the receiving device comprises a receiving hopper positioned on the outer side of the supporting plate and a waste discharging hopper positioned under the supporting plate.
The supporting plate is provided with a round hole for placing umbrella-shaped vegetables, and a plurality of uniformly distributed foot posts which are fixed on the supporting plate and support the adjusting ring are distributed around the round hole.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
The sector stem vegetable dicing machine shown in fig. 1 includes a supporting device, a clamping device for pressing and fixing vegetables, a cutting device for cutting the fixed vegetables, and a receiving device.
The improvement of the invention is that:
in the supporting device, a supporting frame 1 consists of a cross beam and a vertical column with different lengths, a supporting plate 4 is fixed on the supporting frame, and an adjusting ring 7 is positioned on the supporting plate through a rotating hinge 18. A round hole for placing umbrella-shaped vegetables is formed in the supporting plate, and a plurality of (three shown in the figure) of uniformly distributed socles 10 which are fixed on the supporting plate and support the adjusting ring are arranged around the round hole; the diameter of the inner hole of the adjusting ring is smaller than the round hole on the supporting plate, and the diameter of the outer circle of the adjusting ring is larger than the outline surrounded by the uniformly distributed socles (obviously larger than the round hole on the supporting plate). When umbrella-shaped vegetables with smaller size are cut, the adjusting ring is turned over to the upper side of the round hole and is abutted against the uniformly distributed socles; at this time, the axis of the adjusting ring is substantially coincident with the axis of the circular hole. In the clamping device, a broken line rod 5 is rotatably positioned on a support frame, a concave disc pressing plate 9 is fixed at one end of the broken line rod, and a pressing plate driving cylinder 15 is hinged with the other end of the broken line rod through a pressing plate connecting rod 13. The disc pressing plate is fixed on the broken line rod through a screw; the middle part of the broken line rod is hinged with a pressure plate support 11 fixed on a cross beam of the support frame, and the other end of the broken line rod is hinged with the pressure plate connecting rod; the pressing plate driving cylinder is fixedly connected to a cross beam of the supporting frame through an L-shaped angle steel bracket, and a piston rod of the pressing plate driving cylinder is hinged to a pressing plate connecting rod through a connecting piece 14; when the disc pressing plate opening and closing mechanism works, the pressing plate driving cylinder drives the pressing plate connecting rod and the disc pressing plate to move through the connecting piece, and therefore opening and closing actions of the disc pressing plate are achieved.
In the cutting device, a cutter shaft 6 is rotatably positioned (positioned by a bearing) on a support frame, a bowl-shaped cutter 8 is fixed on the cutter shaft, a cutter shaft connecting rod 17 is fixedly connected on the cutter shaft, and a cutter shaft driving cylinder 12 drives the cutter shaft connecting rod to swing through a forked connecting rod 16. One end of the cutter shaft connecting rod is fixedly connected with the cutter shaft in a key connection mode, and the other end of the cutter shaft connecting rod is hinged with the forked connecting rod; the cutter shaft driving cylinder is fixedly connected to a cross beam of the support frame, a piston rod of the cutter shaft driving cylinder is hinged to the forked connecting rod through a cylinder body connecting piece, and the cutter shaft driving cylinder drives the forked connecting rod and the cutter shaft connecting rod which are sequentially hinged to move so as to drive a cutter shaft fixedly connected with the cutter shaft connecting rod to rotate; the center line of the round hole on the supporting panel passes through the spherical center of the bowl-shaped knife. The bowl-shaped knife is a hemispherical metal shell (a recommended steel shell), the edge of the shell is a sharp cutting edge, and knife shafts fixed along the same axis are distributed and fixed at two ends of the metal shell (the axes of the knife shafts are coaxial with the spherical diameter of the metal shell); the bowl form sword still is fit for with the radius of the round hole in the backup pad to guarantee that the bowl form sword can rotate the cutting smoothly and can not take place to interfere with the backup pad.
The receiving device comprises a receiving hopper 2 positioned on the outer side of the supporting plate and a waste discharging hopper 3 positioned under the supporting plate. The receiving hopper is a movable hopper; the waste discharge hopper has a certain inclination (the inclination is determined according to the requirement) and is fixedly connected to the support frame.
The using method of the invention is as follows: whether an adjusting ring is used or not is determined according to the size of vegetables, a pressing plate is in an open state, a bowl-shaped cutter is in an initial position, umbrella-shaped vegetables are placed in a round hole in a supporting panel, the edge of the round hole supports the periphery of the umbrella-shaped vegetables (when the adjusting ring is used, the periphery of the umbrella-shaped vegetables is supported by the edge of an inner hole of the adjusting ring), a pressing plate driving cylinder drives the pressing plate to tightly press and fix the vegetables through a pressing plate connecting rod, then a cutter shaft driving cylinder drives a cutter shaft provided with the bowl-shaped cutter to rotate through a forked connecting rod, semicircular cutting is carried out on the vegetables, in the cutting process, the cut-off massive vegetables are enabled to continuously drop into a material receiving hopper outside the panel under the action of gravity due to blocking of the spherical surface of the bowl-shaped cutter, and when the bowl-shaped cutter rotates for a certain angle, the cut-off massive vegetables are separated from rootstocks of the vegetables, and drop into a waste material receiving hopper inside the panel under the action of gravity.

the cutting device comprises a rotary cutter shaft (6) which is rotatably positioned on the support frame, a bowl-shaped cutter (8) which is fixed on the cutter shaft, a cutter shaft connecting rod (17) which drives the cutter shaft, and a cutter shaft driving cylinder (12) which drives the cutter shaft connecting rod through a forked connecting rod (16);
the receiving device comprises a receiving hopper (2) positioned on the outer side of the supporting plate and a waste discharging hopper (3) positioned under the supporting plate.
