本发明公开了一种快拆电动车柱状电池、电动车及其充电桩,包括安装座,所述安装座的顶部设有凹槽,且凹槽内活动连接有柱状电池本体,所述柱状电池本体的顶部设有提拉盖,所述安装座的两侧顶端设有限位槽,且安装座的两侧位于限位槽的前后端均焊接有固定块,所述柱状电池本体的两侧顶端焊接有与限位槽开口大小相对应的凸块,所述固定块上螺纹连接有贯穿凸块的紧固螺栓,所述安装座的正面和背面均镶嵌有散热翅片。该发明结构设计简单合理,操作方便,便于拆卸,安全稳定,功能多样,适用范围广,有利于推广和普及。

快拆电动车柱状电池、电动车及其充电桩
技术领域
本发明属于电动车技术领域,具体涉及一种快拆电动车柱状电池和一种电动车,同时还设计一种充电桩。
背景技术
当前社会对环保节能议题日益重视,环保节能的产品已越来越重要。电动车作为绿色节能减排的交通工具,目前在大众出行方面已扮演越来越重要的角色。电动车作为日常交通工具已被消费者广泛的使用,电动车产品也是越来越人性化,越做越舒适。但是现在人们大多住在小区,在校区没有电梯或者电梯空间小不能装下电动车的时候对于电动车的充电就非常的麻烦,只有把电池拆卸下来提到楼上进行充电,而现有技术中的电动车电池拆卸麻烦,费时费力,同时现有技术中为了电动车充电方便在户外会设有充电桩,现有的充电桩在户外没有保护装置,安全性低,还没有防雨防尘效果,不利于广泛的推广和普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种快拆电动车柱状电池、电动车及其充电桩。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种快拆电动车柱状电池,包括安装座,所述安装座的顶部设有凹槽,且凹槽内活动连接有柱状电池本体,所述柱状电池本体的顶部设有提拉盖,所述安装座的两侧顶端设有限位槽,且安装座的两侧位于限位槽的前后端均焊接有固定块,所述柱状电池本体的两侧顶端焊接有与限位槽开口大小相对应的凸块,所述固定块上螺纹连接有贯穿凸块的紧固螺栓,所述安装座的正面和背面均镶嵌有散热翅片。
优选的,所述凹槽的内部粘贴有包覆橡胶垫片的应力条。
优选的,所述凸块和固定块的表面均设有与紧固螺栓大小相对应的螺纹通孔。
优选的,所述安装座的表面喷覆有环氧树脂抗腐蚀层。
一种电动车,包括所述的快拆电动车柱状电池。
一种充电桩,包括外壳和电动伸缩板,且电动伸缩板设置在外壳的外侧,所述外壳的顶部焊接有顶盖,且顶盖的顶部镶嵌有光伏发电组件,所述顶盖的两侧均通过固定件固定安装有声控灯,且顶盖的底部外侧设有与电动伸缩板端部大小相对应的凹槽,所述外壳的内部底端固定安装有蓄电池组,且声控灯和光伏发电组件均与蓄电池组通过导线电性连接,所述外壳的两侧通过连接件活动连接有充电枪,所述外壳的正面上端镶嵌有PLC控制器,且蓄电池组、充电枪和电动伸缩板通过导线均与PLC控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述外壳的外表面喷覆有酚醛树脂抗腐蚀层,且外壳的背面镶嵌有与PLC控制器电性连接的散热风扇。
优选的,所述声控灯的内部还设有光敏传感器,且声控灯的外侧套有护罩。
优选的,所述电动伸缩板的正面位于PLC控制器的前端设有开口,且PLC控制器的表面上端镶嵌有触摸显示屏和刷卡器。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提出的一种快拆电动车柱状电池、电动车及其充电桩,与现有技术相比,仅通过紧固螺栓把柱状电池本体固定在安装座的凹槽内可以便于柱状电池本体的快速拆卸,稳固性好,同时充电桩外壳顶部顶盖上的光伏发电组件可以在有阳光照射的时候给蓄电池组进行充电,节能环保,在通过电动伸缩板设置在外壳的外侧可以有效的提高充电桩的安全性,还可以防雨防尘,该发明结构设计简单合理,操作方便,便于拆卸,安全稳定,功能多样,适用范围广,有利于推广和普及。

本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种快拆电动车柱状电池,包括安装座1,所述安装座1的顶部设有凹槽2,且凹槽2内活动连接有柱状电池本体3,所述柱状电池本体3的顶部设有提拉盖4,所述安装座1的两侧顶端设有限位槽5,且安装座1的两侧位于限位槽5的前后端均焊接有固定块7,所述柱状电池本体3的两侧顶端焊接有与限位槽5开口大小相对应的凸块6,所述固定块7上螺纹连接有贯穿凸块6的紧固螺栓8,所述安装座1的正面和背面均镶嵌有散热翅片9。
具体的,所述凹槽2的内部粘贴有包覆橡胶垫片的应力条。
具体的,所述凸块6和固定块7的表面均设有与紧固螺栓8大小相对应的螺纹通孔。
具体的,所述安装座1的表面喷覆有环氧树脂抗腐蚀层。
一种电动车,包括所述的快拆电动车柱状电池。
一种充电桩,包括外壳21和电动伸缩板28,且电动伸缩板28设置在外壳21的外侧,所述外壳21的顶部焊接有顶盖22,且顶盖22的顶部镶嵌有光伏发电组件23,所述顶盖22的两侧均通过固定件固定安装有声控灯24,且顶盖22的底部外侧设有与电动伸缩板28端部大小相对应的凹槽27,所述外壳21的内部底端固定安装有蓄电池组25,且声控灯24和光伏发电组件23均与蓄电池组25通过导线电性连接,所述外壳21的两侧通过连接件活动连接有充电枪26,所述外壳21的正面上端镶嵌有PLC控制器29,且蓄电池组25、充电枪26和电动伸缩板28通过导线均与PLC控制器29电性连接。
具体的,所述外壳21的外表面喷覆有酚醛树脂抗腐蚀层,且外壳21的背面镶嵌有与PLC控制器29电性连接的散热风扇。

本发明提出的一种快拆电动车柱状电池、电动车及其充电桩,与现有技术相比,仅通过紧固螺栓8把柱状电池本体3固定在安装座1的凹槽2内可以便于柱状电池本体3的快速拆卸,稳固性好,同时充电桩外壳21顶部顶盖22上的光伏发电组件23可以在有阳光照射的时候给蓄电池组25进行充电,节能环保,在通过电动伸缩板28设置在外壳21的外侧可以有效的提高充电桩的安全性,还可以防雨防尘,该发明结构设计简单合理,操作方便,便于拆卸,安全稳定,功能多样,适用范围广,有利于推广和普及。

1.一种快拆电动车柱状电池,包括安装座(1),其特征在于:所述安装座(1)的顶部设有凹槽(2),且凹槽(2)内活动连接有柱状电池本体(3),所述柱状电池本体(3)的顶部设有提拉盖(4),所述安装座(1)的两侧顶端设有限位槽(5),且安装座(1)的两侧位于限位槽(5)的前后端均焊接有固定块(7),所述柱状电池本体(3)的两侧顶端焊接有与限位槽(5)开口大小相对应的凸块(6),所述固定块(7)上螺纹连接有贯穿凸块(6)的紧固螺栓(8),所述安装座(1)的正面和背面均镶嵌有散热翅片(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快拆电动车柱状电池,其特征在于:所述凹槽(2)的内部粘贴有包覆橡胶垫片的应力条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快拆电动车柱状电池,其特征在于:所述凸块(6)和固定块(7)的表面均设有与紧固螺栓(8)大小相对应的螺纹通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快拆电动车柱状电池,其特征在于:所述安装座(1)的表面喷覆有环氧树脂抗腐蚀层。
5.一种电动车,其特征在于:包括权利要求书1-4任意一项所述的快拆电动车柱状电池。
6.一种充电桩,用于对上述快拆电动车柱状电池充电,包括外壳(21)和电动伸缩板(28),且电动伸缩板(28)设置在外壳(21)的外侧,其特征在于:所述外壳(21)的顶部焊接有顶盖(22),且顶盖(22)的顶部镶嵌有光伏发电组件(23),所述顶盖(22)的两侧均通过固定件固定安装有声控灯(24),且顶盖(22)的底部外侧设有与电动伸缩板(28)端部大小相对应的凹槽(27),所述外壳(21)的内部底端固定安装有蓄电池组(25),且声控灯(24)和光伏发电组件(23)均与蓄电池组(25)通过导线电性连接,所述外壳(21)的两侧通过连接件活动连接有充电枪(26),所述外壳(21)的正面上端镶嵌有PLC控制器(29),且蓄电池组(25)、充电枪(26)和电动伸缩板(28)通过导线均与PLC控制器(29)电性连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种充电桩,其特征在于:所述外壳(21)的外表面喷覆有酚醛树脂抗腐蚀层,且外壳(21)的背面镶嵌有与PLC控制器(29)电性连接的散热风扇。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种充电桩,其特征在于:所述声控灯(24)的内部还设有光敏传感器,且声控灯(24)的外侧套有护罩。
