The invention provides a college student clothes airing control system which is arranged on the roof of a dormitory building through improvement, the system is different from the existing clothes airing equipment, the system is based on network reservation and control, reservation of a clothes airing rotation control unit and control of the clothes airing rotation control unit are realized through mutual communication of a control terminal 1, a campus database server 2 and a control room host machine 3, the use of more students in colleges and universities can be met, the system is convenient for students to use, time and labor are saved, safety and high efficiency are realized, and the problem of bedding airing of the students is greatly solved.
The control terminal 1 is arranged on the clothes airing control equipment and used for controlling the operation of a plurality of groups of clothes airing rotation control units; the campus database server 2 is used for storing data information; the control room main unit 3 is used for inquiring information (such as an operation state and the like) of each set of clothes airing rotation control unit in the campus database server 2.
The college student clothes airing control system based on network control further comprises a communication server 34 and a mobile phone 35. At the time of reservation, the system simultaneously transmits the information of reservation to the mobile phone 35 of the student, and the student uses the corresponding clothes airing rotation control unit to air the clothes according to the information of reservation. the section of the rotating base 4 is C-shaped, the overturning motor 5 is installed on the side face of the rotating base 4, the overturning motor 5 drives the main rotating shaft 6 to rotate through a transmission belt, the main rotating shaft 6 is arranged at one end of the rotating base 4, a large chain wheel 10 is arranged on the main rotating shaft 6, the main rotating shaft 6 is connected with the airing rotating frame 7, the auxiliary rotating shaft 9 is connected with the other side edge of the airing rotating frame 7, and meanwhile, the auxiliary rotating shaft 9 is arranged at the other end of the rotating base 4;
the lower end of the airing rotary frame 7 is provided with two connecting columns 11, a rotary transmission rod 12 is arranged in each connecting column 11, the large chain wheels 10 are connected through a transmission belt and drive the rotary transmission rod 12 to rotate, the other end of the rotary transmission rod 12 is provided with a bevel gear A13, the airing rotary body 8 is supported inside the airing rotary frame 7 through a rotary support column 14, and the bottom end of the rotary support column 14 is provided with a bevel gear B15 meshed with the bevel gear A13.
The clothes airing control device is provided with a plurality of groups of clothes airing rotation control units; however, the clothes airing control apparatus of fig. 2 has two sets of clothes airing rotation control units (in practical use, a plurality of sets of clothes airing rotation control units may be connected in parallel according to the field); each group of clothes airing and rotating control units can also be customized according to the field width; for each group of clothes airing rotation control units, the control terminal 1 starts the corresponding turning motor 5 in the clothes airing rotation control unit, and the turning motor 5 simultaneously drives the airing rotating frame 7 and the airing rotating body 8 to rotate on the rotating base 4, so that double-sided ventilation and double-sided solarization of clothes can be realized, and the aim of facilitating clothes airing can be better achieved.
According to the college student clothes airing control system based on network control, the clothes airing rotary control units are connected with each other through the corresponding rotary bases 4; the clothes airing rotary control device has the advantages that the occupied space is saved, and meanwhile, the clothes airing rotary control units are more stable.
According to the college student clothes airing control system based on network control, the airing rotating body 8 is composed of two parts, namely a fixed airing rotating plate 16 and a turning airing rotating plate 17, the turning airing rotating plate 17 can turn along the fixed airing rotating plate 16, a plurality of vertical strips 18 for clamping clothes are respectively arranged in the middle of the fixed airing rotating plate 16 and the turning airing rotating plate 17, and cavities for clamping the clothes are formed in the fixed airing rotating plate 16 and the turning airing rotating plate 17.
When a student (or a teacher) uses the clothes airing rack, firstly, the overturning airing rotary plate 17 is manually opened, clothes to be aired are flatly placed in a cavity formed by the fixed airing rotary plate 16 and the overturning airing rotary plate 17 and used for clamping the clothes, and the overturning airing rotary plate 17 is closed; the advantage of the airing rotor 8 with such a structure is that it adopts a simple structure, which is convenient for clamping clothes. During installation, the size of the airing rotor 8 should be as wide as possible, so that more clothes can be accommodated in the inner cavity.
The invention relates to a college student clothes airing control system based on network control, wherein a control terminal 1 comprises a control module 19, a GPS positioning module 20, a power supply control system 21, a network communication module 22, a storage module 23, a key module 24, an output control module 25, an indicator lamp 26, an identity card reading module 27 and a display screen 28;

When the control terminal is used, a student can start and close the control terminal 1 through the key module 24, meanwhile, the control time of the overturning motor 5 can be input on site, and certainly, the running time of the overturning motor 5 can be controlled remotely by the control room host 3, and the GPS positioning module 20 is used for positioning the control terminal 1 (a plurality of control terminals may be correspondingly arranged during implementation, when the control terminal has a water inlet fault, the control terminal is positioned through the GPS positioning module 20, so that a maintainer can find the control terminal as soon as possible); when maintenance is carried out, the identity information of maintenance personnel is read through the identity card reading module 27 and is used for recording maintenance time and facilitating later inquiry. The control terminal 1 is subjected to power supply management by the power supply control system 21.
According to the college student clothes airing control system based on network control, when the college student clothes airing control system is implemented, the control terminal 1 is arranged on clothes airing control equipment and is installed on the dormitory roof, and the control terminal can be lost due to factors such as rainwater; in order to detect water seepage of the control terminal, the power supply control system described in fig. 7 can be adopted; the power supply control system 21 comprises a power supply control module 29, a power supply detection module 30, a water seepage detection module 31, a timing switch module 32 and a terminal storage battery 33;
the power supply detection module 30 and the timing switch module 32 are respectively connected with a terminal storage battery 33; meanwhile, the outputs of the power supply detection module 30 and the water seepage detection module 31 are respectively connected with the power supply control module 29, and the power supply control module 29 is also connected with the timing switch module 32;
the water seepage detection module 31 is provided with a detection output end and is used for detecting the water seepage condition of the current control terminal 1, if water seepage occurs, the water seepage detection module 31 generates a water seepage signal and transmits the water seepage signal to the power supply control module 29, and the power supply control module 29 transmits the water seepage signal to the control module 19 so as to upload the water seepage signal to the campus database server 2;
the power supply detection module 30 detects the electric quantity and voltage of the terminal storage battery 33, and if the electric quantity of the storage battery is detected to be low, the power supply control module 29 switches to the standby power supply; the timing switch module 32 is used for realizing the timing on and off of the control terminal 1 (the fixed on at 6 am and the off at 20 pm can be set, and the purpose is that sometimes students forget to turn off the control terminal 1 when taking clothes, so that the students can automatically turn off at 20 pm.
The invention provides a college student clothes airing control method based on network control, which comprises the following control modes:
firstly, a manager inquires the working condition of each group of clothes airing rotation control units in the clothes airing control device from a campus database server 2 through a control room host 3, namely, the manager judges whether the clothes airing rotation control units are aired with clothes currently or not by inquiring the working state of each group of clothes airing rotation control units; then selecting a clothes airing and rotating control unit in an idle state for reservation, and uploading the reserved information to the campus database server 2; when the idle clothes airing and rotating control unit is reserved, the time period of use needs to be reserved;
when a student arrives at the appointed clothes airing rotary control unit according to the appointed time period, the overturning airing rotary plate 17 is manually opened, clothes to be aired are flatly placed in a cavity formed by the fixed airing rotary plate 16 and the overturning airing rotary plate 17 and used for clamping the clothes, and the overturning airing rotary plate 17 is closed; meanwhile, the key module 24 corresponding to the control terminal 1 is manually pressed down for starting the control terminal 1 to work, the control terminal 1 starts the corresponding turning motor 5 in the clothes airing rotation control unit, and the turning motor 5 drives the airing rotating frame 7 and the airing rotating body 8 to rotate on the rotating base 4, so that the aim of facilitating airing clothes is fulfilled;
at the same time, the control terminal 1 will upload the usage status of the clothes drying rotation control unit to the campus database server 2, and at this time, the status of the clothes drying rotation control unit in the campus database server 2 is changed from idle to usage.
When the user makes a reservation, the system simultaneously sends the reservation information to the mobile phone 35 of the student, and the student uses the corresponding clothes airing rotation control unit to air the clothes according to the reservation information.
