本发明涉及一种新型瑜伽垫,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:弹性体31‑39份,PVC 38‑47份,尼龙23‑35份,增塑剂27‑32份,聚乙烯醇树脂36‑53份,钙粉18‑26份,弹性体加工油17‑23份,稳定剂1.1‑1.4份,抗氧剂1.1‑1.8份,发泡剂4.8‑6份,软化剂3‑4份,超高分子量聚乙烯16‑18份,吸水剂8‑10份,活性炭7‑9份。本发明的优点在于:依客户要求配方有不同的变化:分高、中、低档三类;分环保型和非环保颜色也多种多样,但外观、形状不变,具有止滑效果,上述产品泡孔均匀、软硬适度、回弹性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材领域,特别涉及一种新型瑜伽垫。
背景技术
瑜伽运动现在成为当今社会的一个时尚运动,在做这项运动时必不可少一种垫子,有一部分是纺织品及草垫,有一些是由EVA材料制作而成的,有一些则是由PVC材料制作而成的。
EVA材质的瑜伽垫弹性不佳,防滑效果差;PVC材料的瑜伽垫使用寿命不长,而且韧性较弱,张力不强。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种弹性好、具有很好的防滑效果的新型瑜伽垫。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型瑜伽垫,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
弹性体31-39份,PVC 38-47份,尼龙23-35份,增塑剂27-32份,聚乙烯醇树脂36-53份,钙粉18-26份,弹性体加工油17-23份,稳定剂1.1-1.4份,抗氧剂1.1-1.8份,发泡剂4.8-6份,软化剂3-4份,超高分子量聚乙烯16-18份,吸水剂8-10份,活性炭7-9份。
进一步的,所述弹性体选自苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体或聚烯弹性体中的一种或一种以上。
进一步的,所述尼龙包括聚己二酸己二胺、聚己内酰胺、聚己二酸丁二胺或聚癸二酰己二胺的一种或一种以上。
进一步的,所述弹性体加工油为环烷油。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯或β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯的一种或一种以上。
进一步的,所述软化剂为硬脂酸钙、松油或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的一种或一种以上。
本发明的优点在于:依客户要求配方有不同的变化:分高、中、低档三类;分环保型和非环保颜色也多种多样,但外观、形状不变,具有止滑效果,上述产品泡孔均匀、软硬适度、回弹性好。
本发明方法所制得的瑜伽垫,具有较多的优点和效果,能加工出具有柔软、弹性极佳、可以减少身体与地面接触的疼痛感,韧性佳,抗张力强,质量轻,体积小,便于携带的瑜伽垫。使用了弹性体,其芳香烃含量极低,不会产生刺激性气味,对人体健康无害;共混的尼龙和弹性体以及聚乙烯醇树脂联合使用不仅具有机械强度高,耐热、耐磨的特性,而且环保性能好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述弹性体选自苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体或聚烯弹性体中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述尼龙包括聚己二酸己二胺、聚己内酰胺、聚己二酸丁二胺或聚癸二酰己二胺的一种或一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述弹性体加工油为环烷油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯或β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯的一种或一种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述软化剂为硬脂酸钙、松油或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的一种或一种以上。
