Abstract
本发明公开了一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀板包括基体、耐腐蚀涂层、烤漆层,所述基体为若干层复合板叠置形成,在所述基体的外部包裹有环氧树脂层以及玻璃纤维层;所述基体外部与环氧树脂层之间填充有碳纤维层;所述玻璃纤维层的外表面涂覆有10um‑25um烤漆层。该结构具有良好的阻燃效果,耐火耐高温,是一种绝缘隔热且具有高强度特性的耐腐蚀板本结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料技术领域,特别是一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板。
背景技术
建筑中采用建筑板材铺设屋面和墙面,目前市场上主要以采用彩钢板和玻璃纤维板作为铺设工业车间厂房墙面和屋面的材料。大量建筑材料在使用时是暴露在空气中,尤其在一些沿海城市酸雨酸雾比较严重,对材料侵蚀更加明显,使材料开裂、老化、生锈。现在常见的材料有彩钢板和玻璃纤维板,其表面涂覆有油漆,很容易起皮、老化,导致内部基材变形,隔热性、绝缘性、耐腐蚀性都较差,并且不阻燃不防火。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的技术缺陷,提供一种新型的耐腐蚀板结构,该结构具有良好的阻燃效果,耐火耐高温,是一种绝缘隔热的耐腐蚀板本结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
所述耐腐蚀板包括基体、耐腐蚀涂层、烤漆层,所述基体为若干层复合板叠置形成,在所述基体的外部包裹有环氧树脂层以及玻璃纤维层;所述基体外部与环氧树脂层之间填充有碳纤维层;所述玻璃纤维层的外表面涂覆有10um-25um烤漆层。
进一步的,所述烤漆层为生漆、酚醛树脂漆、无机富锌漆。
进一步的,所述复合板为中心夹有硬质材料层的松木板。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维层为网状的玻璃纤维布。
作为一种优选,所述碳纤维层为沥青基碳纤维层。
本发明耐腐蚀板中采用玻璃纤维层、环氧树脂层,中间基材为夹有硬质材料层的松木板,具有超强的抗腐蚀性,所以可以在酸碱环境中使用,特别是对于高盐分的海岸地带,也能够使用。
本发明具有导热系数低而产生隔热的效果,具有良好的隔热性,解决了镀锌彩钢板隔热性差的问题,可广泛用于高温、低温工厂、冷冻厂、站台站仓等场所;并且本发明有很强的受热能力,能够在140℃的温度下使用。
由于本发明中的基材为夹有硬质材料层的松木板,所以其强度非常高,外表美观。
本发明在基体外部与环氧树脂层填充有碳纤维层,并且采用沥青基碳纤维作为材料,更加增强了板体的强度,减轻了通过其他金属材料来强化板体强度所增加的重量,使该种板材应用的场合更多元化。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施例,对本发明做进一步说明:
本发明提供的一种新型的耐腐蚀板结构具有良好的阻燃效果,耐火耐高温,是一种绝缘隔热的耐腐蚀板本结构。
实施例1
如图1所示,所述耐腐蚀板包括基体、耐腐蚀涂层、烤漆层,所述基体为若干层复合板叠置形成,所述复合板为中心夹有硬质材料层的松木板。
在所述基体的外部包裹有环氧树脂层以及玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层为网状的玻璃纤维布。所述基体外部与环氧树脂层填充有碳纤维层,本实施例所采用的是沥青基碳纤维层,在所述玻璃纤维层的外表面涂覆有10um-25um烤漆层,所述烤漆层为生漆、酚醛树脂漆、无机富锌漆。
由于本发明中的基材为夹有硬质材料层的松木板,本实施例中所采用的硬质材料为金属板、复合板等较薄并且强度较大的板体,所以其强度非常高,外表美观;外部的环氧树脂层及纤维层具有超强的抗腐蚀性,所以可以在酸碱环境中使用,特别是对于高盐分的海岸地带,也能够使用,纤维层为网状时,性能最优。
烤漆层厚度为10um-25um,可以采用生漆、酚醛树脂漆、无机富锌漆,具有良好的延展性,收缩率低。
本发明在基体外部与环氧树脂层之间填充有碳纤维层,并且采用沥青基碳纤维作为材料,更加增强了板体的强度,减轻了通过其他金属材料来强化板体强度所增加的重量,使该种板材应用的场合更多元化。

1.一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀板包括基体、耐腐蚀涂层、烤漆层,所述基体为若干层复合板叠置形成,在所述基体的外部包裹有环氧树脂层以及玻璃纤维层;所述基体外部与环氧树脂层之间填充有碳纤维层;所述玻璃纤维层的外表面涂覆有10um-25um烤漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板,其特征在于,所述烤漆层为生漆、酚醛树脂漆、无机富锌漆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板,其特征在于,所述复合板为中心夹有硬质材料层的松木板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层为网状的玻璃纤维布。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种碳纤维耐腐蚀板,其特征在于,所述碳纤维层为沥青基碳纤维层。
