Abstract

The invention provides a quick hemostasis chitosan sponge cushion band-aid which comprises medical isolation paper, a sponge cushion layer and viscose cloth, wherein the sponge cushion layer is positioned in the middle section of the viscose cloth, the isolation paper is attached to the viscose cloth and the sponge cushion layer, the sponge cushion layer contains a quick hemostasis medicament, and the quick hemostasis medicament comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-55 parts of chitosan mixture, 10-15 parts of glucose aqueous solution and 5-8 parts of mannose. The chitosan sponge cushion band-aid capable of rapidly stopping bleeding provided by the invention can rapidly and strongly stop bleeding, has the effects of resisting bacteria, relieving pain, promoting wound healing and the like, is non-toxic and non-irritant, has high use safety, and is suitable for medical rapid hemostasis, wound healing promotion and the like.

Background

The Chinese patent application CN104307027A discloses a medical chitosan rapid hemostasis composite dressing, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of chitosan, 10-20 parts of glucan, 15-25 parts of hydroxypropyl chitosan, 1-5 parts of antibacterial agent, 2-8 parts of tranquilizer and antiphlogistic and 2-10 parts of mannose.

As can be seen from Table 1, the test results of the average hemostasis time and the average blood loss of the quick hemostasis chitosan sponge pad band-aid of the invention are obviously superior to those of the quick hemostasis chitosan sponge pad band-aid prepared by a comparative example, especially the quick hemostasis chitosan sponge pad band-aid of the embodiment 3 has the best performance, the average hemostasis time reaches 8s, and the average blood loss is as low as 0.0054g, so that the quick hemostasis chitosan sponge pad band-aid of the invention can quickly and strongly stanch, is non-toxic and non-irritant, has high use safety, is simple and convenient to implement in preparation method and low in preparation cost, and can be widely applied to treatment of small wounds.
Test example two, anti-inflammatory test of chitosan sponge pad adhesive bandage for rapid hemostasis
1. Test materials: the chitosan sponge pad adhesive bandage for quick hemostasis prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1.
2. Test subjects: 50 Kunming mice are selected, half of the mice are male and female, and the weight of the mice is 30 g.
3. The test method comprises the following steps:
dividing 50 mice into 5 groups at random, wherein the groups are respectively a control group, an example 1 group, an example 2 group, an example 3 group and a comparative example 1 group, each group comprises 10 mice, the right ear of each group of mice is uniformly coated with 50 mu L of dimethylbenzene, the left ear is used as a control, and the right ear of the control group of mice is used with physiological saline 2 hours after inflammation; the quick hemostatic chitosan sponge pad adhesive bandages prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1 were applied to the right ears of the mice in the example 1 group, the example 2 group, the example 3 group and the comparative example 1 group.

As can be seen from table 2, the groups of example 1, example 2 and example 3 can significantly reduce the difference in ear weight of the mice and have better anti-inflammatory effect compared with the control group, which indicates that the quick hemostatic chitosan sponge pad adhesive bandage prepared by the invention has significant anti-inflammatory effect, wherein the effect of example 3 is the best example of the invention; the effect of example 3 is superior to that of comparative example 1.
