技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药配方，尤其涉及一种老寒腿泡脚中药配方。
背景技术
泡脚能够促进血液循环，能促进我们的新陈代谢，消除疲劳，改善睡眠，能够驱除我们身体的寒冷，泡脚是我们养生中其中的一种方式，中医认为，双脚上有６０余个穴位，占全身穴位总数的１０％，均与全身器官有相应的关系。从足底的搔痒敏感程度可说明其穴位及神经系统敏感度均高于其他部位。每日晚上睡前用热水洗脚，可促使气血畅通、滋补元气、延缓衰老，每日坚持足浴，不但可以保持脚部清洁，增强其新陈代谢，提高对外来病原微生物的抵抗力。
老寒腿多因受凉、劳累或外伤后引发的反复发作、久治不愈的腿部(多为膝关节)酸麻疼痛，每当天阴下雨或气候转凉时，膝关节疼痛加重，这些患者以中老年人为多，因此也被称为“老寒腿”， 急性疼痛发作时，关节僵硬，活动时有弹响声，到后期，膝关节会肿大变形，活动范围受限，出现持续性疼痛，经常泡脚可缓解或预防老寒腿，通过泡腿时的温热刺激腿部穴位或反射区到达全身，起到经络调节的作用，特别加入一些祛风散寒、除湿、活血祛瘀、通经活络的中药，其中的有效中药成分中在热水的热力帮助下，渗透进皮肤，被足部毛细血管吸收，进入人体血液循环系统，从而达到疏通经络，消肿止痛的作用，而现有的泡脚中药配方价格高，效果不明显，不能满足大家的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种纯天然，安全无副作用，具有祛风散寒、除湿、活血祛瘀、通经活络功效的老寒腿泡脚中药配方。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种老寒腿泡脚中药配方：其组分及其重量配比是：刘寄奴30-50，威灵仙15-30，伸筋草15-30，透骨草15-30，鸡血藤15-30，怀牛膝15-30，木瓜10-20，五加皮10-20，桂枝10-20，肉桂皮10-15，干姜10-15。

本发明配方中各中药的功效是：
刘寄奴：破瘀通经、止血消肿；
威灵仙：祛风湿，通经络，主治：风湿关节炎、腰膝疼痛、肢体麻木；
伸筋草：有祛风除湿，舒筋活络的功效，用于关节酸痛，屈伸不利；
透骨草：祛风除湿、舒筋活络、活血止痛、解毒化疹等功效；
鸡血藤：活血舒筋；主治，手足麻木，肢体瘫痪，风湿痹痛；
怀牛膝：活血通经，补肝肾，强筋骨；
木瓜：舒筋活络；
五加皮：具有补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风除湿通经络的功效；
桂枝：温经、祛风寒、活血通络；
肉桂皮：补火助阳、引火归源、散寒止痛、活血通经；
干姜：温中散寒、温肺化饮、回阳通；
本发明的有益效果是：纯天然，安全无副作用，能改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，加入具有祛风散寒、除湿、活血祛瘀、通经活络功效的中药，从而达到疏通经络，消肿止痛的作用，可有效缓解老寒腿症状。适用于膝关节经常隐痛，手足麻木，关节僵硬，膝关节肿大，活动范围受限的患者。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明：一种老寒腿泡脚中药配方，其组分及其重量配比是：刘寄奴30-50，威灵仙15-30，伸筋草15-30克，透骨草15-30，鸡血藤15-30，怀牛膝15-30，木瓜10-20，五加皮10-20，桂枝10-20，肉桂皮10-15，干姜10-15，本发明选取刘寄奴50克，威灵仙30克，伸筋草30克，透骨草30克，鸡血藤30克，怀牛膝30克，木瓜20克，五加皮20克，桂枝20克，肉桂皮15克，干姜15克，将上述中药一起放入锅中加水5000毫升熬制30~35分钟左右，倒入盆内，水温可视季节及使用者的承受力适当调节，以不烫伤为好，温度越高药效吸收越充分，双脚分别浸入盆内，边烫泡边按相应穴位，水温下降时，可适当加入热水，直泡至双足暖和，皮肤发红为度，大约需15-20分钟，每日临睡前泡一次，1剂可用2-3次，15天为1疗程。
本发明的有益效果是：纯天然，安全无副作用，能改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，加入具有祛风散寒、除湿、活血祛瘀、通经活络功效的中药，从而达到疏通经络，消肿止痛的作用，可有效缓解老寒腿症状。
