Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂,由以下质量份的原料制成:桔皮0.9‑1.1份、苦参0.5‑0.8份、苦谏皮0.9‑1.1份、博落回1.8‑2.2份、折耳根3‑5份、佩立1‑3份和多杀霉素2‑3份,本发明还公开了该液体除虫剂的制备方法,本发明的优点是:首先,选用天然草本植物提取物为原料制成,不仅能够有效的起到除虫的作用,而且环保无公害;其次,本发明的液体除虫剂,制作和使用方便。

一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种除虫剂,尤其涉及一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,蔬菜的运输日益普遍,蔬菜在运输过程中的驱虫处理变得尤为重要,早倡导绿色和保护环境的今天,多种高毒和高残留化学物已被限量或停产,有机磷、拟除虫菊酯、苯甲酰脲类和生化等农药经复配组合已使原有的毒性在一定程度上有所降低,但由于累年使用的结果,致使虫体耐药性和抗药性逐年加强,交替使用的效果也不理想,农药除虫剂的实际稀释量已远远超出其限用范围,农产品化学物残留远达不到无公害的要求,逐年增加的农药需求量造成农村环境污染的加剧,其残留物对人体的危害更不容忽视。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的是提供一种由天然草本植物提取物制成用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂;第二目的是提供上述除虫剂的制备方法。
技术方案:一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂,由以下质量份的原料制成:桔皮0.9-1.1份、苦参0.5-0.8份、苦谏皮0.9-1.1份、博落回1.8-2.2份、折耳根3-5份、佩立1-3份和多杀霉素2-3份。
所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将以上质量份的桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立和多杀霉素研碎混合并冷藏,得活性物质粗粉;
(2)用0.4-0.6%盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸步骤(1)中的活性物质粗粉,并浓缩得到活性物质总提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的总提取物在NaOH溶液中溶解,碱化至pH8-9,在溶液中加入硫酸氢铵,边搅拌边蒸馏至含水率为10-15%,即得。
其中,步骤(1)中冷藏温度为0-2℃。
所述步骤(2)所述反复冷浸为用盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸活性物质粗粉4-6次,每次8-12天。
所述步骤(2)所述浓缩为在20-30℃下减压浓缩。
所述步骤(3)中所述NaOH溶液的浓度为8-10%。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著的优点为:(1)选用天然草本植物提取物为原料制成,不仅能够有效的起到除虫的作用,而且环保无公害;(2)本发明的液体除虫剂,制作和使用方便。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂,由以下质量份的原料制成:桔皮0.9份、苦参0.5份、苦谏皮0.9份、博落回1.8份、折耳根3份、佩立1份和多杀霉素2份。
所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将以上质量份的桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立和多杀霉素研碎混合并冷藏,得活性物质粗粉;
(2)用0.4%盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸步骤(1)中的活性物质粗粉,并浓缩得到活性物质总提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的总提取物在NaOH溶液中溶解,碱化至pH8,在溶液中加入硫酸氢铵,边搅拌边蒸馏至含水率为10%,即得。
其中,步骤(1)中冷藏温度为0℃。

实施例2
一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂,由以下质量份的原料制成:桔皮1份、苦参0.65份、苦谏皮1份、博落回2份、折耳根4份、佩立2份和多杀霉素2.5份。
所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将以上质量份的桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立和多杀霉素研碎混合并冷藏,得活性物质粗粉;
(2)用0.5%盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸步骤(1)中的活性物质粗粉,并浓缩得到活性物质总提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的总提取物在NaOH溶液中溶解,碱化至pH8.5,在溶液中加入硫酸氢铵,边搅拌边蒸馏至含水率为13%,即得。
其中,步骤(1)中冷藏温度为1℃。
所述步骤(2)所述反复冷浸为用盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸活性物质粗粉5次,每次10天。
所述步骤(2)所述浓缩为在25℃下减压浓缩。
所述步骤(3)中所述NaOH溶液的浓度为9%。
实施例3
一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂,由以下质量份的原料制成:桔皮1.1份、苦参0.8份、苦谏皮1.1份、博落回2.2份、折耳根5份、佩立3份和多杀霉素3份。
所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将以上质量份的桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立和多杀霉素研碎混合并冷藏,得活性物质粗粉;
(2)用0.6%盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸步骤(1)中的活性物质粗粉,并浓缩得到活性物质总提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的总提取物在NaOH溶液中溶解,碱化至pH9,在溶液中加入硫酸氢铵,边搅拌边蒸馏至含水率为15%,即得。
其中,步骤(1)中冷藏温度为2℃。
所述步骤(2)所述反复冷浸为用盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸活性物质粗粉6次,每次12天。
所述步骤(2)所述浓缩为在30℃下减压浓缩。
所述步骤(3)中所述NaOH溶液的浓度为10%。
试验例1
对相同浓度的桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立6种植物的甲醇提取物以及实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制得的除虫剂进行杀虫效果试验,试验结果见表1:

试验表明:桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立的提取物均可在6h内杀死全部实验虫,本发明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3杀虫耗时最长为1.2h,由此可见本发明的杀虫剂的杀虫效果极佳。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份的原料制成:桔皮0.9-1.1份、苦参0.5-0.8份、苦谏皮0.9-1.1份、博落回1.8-2.2份、折耳根3-5份、佩立1-3份和多杀霉素2-3份。
2.权利要求1所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将以上质量份的桔皮、苦参、苦谏皮、博落回、折耳根、佩立和多杀霉素研碎混合并冷藏,得活性物质粗粉;
(2)用0.4-0.6%盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸步骤(1)中的活性物质粗粉,并浓缩得到活性物质总提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的总提取物在NaOH溶液中溶解,碱化至pH8-9,在溶液中加入硫酸氢铵,边搅拌边蒸馏至含水率为10-15%,即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中冷藏温度为0-2℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述反复冷浸为用盐酸甲醇溶液反复冷浸活性物质粗粉4-6次,每次8-12天。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述浓缩为在20-30℃下减压浓缩。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于绿色蔬菜的液体除虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述NaOH溶液的浓度为8-10%。
