Abstract

Description

焊接电源壳体
本发明总体涉及电源壳体,更具体涉及安装在壳体内用来支撑电源的电气部件的通道,以及安装在支撑结构的每一端上以允许气流通过通道的隔栅。
焊接电源设备通常要求几个发热的电气设备,如通过电路板相连的变压器、功率模件、电感、整流器、传感器及类似设备。一般需提供一风机以使空气通过上述结构流通而冷却发热设备。
美国专利USPNo.4,027,205公开了一种强制通风式环保弧焊设备,其壳体包括由前后面板、壳盖和基座构成的主室,由隔板从主室隔出一个内室,变压器和桥式整流器安装在主室的通风道中,两端板上具有通风百叶窗,利用一个风机来冷却发热元件。但通过壳体流通的空气带有对电气系统及更具体的印刷电路板有不利影响的灰尘。为防止电路板被污染,通常采用塑料外罩分别包住电路板。
本发明的目的是提供一种焊接电源壳体,其具有通过壳体的风通道以冷却各种电源装置并能够使电路板与灰尘或污垢隔离从而防止电路板被污染。
为此,本发明提供一种焊接电源壳体,该壳体包括:由一基座、安装在基底的每一端上的端板和封闭端板的壳盖确定的主室,还包括:在主室内以所述端板间形成的水平通道形式的内室,一个或多个发热装置安装在通道上,与通道对齐的在每一所述端板的隔栅,以允许空气流过所述通道以冷却所述发热装置,以及一个主电气控制板和互连板,与所述通道以隔离关系安装在主室内以使所述电路板与通过通道的气流隔离。
由于根据本发明的焊接电源壳体的主风室与外界相通以便自然对流冷却,产生相对多热量的元件置于通道内,而电子元件位于通道以外,因而使需要大量冷却的元件被强迫进行对流冷却,而敏感的电子元件又能得到保护使之免受灰尘的影响。
通过审阅以下附图、详细说明和所附权利要求,本领域技术人员将明白本发明的其它基本特征和优点。
图1是根据本发明的焊接电源设备的透视图;
图2是通道的壳盖及左侧壁移去后设备的左侧的透视图;
图3是与图2类似的表示电气设备安装在通道左壁上的视图;
图4是通道的壳盖及顶部右侧壁移去后设备的右侧透视图;
图5是与图4类似的表示顶壁及右侧壁和安装在其上的电气设备的视图;及
图6是与图5类似的表示安装在通道上的主控制回路和互连板的视图。
在详细解释本发明的至少一个实施例之前应当明确本发明并不仅限于在以下介绍中阐明的或附图中展示的其构造细节和元件布置上的应用。本发明能够有其他实施例或以多种方式实践或实现。还应明确下面采用的术语和专门用语仅限于解释目的而不应被认为是一种限制。
根据本发明的焊接电源设备10一般包括由基座16互连并被壳盖18盖住的前面板12和后面板14。每一面板12和14分别提供有隔栅20和22。在面板12和14间由如图3所示与隔栅20和22对齐的一对侧壁26和28及顶壁30形成一个通道。风机(未示出)可位于与隔栅20或22对齐处。
参照图4,图中表示安装在壁26内侧的主高频变压器32、整流器散热片34和输出整流器绝缘板(insulator)36,输出整流器散热片34被安装在壁26的内侧。在输出整流器散热片34的外侧安装一对输出二极管25、RC缓冲电路27和输出母线29。
参照图2和图5,表示安装在壁28内侧的输入电感38、输出稳定器40和功率模件散热片42。注意到IGBT44、DI/DT电感46、输入整流器48和预充电SCR50被安装在装于侧壁28内侧的功率模件散热片42的外表面上。容器式电容器(tank capacitor)49和电流互感器51也安装在侧壁28上。
辅助变压器52、自动连接接触器54和电解电容器56安装在顶板30上,按此布置,所有的元件都被通过由侧壁26和28形成的通道的气流所冷却。
如图6所示的主电路板60由电容器托架62与通道的顶部30隔开,电容器托架62与自动连接接触器54成隔开的关系。互连板64通过与功率模件散热片42隔开的螺钉66安装在自动连接接触器54的侧面。
按此布置安装在通道侧壁和顶板上的发热元件被流过通道的空气冷却。电路板按与通道呈隔开的关系安装并被包围在端面板和单元壳盖之间的封闭空间内从而防止灰尘进入壳盖18内的空间内。
上面对本发明的最佳实施例进行了介绍。总体上,对用于焊接电源壳体的冷却风通道(或风室)进行了介绍。最佳实施例的通道包括区别于电源壳体的三个壁和与电源壳体共用的一个壁。在最佳实施例中主风室与外界有孔相通以便自然对流冷却。产生相对大量的热量的元件,如变压器32、电感38、稳定器42被置于通道内。电子元件,如二极管25、IGBT44、缓冲电路27、输入整流器48、及预充电SCR50位于通道以外,被安装在部分位于通道内的散热片上,它们也产生相对大量的热量。因而,需要大量冷却的元件被强迫进行对流冷却,而敏感的电子元件又被保护免受灰尘的影响。本发明范围内还有其他实施例。一个这样的替代实施例包括不同数目的公共壁。另一个使用在电感加热电源中的风通道。
因而,明显看出根据本发明已提供了一种完全满足上面提出的目的和优点的焊接电源壳体。虽然对本发明的介绍是结合其特定实施例进行的,但本领域技术人员显然明白可以有许多替代方案、修改和变更。因而,以下权利要求书的精神和宽广范围中将包括所有这样的替代方案、修改和变更。

Claims (3)

1.一种焊接电源壳体,该壳体包括:
由一基座(16)、安装在基座(16)的每一端上的端面板(12,14)和封闭端面板的壳盖(18)确定的主室,一个或多个发热装置(32,38,42)安装在通道上,与通道对齐的在每一所述端面板的隔栅(20,22),以允许空气流过所述通道以冷却所述发热装置,
其特征在于,还包括:
在主室内以所述端面板(12,14)间形成的水平通道形式的内室(12,14,16,26,28,30),以及一个主电气控制板(60)和互连板(64),与所述通道以隔离关系安装在主室内以使所述电路板与通过通道的气流隔离。
2.根据权利要求1的壳体,其特征在于,包括安装在所述通道一端的风机用来吹送空气通过通道。
3.根据权利要求2的壳体,其特征在于,包括安装在主室内通道上的热敏感电子元件(44,46,48,50)和安装在通道内与电子元件有热接触的一定数量的散热片,因而通过通道的空气冷却散热片以降低电子元件的温度。
