侧面与建筑的矩形窗洞的内侧面固定。矩形内窗框和矩形玻璃板可通过两根转轴进行旋转。具体使用过程如下:一、当冬季来临时,将矩形玻璃板的前侧板面旋转至室外,此时各个条形挡光薄板的宽度方向均与阳光照射方向平行,光线穿过相邻两个条形挡光薄板之间的缝隙进入室内,由此使得室内温度升高,从而使得室内变得暖和,如图4所示。二、当夏季来临时,将矩形玻璃板的后侧板面旋转至室外,此时各个条形挡光薄板的宽度方向均与阳光照射方向垂直,光线因被各个条形挡光薄板阻挡而无法进入室内,由此使得室内温度降低,从而使得室内变得凉爽,如图5所示。
基于上述过程,与现有玻璃窗相比,本发明所述的旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗通过采用全新结构,具备了如下优点:其一,本发明通过在矩形玻璃板的内部设置条形挡光薄板,实现了根据季节变化调节室内温度,因此其功能更丰富。其二,本发明通过设置两根转轴,使得矩形玻璃板的两侧板面均可旋转至室内进行清洗,因此本发明安装在高层建筑时,无需通过高空作业即可完成清洗,因此其清洗难度更小、清洗过程更安全。
进一步地,还包括毛毡密封框;毛毡密封框的内侧面与矩形内窗框的外侧面固定。使用时,毛毡密封框可以有效防止室外的尘土进入室内。
此外,还包括两个插销闩和四个插销鼻;两个插销闩分别安装于矩形外窗框的左框边后侧面中部和右框边后侧面中部;四个插销鼻分别安装于矩形内窗框的左框边后侧面中部、右框边后侧面中部、左框边前侧面中部、右框边前侧面中部。使用时,无论将矩形玻璃板的前侧板面旋转至室外,还是将矩形玻璃板的后侧板面旋转至室外,都可以将两个插销闩分别插入其中两个插销鼻内,由此将玻璃窗锁上。
本发明结构合理、设计巧妙,有效解决了现有玻璃窗功能单一、清洗难度大、清洗过程不安全的问题,适用于各种建筑。

旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗,包括矩形外窗框1、矩形内窗框2、两个轴承3、两根转轴4、矩形玻璃板5、若干个条形挡光薄板6;其中,矩形外窗框1的上框边内侧面中央和下框边内侧面中央各开设有一个圆形凹孔;矩形内窗框2位于矩形外窗框1的内腔,且矩形内窗框2的外侧面与矩形外窗框1的内侧面之间留有缝隙;两个轴承3分别位于两个圆形凹孔的内腔,且两个轴承3的外圈外侧面分别与两个圆形凹孔的孔壁固定;两根转轴4的末端端面分别与矩形内窗框2的上框边外侧面中央和下框边外侧面中央固定;两根转轴4的首端分别固定穿设于两个轴承3的内圈;矩形玻璃板5的端面与矩形内窗框2的内侧面固定;各个条形挡光薄板6均嵌设于矩形玻璃板5的内部,且各个条形挡光薄板6自上而下等距平行排列;各个条形挡光薄板6的长度方向均与矩形玻璃板5的板面平行;各个条形挡光薄板6的板面与转轴4的轴线之间的夹角均为锐角。
还包括毛毡密封框7;毛毡密封框7的内侧面与矩形内窗框2的外侧面固定。
还包括两个插销闩8和四个插销鼻9;两个插销闩8分别安装于矩形外窗框1的左框边后侧面中部和右框边后侧面中部;四个插销鼻9分别安装于矩形内窗框2的左框边后侧面中部、右框边后侧面中部、左框边前侧面中部、右框边前侧面中部。
具体实施时,各个条形挡光薄板6的板面与转轴4的轴线之间的夹角均为42°~45°。

1.一种旋转式冬夏两用玻璃窗,其特征在于:包括矩形外窗框(1)、矩形内窗框(2)、两个轴承(3)、两根转轴(4)、矩形玻璃板(5)、若干个条形挡光薄板(6);其中,矩形外窗框(1)的上框边内侧面中央和下框边内侧面中央各开设有一个圆形凹孔;矩形内窗框(2)位于矩形外窗框(1)的内腔,且矩形内窗框(2)的外侧面与矩形外窗框(1)的内侧面之间留有缝隙;两个轴承(3)分别位于两个圆形凹孔的内腔,且两个轴承(3)的外圈外侧面分别与两个圆形凹孔的孔壁固定;两根转轴(4)的末端端面分别与矩形内窗框(2)的上框边外侧面中央和下框边外侧面中央固定;两根转轴(4)的首端分别固定穿设于两个轴承(3)的内圈;矩形玻璃板(5)的端面与矩形内窗框(2)的内侧面固定;各个条形挡光薄板(6)均嵌设于矩形玻璃板(5)的内部,且各个条形挡光薄板(6)自上而下等距平行排列;各个条形挡光薄板(6)的长度方向均与矩形玻璃板(5)的板面平行;各个条形挡光薄板(6)的板面与转轴(4)的轴线之间的夹角均为锐角。
