技术领域
本发明属于干燥剂技术领域,涉及一种驱虫干燥剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
干燥剂是一种从大气中吸收潮气的除水剂,是通过物理方式将水分子吸附在自身的结构中或通过化学方式吸收水分子并改变其化学结构,变成另外一种物质。它适用于防止仪器、仪表、电器设备、药品、食品、纺织品及其他各种包装物品受潮。
目前,使用较多的是膨润土干燥剂吸附速度快,吸附能力强,能吸附相当于自身体积8-20倍的水膨胀至30倍,更有较强的阳离子交换能力和吸附能力,无毒、无味、无接触性腐蚀、无污染,尤其对人体无伤害。但是,目前这些膨润土干燥剂功能单一,仅仅具有干燥作用,不能满足驱虫,杀菌等功效,导致市场应用范围小。
发明内容
一种驱虫干燥剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:铁粉50-65份、竹炭1-8份、氯化钠1-8份、膨润土1-5份、石英砂10-30份、右旋烯炔菊酯5-17份、水10-25份。
进一步地,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:铁粉52份、竹炭3份、氯化钠4份、膨润土2份、石英砂15份、右旋烯炔菊酯9份、水15份。
进一步地,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:铁粉55份、竹炭1份、氯化钠3份、膨润土5份、石英砂17份、右旋烯炔菊酯11份、水8份。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种驱虫干燥剂及其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹炭1-8份、氯化钠1-8份、膨润土1-5份、石英砂10-30份、右旋烯炔菊酯5-17份混合,加入水10-25份,搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物中,加入中空微粒,混匀;
(3)将纤维15-21份与铁粉50-65份,搅拌均匀后,加入到步骤(2)所得的混合物中,混匀,得到脱氧干燥剂。
所述纤维为混合物提供一个附着介质,在脱氧干燥剂吸附了大量的水等物质后,不会改变原有的空间构型,从而不会影响其本身的脱氧干燥功能;中空微珠起到分散纤维的作用,进一步加强纤维的作用。
作为优选,所述纤维的直径为5-15μm,所述纤维的长度为0.1-1mm。
作为优选,所述纤维为竹纤维与粘胶纤维的混合物,所述竹纤维与所述粘胶纤维的质量混合比为1-3:1。
竹纤维与粘胶纤维均具有良好的吸湿性,而且与膨润土的附着性好,尤其是粘胶纤维,膨润土等在其上附着均匀,附着力好,从而脱氧干燥剂的重复性好。
进一步优选,步骤(3)在真空条件下进行。
本发明的有益效果是:吸水性好,具备抑菌,驱虫的功效,可应用于衣柜、冰箱等家居场所,适合量产。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
一种驱虫干燥剂,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:铁粉52份、竹炭3份、氯化钠4份、膨润土2份、石英砂15份、右旋烯炔菊酯9份、水15份。
一种驱虫干燥剂及其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹炭3份、氯化钠4份、膨润土2份、石英砂15份、右旋烯炔菊酯9份混合,加入水15份,搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物中,加入中空微粒,混匀;
(3)将纤维17份与铁粉52份,搅拌均匀后,加入到步骤(2)所得的混合物中,混匀,得到脱氧干燥剂。
所述纤维的直径为5-15μm,所述纤维的长度为0.1-1mm。
所述纤维为竹纤维与粘胶纤维的混合物,所述竹纤维与所述粘胶纤维的质量混合比为1-3:1。
步骤(3)在真空条件下进行。
实施例2:
一种驱虫干燥剂,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:铁粉55份、竹炭1份、氯化钠3份、膨润土5份、石英砂17份、右旋烯炔菊酯11份、水8份。
一种驱虫干燥剂及其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹炭1份、氯化钠3份、膨润土5份、石英砂17份、右旋烯炔菊酯11份混合,加入水8份,搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物中,加入中空微粒,混匀;
(3)将纤维20份与铁粉55份,搅拌均匀后,加入到步骤(2)所得的混合物中,混匀,得到脱氧干燥剂。
所述纤维的直径为5-15μm,所述纤维的长度为0.1-1mm。
所述纤维为竹纤维与粘胶纤维的混合物,所述竹纤维与所述粘胶纤维的质量混合比为1-3:1。
步骤(3)在真空条件下进行。
本发明吸水性好,具备抑菌,驱虫的功效,可应用于衣柜、冰箱等家具场所,适合量产。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫干燥剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹炭1-8份、氯化钠1-8份、膨润土1-5份、石英砂10-30份、右旋烯炔菊酯5-17份混合,加入水10-25份,搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物中,加入中空微粒,混匀;
(3)将纤维15-21份与铁粉50-65份,搅拌均匀后,加入到步骤(2)所得的混合物中,混匀,得到脱氧干燥剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种驱虫干燥剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述纤维的直径为5-15μm,所述纤维的长度为0.1-1mm。
