发明内容
发明目的：为解决现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提出一种用于植物纤维材料制备的搅拌件。
技术方案：为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种用于植物纤维材料制备的搅拌件，包括搅拌杆和设置在搅拌杆上并通过驱动机构沿搅拌杆进行上下活动的搅拌片，所述搅拌片包括与所述搅拌杆连接的环形固定端和搅拌端，所述搅拌端为Y字形结构且该搅拌端具体包括第一搅拌端和第二搅拌端，所述第一搅拌端和第二搅拌端之间通过半圆弧结构连接，所述半圆弧结构内侧壁上设有若干锥形凸起。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明所述的搅拌片的固定端内直径大于搅拌杆直径。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明所述的搅拌片表面处均匀设有若干锥形凸起。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明所述的搅拌端纵向宽度为固定端外直径的2倍。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明所述的第一搅拌端和第二搅拌端的横向宽度为半圆弧结构内径的1/3。
有益效果：本发明提供的一种用于植物纤维材料制备的搅拌件，与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：本发明通过搅拌片沿搅拌杆进行上下活动以提高搅拌效率和搅拌质量，同时通过搅拌端的半圆弧结构和若干锥形凸起，通过增加接触面积来较快搅拌速度，保证材料制备质量和效率。

其中，本实施例的搅拌片1的固定端内直径大于搅拌杆直径，搅拌片1表面处均匀设有若干锥形凸起34，搅拌端3纵向宽度为固定端2外直径的2倍，第一搅拌端31和第二搅拌端32的横向宽度为半圆弧结构33内径的1/3。

1.一种用于植物纤维材料制备的搅拌件，其特征在于：包括搅拌杆和设置在搅拌杆上并通过驱动机构沿搅拌杆进行上下活动的搅拌片，所述搅拌片包括与所述搅拌杆连接的环形固定端和搅拌端，所述搅拌端为Y字形结构且该搅拌端具体包括第一搅拌端和第二搅拌端，所述第一搅拌端和第二搅拌端之间通过半圆弧结构连接，所述半圆弧结构内侧壁上设有若干锥形凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物纤维材料制备的搅拌件，其特征在于：所述搅拌片的固定端内直径大于搅拌杆直径。
