背景技术
随着现代工业革命的发展,大气层中的臭氧层不断的遭到破坏,臭氧层是地球最好的保护伞,它能吸收来自太阳的大部分紫外线,然而近二十年的科学研究和大气观测发现:臭氧层一直在变薄,在南极上空甚至已产生一个臭氧洞,一般紫外线可分为短波(UVC:200~290nm)、中波(UVB:290~320nm)和长波(UVA:320~400nm),研究结果表明,适量照射紫外线有利于人体健康,但过量接收紫外线会造成一些损害,其中UVC经过大气同温层时可悲距离地面25km的臭氧层所吸收,不会到达地面;UVB中的大部分被皮肤真皮吸收,促使皮肤细胞内的核算或蛋白质变性,长久辐射就会出现红斑、皮肤老化,严重时会引起皮肤癌;UVA能量虽较低,但对衣物和皮肤的穿透性比UVB深,会引起黑色素的沉着,使皮肤黝黑,长期积累,仍可导致皮肤老化,因此,在紫外线过多的地区或季节,具有防紫外线能力的纺织品能保护人体的健康。
但现有的的抗紫外线面料多是在后整理过程中加入抗紫外线助剂,其缺点是多次洗涤后会逐渐失去抗紫外线效果,不具有多次使用的特点,造成了人们的经济浪费和社会的资源浪费,不能给人们带来较大的帮助,但是由于在选材或制备方法上的差异和缺陷,使制备的面料在抗紫外线性能和耐洗度方面的性能参差不齐,并没有达到预想的要求,降低了功能性面料的使用寿命,且面料的功能较少,不方便携带,在材料强度也较差,容易损坏,给人们带来较大的损失。
所以,如何设计一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

进一步的,所述抗紫外线层由抗紫外线纤维、黏胶负离子功能纤维和抗紫外整理剂构成的,且所述紫外线纤维与所述黏胶负离子功能纤维相互编织而成,所述抗紫外整理剂涂抹在所述黏胶负离子功能纤维上。
进一步的,所述吸汗除湿层由纳米竹炭纤维和氨纶纤维构成的,且所述纳米竹炭纤维与所述氨纶纤维相互编织而成。

1.一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,包括面料主体(1),其特征在于:所述面料主体(1)由设置在该面料主体(1)顶部的上棉布层(2)、设置在面料主体(1)中间部位的羊毛层(4)及设置在面料主体(1)底部的下棉布层(7)构成的,所述羊毛层(4)嵌入设置于所述上棉布层(2)和下棉布层(7)的中间部位,所述上棉布层(2)的底部设有抗紫外线层(3),且所述抗紫外线层(3)与所述上棉布层(2)之间紧密贴合,所述羊毛层(4)内部的顶部设有氧化锌离子层(6),所述羊毛层(4)内部的底部设有无纺布(5),且所述氧化锌离子层(6)和所述无纺布(5)均嵌入设置于所述羊毛层(4)中,所述氧化锌离子层(6)的内部设有防静电层(14),且所述防静电层(14)与所述氧化锌离子层(6)通过胶水粘合,所述下棉布层(7)的顶部设有吸汗除湿层(11),且所述下棉布层(7)与所述羊毛层(4)之间固定有吸汗除湿层(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线层(3)由抗紫外线纤维(8)、黏胶负离子功能纤维(9)和抗紫外整理剂(10)构成的,且所述紫外线纤维(8)与所述黏胶负离子功能纤维(9)相互编织而成,所述抗紫外整理剂(10)涂抹在所述黏胶负离子功能纤维(9)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述吸汗除湿层(11)由纳米竹炭纤维(12)和氨纶纤维(13)构成的,且所述纳米竹炭纤维(12)与所述氨纶纤维(13)相互编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述防静电层(14)由纱线(15)和金属丝(16)构成的,且所述纱线(15)之间相互编织而成,所述金属丝(16)贯穿设置于所述纱线(15)中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线层(3)各成分所占比重:抗紫外线纤维(8)占60%,黏胶负离子功能纤维(9)占38%,抗紫外整理剂(10)占2%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述上棉布层(2)和所述下棉布层(7)由优质棉料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述氧化锌离子层(6)由锌离子和涤纶低弹丝制成。
