本发明特别涉及一种耐压管材。
背景技术
聚四氟乙烯管,是水内冷定子绕组的汇流母管与绕组端部的水电接头之间的绝缘引水管。具有耐水压、耐腐蚀、耐高温和耐老化等性能。目前的聚四氟乙烯管材,都为单纯的聚四氟乙烯本体,耐压性能得不到进一步的提高,使得聚四氟乙烯管材的使用范围大大受限。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种耐压管材。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种耐压管材,其特征在于,包括聚四氟乙烯管本体,所述聚四氟乙烯管本体内部设置有加强层,所述加强层由玻璃纤维布多层堆叠而成,所述加强层厚度为所述聚四氟乙烯管本体厚度的十分之一。
一种耐压管材,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维布堆叠层数为2-6层。
一种耐压管材,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维布堆叠层数为5层。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用多层玻璃纤维布堆叠形成加强层,有效加强管体的强度与耐压度,同时有助于提高管体韧性,使用效果佳。
