一种锚式搅拌桨，包括有搅拌轴，搅拌轴的下端为锚式桨片，其特征在于：所述搅拌轴的中部分别固定设置有横向的上叶片桨、下叶片桨，上叶片桨与下叶片桨交叉排布。
所述上叶片桨与下叶片桨为呈折角状，折角度为45°。
本实用新型的在原有的搅拌轴上增加了上叶片桨、下叶片桨，有效的防止了物料飞溅问题，且上部物料同时下压，促使搅拌均匀，并能相应缩短搅拌时间。
