Abstract

本发明公开了一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法,它包括聚氯乙烯树脂20~60份、橡胶5~20份、木质素5~40份、稳定剂4~15份、外润滑剂1~7份、内润滑剂1~5份、增塑剂10~32份、发泡剂1~9份、发泡调节剂1~7份、填充物0~80份、抗氧剂0~12份和色母0~10份。与现有技术相比,本发明对添加木质素的聚氯乙烯进行了发泡处理,不但有效降低了增塑剂含量,而且使得制品质地柔软舒适、回弹性和耐磨性好。本发明方法的工艺简单,对设备要求低,可以节约成本,有很好的市场前景。

一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于生活用品领域,具体涉及一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法。
背景技术
拖鞋是人们日常生活的必需品,随着消费者对生活品质的日益追求,对于拖鞋的穿着舒适性和抗菌除臭功效的要求也变得越来越高,同时也有更多的人们关注环保和可持续发展的问题,这就为鞋底材料的研发提出了新的挑战。
木质素是仅次于纤维素的世界第二大生物质资源,但是长期作为生物炼制工业和造纸工业的废弃物,不仅回收利用率低,还造成严重的环境污染。木质素分子具有独特的超支化多酚结构,是理想的抗菌剂和吸附剂,将其用于发泡鞋底材料中,还可以起到相容剂和发泡调节剂的作用。将木质素用作鞋底材料的成分,不仅有效地利用了低成本生物质废弃物,还可以满足人们对鞋子抗菌除臭功效的需求。现有专利CN104829969A涉及到在聚氯乙烯和氯丁橡胶的混合基体中添加木质素,但并未做发泡处理,且增塑剂含量较高,但制得的鞋底材料仍然较硬,舒适度差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋,以解决现有技术存在的材料较硬,舒适度差等问题。
本发明还要解决的技术问题是提供上述木质素填充的发泡拖鞋的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法,它包括如下质量份数的组分:

其中,所述的配方中还包括填充物、抗氧剂和色母中的任意一种或几种的组合。

其中,所述的橡胶是天然橡胶、顺丁橡胶、异戊橡胶和氯丁橡胶中的任意一种或几种的组合。
其中,所述的木质素为草本木质素、硬木木质素、软木木质素和前述木质素改性后的木质素中的任意一种或几种的组合;其中,所述的改性是指对前述的木质素进行酰化、酯化、醚化、酚化、磺化、烷基化或脱甲基化改性。
其中,所述的稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂和/或有机锡类稳定剂。
其中,所述的外润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡和/或石蜡。
其中,所述的内润滑剂为硬脂酸。
其中,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类、柠檬酸酯类和环氧化合物中的任意一种或几种的组合;
其中,所述的邻苯二甲酸酯类为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,所述的柠檬酸酯类增塑剂为柠檬酸三正丁酯、柠檬酸三异丁酯,所述的环氧化合物为环氧化油、环氧脂肪酸单酯或环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸酯。
其中,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
其中,所述的发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯类,优选ACR。
其中,所述的填充物为碳酸钙和/或滑石粉。
其中,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
其中,所述的色母为有机颜料PVC色母和/或无机颜料PVC色母,可根据产品需求自行选择相应颜色的色母。
上述的木质素填充的发泡拖鞋的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
将配方量的组分按照聚氯乙烯树脂、木质素、橡胶、填充物和其它助剂的顺序加入捏合机中,捏合完成后,所得物料经单螺杆注塑机注塑成型。
其中,捏合机中,捏合温度为90~120℃,捏合时间为10~20分钟。
其中,注塑温度为160~220℃。
有益效果:
本发明产品具有抗菌除臭、材料环保、制备方法简单和柔软舒适等特点。本发明使用的木质素是一种新型环保的生物质材料,本身具有抗菌除臭的功效,特别适合用于制备拖鞋;且本发明对添加木质素的聚氯乙烯进行了发泡处理,不但有效降低了增塑剂含量,而且使得制品质地柔软舒适、回弹性和耐磨性好。木质素的存在还对发泡起到了一系列增益作用,使得泡孔尺寸稳定,分散均匀细密,得到的制品脱模后不易变形。本发明的制备方法简单,对设备要求低,可以节约成本,有很好的市场前景。

实施例1
一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法:
聚氯乙烯树脂32份,
氯丁橡胶8份,
硬木木质素15份,
钙锌稳定剂6份,
聚乙烯蜡2份,
硬脂酸1份,
环氧大豆油20份,
AC发泡剂1份,
ACR 1份,
滑石粉6份,
抗氧剂1010 5份,
色母3份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)首先将聚氯乙烯树脂和木质素等填料、助剂加入到捏合机中,在95℃下捏合12分钟;
(3)将捏合后的物料经过单螺杆注塑机在180℃下注塑成型。
实施例2
一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法:
聚氯乙烯树脂27份,
天然橡胶9份,
软木木质素18份,
钙锌稳定剂6份,
聚乙烯蜡2份,
硬脂酸1份,
柠檬酸三丁酯17份,
AC发泡剂1份,
ACR 1份,
碳酸钙10份
抗氧剂1010 5份,
色母3份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)首先将聚氯乙烯树脂和木质素等填料、助剂加入到捏合机中,在105℃下捏合15分钟;
(3)将捏合后的物料经过单螺杆注塑机在195℃下注塑成型。
实施例3
一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋及其制备方法:
聚氯乙烯树脂27份,
顺丁橡胶9份,
草本木质素21份,
有机锡稳定剂6份,
聚乙烯蜡2份,
硬脂酸1份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份,
AC发泡剂1份,
ACR 1份,
滑石粉8份,
抗氧剂1010 5份,
色母3份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)首先将聚氯乙烯树脂和木质素等填料、助剂加入到捏合机中,在105℃下捏合15分钟;
(3)将捏合后的物料经过单螺杆注塑机在200℃下注塑成型。
对比例1
将不含硬木木质素的实施例1作为对比例1。
性能测试
将上述实施例1~3捏合后的物料进行注塑制成测试样条,并将聚氯乙烯注塑成同样规格的样条作为对照组进行对比,所得结果如下:

由上述表中的性能测试结果可以看出,与未填充木质素的对比例1相比,填充木质素的实施例1~3的拉伸性能有明显提升;硬度降低,且回弹率增加,说明材料的柔软度和舒适感得到大幅改善;此外,由耐磨转数可以看出,填充木质素的材料耐磨转数明显增加,耐磨性能增强;添加木质素后抗菌性也有大幅改善。
本发明得到的拖鞋制品具有抗菌除臭、材料环保、制备方法简单、柔软舒适的特点。本发明使用的木质素是一种新型环保的生物质材料,本身具有抗菌除臭的功效,特别适合用于制备拖鞋。本专利对添加木质素的聚氯乙烯进行了发泡处理,不但有效降低了增塑剂含量,而且使得制品质地柔软舒适、回弹性和耐磨性好。木质素的存在还对发泡起到了一系列增益作用,使得泡孔尺寸稳定,分散均匀细密,得到的制品脱模后不易变形。本发明的制备方法简单,对设备要求低,可以节约成本,有很好的市场前景。

Claims (1)

1.一种木质素填充的发泡拖鞋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的发泡拖鞋是由包括如下质量份数的组分的配方制备得到的:聚氯乙烯树脂27份,天然橡胶9份,软木木质素18份,钙锌稳定剂6份,聚乙烯蜡2份,硬脂酸1份,柠檬酸三丁酯17份,AC发泡剂1份,ACR1份,碳酸钙10份,抗氧剂1010 5份,色母3份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)首先将聚氯乙烯树脂、天然橡胶、软木木质素、钙锌稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、柠檬酸三丁酯、AC发泡剂、ACR、碳酸钙、抗氧剂1010和色母加入到捏合机中,在105℃下捏合15分钟;
(3)将捏合后的物料经过单螺杆注塑机在195℃下注塑成型;
或,所述的发泡拖鞋是由包括如下质量份数的组分的配方制备得到的:聚氯乙烯树脂27份,顺丁橡胶9份,草本木质素21份,有机锡稳定剂6份,聚乙烯蜡2份,硬脂酸1份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份,AC发泡剂1份,ACR1份,滑石粉8份,抗氧剂1010 5份,色母3份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)首先将聚氯乙烯树脂、顺丁橡胶、草本木质素、有机锡稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、AC发泡剂、ACR、滑石粉、抗氧剂1010、色母加入到捏合机中,在105℃下捏合15分钟;
(3)将捏合后的物料经过单螺杆注塑机在200℃下注塑成型。
