本发明公开了一种纱筒烘干装置,包括箱体,所述箱体前侧设有挡门,挡门与箱体铰接连接,可开合;所述箱体上还设有进风口和出风口,所述进风口处安装有加热器;箱体内设有可旋转的上料架,所述上料架包括底盘和设置在底盘上的若干个纱筒轴。本发明提供的纱筒烘干装置,设置了两个热风口,同时物料盘和纱筒轴同时旋转,使得纱筒轴上纱线均匀受热,烘干效率高,烘干效果均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纱筒烘干装置,属于纺织生产技术领域。
背景技术
纺织烘干设备常用的是热风烘干机,主要利用蒸汽散热原理借助热空气传热给织物以除去物料中的水分。目前的烘干机普遍存在烘干效率低、加热不均匀等情况,而本发明所提供的烘干装置可以克服这些问题。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种纱筒烘干装置。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种纱筒烘干装置,包括箱体,所述箱体前侧设有挡门,挡门与箱体通过铰链连接,可开合;所述箱体上还设有进风口和出风口,所述进风口处安装有加热器,所述加热器为电加热网;箱体内设有可旋转的上料架,所述上料架包括底盘和设置在底盘上的若干个纱筒轴。
进一步地,所述进风口与出风口分别连接有风泵。
进一步地,所述设有两个进风口,分别设在箱体的两侧;进风口距离箱体底面的高度低于纱筒轴的高度。
进一步地,所述出风口设在箱体顶面。
进一步地,所述上料架的底盘为圆形结构,底盘下方固定连接转盘,转盘连接驱动电机。
进一步地,所述纱筒轴连接旋转驱动电机。
有益效果:本发明提供的纱筒烘干装置,设置了两个热风口,同时物料盘和纱筒轴同时旋转,使得纱筒轴上纱线均匀受热,烘干效率高,烘干效果均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种纱筒烘干装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体前侧设有挡门,挡门与箱体通过铰链2连接,可开合;所述箱体上设有进风口3和出风口4,进风口3与出风口4分别连有风泵5,进风口处安装有电加热网6,对进入箱体的空气进行加热。
如图1、图2所示,所述烘干装置的箱体内还设有可旋转的上料架,所述上料架包括底盘7和设置在底盘上的若干个纱筒轴8。所述上料架的底盘为圆形结构,底盘7下方固定有转盘9,转盘连接驱动电机,可驱动转盘旋转,从而带动底盘及整个上料架旋转。所述纱筒轴分别连接有旋转驱动电机,纱筒轴自身可旋转。具体应用时,将纱筒固定套置于纱筒轴上,启动转盘连接的驱动电机和纱筒轴连接的旋转驱动电机,纱筒随着纱筒轴自转,同时由随着转盘进行公转,这样使纱筒每一面都能接受热风,烘干效果更均匀。
所述进风口3设有两个,分别设在箱体的左右两侧,并且进风口距离箱体底面的高度低于纱筒轴的高度,这样设置的目的是在于进风口的热风可以直接吹动到纱筒轴上,提高烘干效率。

1.一种纱筒烘干装置,包括箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体前侧设有挡门,挡门与箱体通过铰链连接,可开合;所述箱体上还设有进风口和出风口,所述进风口处安装有加热器,所述加热器为电加热网;箱体内设有可旋转的上料架,所述上料架包括底盘和设置在底盘上的若干个纱筒轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纱筒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述进风口与出风口分别连接有风泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纱筒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述设有两个进风口,分别设在箱体的两侧;进风口距离箱体底面的高度低于纱筒轴的高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纱筒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述出风口设在箱体顶面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纱筒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述上料架的底盘为圆形结构,底盘下方固定连接转盘,转盘连接驱动电机。
