背景技术
目前,在对橡胶的耐老化、防霉、防油等性能要求较高的使用环境下,所使用的橡胶一般以氯丁橡胶为主要原料,但由于氯丁橡胶的电绝缘性、弹性及稳定性均较差,大大影响和制约了橡胶的使用性能。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防霉橡胶,其特征是,包括下述重量份数的组分:硅橡胶50-60份、三元乙丙橡胶30-35份、纳米氧化锌2-8份、硬脂酸钠2-4份、阻燃剂1-6份、防霉剂4-5份、硫磺2-3份、防老剂1-2份、石蜡1-2份、芳烃油1-2份、防焦剂1-5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-4份、2-硫醇基咪唑啉2-4份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防霉橡胶与现有的橡胶相比,添加的防霉剂组合物大大提高了防霉效果,同时该橡胶还具有抗拉强度高,耐火、耐腐蚀等优点。
