本发明公开了一种隔热隔音彩钢板,包括依次胶连的外面板、绝热层、中空内饰层、消音石棉层和内面板,所述外面板的上表面粘覆有反射箔薄膜,所述绝热层为气凝胶层,所述中空内饰层为挤出工艺制得的中空板材,该板材是聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维的重量百分比为35%~50%,聚丙烯的重量百分比为50%~65%。解决了现有技术中存在的彩钢板隔热、保温功能不强和隔音效果差的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种隔热隔音彩钢板。
背景技术
现代城市建设或者野外工程作业的时候,工作人员需要临时安置住宿,目前,应用最广泛的是彩钢板活动房,由于彩钢板易吸收太阳热量,导热性能强,隔热效果差,因此在炎热天气时,活动板房内温度将会非常高,而在寒冷天气时,活动板房内的温度又会很低。另外,目前常用的彩钢板的隔音效果不好,无法有效阻隔工地建设或室外的其他噪音,会影响休息,不适宜居住。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔热隔音彩钢板,解决了现有技术中存在的彩钢板隔热、保温功能不强和隔音效果差的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种隔热隔音彩钢板,包括依次胶连的外面板、绝热层、中空内饰层、消音石棉层和内面板,所述外面板的上表面粘覆有反射箔薄膜,所述绝热层为气凝胶层,所述中空内饰层为挤出工艺制得的中空板材,该板材是聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维的重量百分比为35%~50%,聚丙烯的重量百分比为50%~65%。
本发明的特征还在于,
所述外面板和内面板均为热镀锌钢板,厚度为10mm~20mm。
所述反射箔薄膜的厚度为2μm~4μm。
所述绝热层的厚度为20mm~40mm。
所述中空内饰层的厚度为30mm~50mm。
所述消音石棉层的厚度为20mm~40mm。
本发明的有益效果是,
1.彩钢板的外面板表面的反射箔薄膜,对光线也具有一定的反射效果,减少光线的穿透,尤其是紫外线的穿透,使得进入室内的热量大幅减少,再加上绝热层的二次阻隔,热量被阻挡在外,保证在炎热天气时,活动板房内的温度不会太高,而在天气寒冷时又能把室外的寒气阻挡在外,起到很好的保温作用;
2.消音石棉层可以阻隔噪音,保证活动板房内部安静,为工人的休息提供更加安静的环境;
3.中空内饰层能减轻彩钢板的整体重量,便于搬运和施工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种隔热隔音彩钢板,结构如图1所示,包括依次胶连的外面板1、绝热层2、中空内饰层3、消音石棉层4和内面板5,所述外面板1的上表面粘覆有反射箔薄膜,所述绝热层2为气凝胶层,所述中空内饰层3为挤出工艺制得的中空板材,该板材是聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维的重量百分比为35%~50%,聚丙烯的重量百分比为50%~65%。
外面板1和内面板5均为热镀锌钢板,厚度为10mm~20mm,具有很好的高耐侯性、抗老化、耐酸碱性。
反射箔薄膜的厚度为2μm~4μm,对红外光线的反射率达到80%以上,对可见光线的反射率达到70%以上,隔热温差能够达到15%以上,具有较好的隔热性能。
绝热层2的厚度为20mm~40mm,内部采用聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,纤维纤细的纳米结构使得材料的热导率极低,因此绝热层2的设置,大大提高了彩钢板的绝热、保温绝热性能。
中空内饰层3的厚度为30mm~50mm。
消音石棉层4的厚度为20mm~40mm,能有效进行吸收处理70%以上的噪音,保证室内环境安静,适宜休息。
实施例1
一种隔热隔音彩钢板,包括依次胶连的外面板1、绝热层2、中空内饰层3、消音石棉层4和内面板5,所述外面板1的上表面粘覆有反射箔薄膜,所述绝热层2为气凝胶层,所述中空内饰层3为挤出工艺制得的中空板材,该板材是聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维的重量百分比为40%,聚丙烯的重量百分比为60%。
外面板1和内面板5均为热镀锌钢板,厚度为15mm,反射箔薄膜的厚度为3μm,绝热层2的厚度为30mm,中空内饰层3的厚度为40mm,消音石棉层4的厚度为30mm。
实施例2
一种隔热隔音彩钢板,包括依次胶连的外面板1、绝热层2、中空内饰层3、消音石棉层4和内面板5,所述外面板1的上表面粘覆有反射箔薄膜,所述绝热层2为气凝胶层,所述中空内饰层3为挤出工艺制得的中空板材,该板材是聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维的重量百分比为35%,聚丙烯的重量百分比为50%,纤维纤细的纳米结构使得材料的热导率极低,因此绝热层2的设置,大大提高了彩钢板的绝热、保温绝热性能。

1.一种隔热隔音彩钢板,其特征在于,包括依次胶连的外面板(1)、绝热层(2)、中空内饰层(3)、消音石棉层(4)和内面板(5),所述外面板(1)的上表面粘覆有反射箔薄膜,所述绝热层(2)为气凝胶层,所述中空内饰层(3)为挤出工艺制得的中空板材,该板材是聚丙烯和玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其中玻璃纤维的重量百分比为35%~50%,聚丙烯的重量百分比为50%~65%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音彩钢板,其特征在于,所述外面板(1)和内面板(5)均为热镀锌钢板,厚度为10mm~20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音彩钢板,其特征在于,所述反射箔薄膜的厚度为2μm~4μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音彩钢板,其特征在于,所述绝热层(2)的厚度为20mm~40mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音彩钢板,其特征在于,所述中空内饰层(3)的厚度为30mm~50mm。
