本发明公开了一种化工产品储罐，包括人孔、泄压阀、进液口、多层复合罐体、支架和出液口，多层复合罐体底部设置有支架，多层复合罐体上方两端设置有人孔和泄压阀，进液口设置在多层复合罐体上方，出液口设置在罐体下方，多层复合罐体从内到外有防腐蚀层、不锈钢层、石棉层、保温层和外部保护层。本发明的化工产品储罐，耐腐蚀性好，保温性能好、运输过程中缓冲性能好、耐撞击和颠簸，使用寿命长，安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及涉及的是化工产品领域，具体涉及一种化工产品储罐。
背景技术
化工品储罐，主要是指用于储存或盛装气体、液体、液化气体等介质的设备，在化工、石油、能源、轻工、环保、制药及食品等行业得到广泛应用，如氢气储罐、液化石油气储罐、石油储罐、液氨储罐等。目前在化工方面的储罐，特别是一些腐蚀性强的化工储罐在使用一段时间后很容易发生泄漏，大大影响了储罐存储的安全性，而且也会影响环境。
目前大部分的化工产品的运输都采用储罐的形式，但现有的储罐价格高，制造和加工不方便，耐腐蚀性能较差，使用寿命较短，尤其是在运输过程中，容易产生磕磕碰碰，很多储罐具有焊接缝、渗漏，密封性能较差，刚性强度和耐压性能差等缺点。经常在运输过程中发生泄漏，在出现车辆事故时也容易遭到破坏，导致化工产品的损失，并且很多易燃易爆危险品或者有毒产品会对当地的环境产生影响。
因此，提供一种密封性能好、强度大、缓冲承受力强的储罐是非常有必要的，这样在运输过程中储罐就不易受到外部环境的破坏，不易导致储罐破坏产生的化工产品泄漏。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足，本发明目的是在于提供一种化工产品储罐，设备结构简单，耐腐蚀性好，使用寿命长，安全可靠。
一种化工产品储罐，包括人孔、泄压阀、进液口、多层复合罐体、支架和出液口，多层复合罐体底部设置有支架，多层复合罐体上方两端设置有人孔和泄压阀，进液口设置在多层复合罐体上方，出液口设置在多层复合罐体下方。
进一步地，所述的的泄压阀内设置有压力检测装置，压力检测装置与外部压力显示器连接。
进一步地，所述的多层复合罐体从内到外有防腐蚀层、不锈钢层、石棉层、保温层和外部保护层。
进一步地，所述的防腐蚀层为聚四氟乙烯层或者陶瓷层。
进一步地，所述的保温层为聚合物泡沫层，优选聚酰胺泡沫层。
进一步地，所述的外部保护层包括外部不锈钢层和其外部的橡胶层。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的化工产品储罐内部有聚四氟乙烯层或陶瓷层，耐腐蚀性好，外部包裹有石棉层、泡沫层保温性能好；同时，本发明的化工品储罐采用双层不锈钢结构，具有较大的强度和抗冲击性能，在运输过程中缓冲性能好、耐撞击和颠簸，使用寿命长，安全可靠。

参照图1-2，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：一种化工产品储罐，包括人孔1、泄压阀2、进液口3、多层复合罐体4、支架5和出液口6，多层复合罐体4底部设置有支架5，多层复合罐体4上方两端设置有人孔1和泄压阀2，进液口3设置在多层复合罐体4上方，出液口6设置在多层复合罐体4下方。所述的泄压阀2内设置有压力检测装置，压力检测装置与外部压力显示器(图中未示出)连接。所述的多层复合罐体(4)从内到外有防腐蚀层(8)、不锈钢层(7)、石棉层(9)、保温层(10)和外部保护层(11) 所述的防腐蚀层(8)为聚四氟乙烯层，所述的保温层(10)为聚酰胺泡沫层。所述的外部保护层(11)包括外部不锈钢层和其外部的橡胶层。
本实施例化工产品储罐内部有聚四氟乙烯层，耐腐蚀性好，外部包裹有石棉层、泡沫层保温性能好；同时储罐采用双层不锈钢结构，具有较大的强度和抗冲击性能，在运输过程中缓冲性能好、耐撞击和颠簸，使用寿命长，安全可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的化工产品储罐，其特征在于，所述的泄压阀(2)内设置有压力检测装置，压力检测装置与外部压力显示器连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的化工产品储罐，其特征在于：所述的多层复合罐体(4)从内到外有防腐蚀层(8)、不锈钢层(7)、石棉层(9)、保温层(10)和外部保护层(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的化工产品储罐，其特征在于：所述的防腐蚀层(8)为聚四氟乙烯层或者陶瓷层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的化工产品储罐，其特征在于：所述的保温层(10)为聚合物泡沫层，优选聚酰胺泡沫层。
6.根据权利要求3所述的化工产品储罐，其特征在于：所述的外部保护层(11)包括外部不锈钢层和其外部的橡胶层。
