Abstract

本发明提供了一种透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料,该糊料由按质量份计的以下组分混合而成:柠檬酸甘油酯30~50份;环氧大豆油10~15份;发泡剂3~6份;PVC树脂100~120份;水晶珠光颜料3~5份;钾锌稳定剂 3~6份;负离子超细粉体材料10~15份。本发明还公开了该糊料的制备方法以及用了该糊料的墙纸。本发明采用水晶珠光颜料、发泡剂及PVC树脂为连接料配制成糊料,经圆网印刷在无纺布上,再根据设计需要或常规印刷,经高温烘烤后,具有闪耀及透明的效果,从而使生产的产品有立体感和珍珠的效果,更贴近壁纸本身层次丰富的需求,提高了壁纸的质量,丰富了壁纸的种类,很好地满足了消费者的需求。

一种透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸、所用糊料及糊料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡PVC墙纸,用于该墙纸的糊料和糊料的制备方法。
背景技术
壁纸是现在装饰中最为流行的一种软体装饰,因为它的简单方便给家居生活带来更舒适,更自然的生活氛围。壁纸种类繁多,有木纤维壁纸,纯纸壁纸,无纺布壁纸,PVC壁纸等。PVC壁纸防水防潮性好,且施工方便。表面污染后,可用干净的海绵或毛巾擦拭,经久耐用,容易维护保养。这类壁纸是目前应用最广泛的壁纸,深受消费者喜爱。但传统的PVC墙纸,发泡软化后,一般采用压花辊压制冷却成型,生产出的产品质硬,塑料质感强烈,不能满足各层次人群的需求。在装饰盛行,要求较高的环境下,目前急需对PVC墙纸进行改造,以满足消费者需求。
带一个或多个负电荷的离子,称为“负离子”,亦称“阴离子”。某些分子在特殊情况下可形成离子。氧的离子状态一般就为阴离子,也叫负氧离子。空气负离子也叫负氧离子,是指获得多余成对电子而带负电荷的氧气离子。空气负离子由于带有负电荷,能使通常带正电荷的室内尘埃、烟雾、病毒、细菌相互聚集,失去在空气中自由漂浮的能力迅速降落,从而净化空气。而生态级负离子是一种粒径小活性高的空气负离子。自然界中大气的气体分子在被电离的情况下会带上正电荷或负电荷,呈离子状态。自然生成的负氧离子大多都是小粒径的负离子,
负离子发生材料主要是利用几种天然具有某些特殊物理特性的物质与其它功能材料结合,采用科学的配方、粉碎技术及混炼工艺等高科技手段开发出的一种多功能健康环保新材料。它全部使用纯天然无机原料矿石、贝壳等制成。其中,奇冰石是以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、镁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质;电气石是钠、钙、镁、铁、硼、铝、硅晶系硅酸盐物质组成。这两种材料的共同特点是具有良好的热释电效应与压电性能。在有微小的温度与压力变化下,就能引起晶体之间的电势形成高达100万电子伏特的静电,从而空气发生电离,电子附着邻近的水分子和氧分子便转化为负氧离子。这些矿石材料无任何化学品, 所以无任何副作用。 它也不需要任何材料激活,也不需要任何外界能源提供便能永久产生大量的负离子的特性,产生与大自然完全一样的负离子对人体的健康具有重要的作用,它能有效祛除空气中的有毒有害气体, 使空气清新有效提高饮用水质量, 以及人体保健等多种功能,因此它被誉为是21世纪的梦幻材料。 由于它的特性决定了该材料可广泛应用于空气净化,水净化、纺织、化工、建材、造纸业、食品保鲜、人体保健、食品、医药、化妆品及农业等多个领域。负离子浆料主要是由产生负离子的粉体添加剂与各种高分子有机化合物或粘合剂进行混合制得。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸,用于制备该透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸的糊料以及糊料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明首先公开了一种透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料,该糊料由按质量份计的以下组分混合而成:
柠檬酸甘油酯 30~50份;
环氧大豆油 10~15份;
发泡剂 3~6份;
PVC树脂 100~120份;
水晶珠光颜料 3~5份;
钾锌稳定剂 3~6份;
负离子超细粉体材料 10~15份。
进一步地,所述柠檬酸甘油酯为柠檬酸与甘油生成的单、双酯化合物,其中单酯与双酯的组成比例以质量百分比表示为单酯40~50%,双酯为50~60%。
进一步地,所述发泡剂为无机发泡剂。
进一步地,所述发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠或硅酸钠中的一种或任意几种的组合。
进一步地,所述负离子超细粉体材料为经过超细研磨处理的奇冰石、电气石或贝壳的超细粉末,选自其中一种或任意几种的组合。
本发明还公开了一种前述透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料的制备方法,按比例在反应器中投入柠檬酸甘油酯,环氧大豆油,搅拌,再依次加入发泡剂,PVC树脂,水晶珠光颜料,负离子超细粉体材料,钾锌稳定剂,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明还公开了一种使用了有前述糊料的墙纸。
在无纺布上依次通过上底色,采用圆网印刷涂覆糊料,烘箱发泡、压纹,即可得到透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸。
本发明采用水晶珠光颜料、发泡剂及PVC树脂为连接料配制成糊料,经圆网印刷在无纺布上,再根据设计需要或常规印刷,经高温烘烤后,具有闪耀及透明的效果,从而使生产的产品有立体感和珍珠的效果,更贴近壁纸本身层次丰富的需求,提高了壁纸的质量,丰富了壁纸的种类,很好地满足了消费者的需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1
糊料的制备
将柠檬酸甘油酯30份(单酯15份,双酯15份),环氧大豆油15份投入反应器,低速适当搅拌,然后依次加入碳酸钙和碳酸镁各3份,PVC树脂100份,水晶珠光颜料3份,奇冰石10份,钾锌稳定剂6份搅拌均匀即可。
透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸的制备
取无纺布,作为底纸,依次在该无纺布上涂上底色,通过圆网印刷涂覆前述糊料,再放烘箱发泡,压纹,得到透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸。
实施例2
糊料的制备将柠檬酸甘油酯50份(单酯25份,双酯25份),环氧大豆油10份投入反应器,低速搅拌,然后依次加入碳酸镁3份,PVC树脂120份,水晶珠光颜料5份,电气石10份,钾锌稳定剂3份搅拌均匀即可。
透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸的制备过程同实施例1,不再赘述。
实施例3
糊料的制备
将柠檬酸甘油酯40份(单酯16份,双酯24份),环氧大豆油13份投入反应器,低速搅拌,然后依次加入碳酸镁和碳酸氢钙各2份,PVC树脂110份,水晶珠光颜料4份,电气石5份,贝壳粉10份,钾锌稳定剂5份搅拌均匀即可。
透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸的制备过程同实施例1,不再赘述。
本发明所述的环氧大豆油,PVC树脂,水晶珠光颜料;钾锌稳定剂为市场销售的商品。
本发明所用的环氧大豆油,PVC树脂,水晶珠光颜料;钾锌稳定剂采用市场销售的商品即可。

1.一种透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料,其特征在于:该糊料由按质量份计的以下组分混合而成:
柠檬酸甘油酯 30~50份;
环氧大豆油 10~15份;
发泡剂 3~6份;
PVC树脂 100~120份;
水晶珠光颜料 3~5份;
钾锌稳定剂 3~6份;
负离子超细粉体材料 10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸甘油酯为柠檬酸与甘油生成的单、双酯化合物,其中单酯与双酯的组成比例以质量百分比表示为单酯40~50%,双酯为50~60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为无机发泡剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠或硅酸钠中的一种或任意几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的,其特征在于:所述负离子超细粉体材料为经过超细研磨处理的奇冰石、电气石或贝壳的超细粉末,选自其中一种或任意几种的组合。
6.一种权利要求1-5任意一项权利要求所述透明水晶负离子发泡墙纸用糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:按比例在反应器中投入柠檬酸甘油酯,环氧大豆油,搅拌,再依次加入发泡剂,PVC树脂,水晶珠光颜料,负离子超细粉体材料,钾锌稳定剂,搅拌均匀即可。
