Abstract
本发明公开了一种人工关节铸件,包括吸附金属粒子膜,所述吸附金属粒子膜的顶部设置有髋臼假肢,所述吸附金属粒子膜的内侧设置有假体球头,所述假体球头的底部设置有假体柄,所述假体柄的底部设置有假体柄身,人工关节材质决定磨损系数,其中有金属和金属的组合,人体运动会导致磨损生成金属颗粒,金属颗粒是有可能对人体有害的,所以在髋臼假肢底部和假体肢顶部之间粘有吸附金属粒子膜,这是具有弹性的,能够吸附金属粒子的一种膜,所以增加了这个膜之后,因为摩擦而产生的金属粒子并不会跑到血肉里面,从而防止了金属粒子对人体潜在的危害,另外假体凸起也能起到固定,防止假体柄身脱落或者左右滑动的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于人工关节技术领域,具体涉及一种人工关节铸件。
背景技术
人工关节是人们为挽救已失去功能的关节而设计的一种人工器官,它在人工器官中属于疗效最好的一种。一般来说,其使用年限可达20年以上。随着科技进步,人工关节手术已经是一种十分成功和有把握的手术:它可以即刻消除关节疼痛、恢复关节的正常活动功能,使长期受关节病痛折磨的人们再次获得新生,手术后可以象正常人那样,行走、爬楼、外出旅行、外出工作、购物和体育锻炼等。多年来人们就采用各种人工关节治疗关节强直、关节畸形和各种破坏性骨关节疾病,力图将这些有病的关节矫正,并恢复功能,使之成为稳定的、不疼的,并有一定的功能的关节。迄今已研制出膝、髋、肘、肩、指、趾关节假体,用于临床。当由于各种原因导致关节发生了结构上的改变后,单纯使用药物治疗是不可取的,而人工关节置换可以达到缓解疼痛、稳定关节等目的。
现有的人工关节,在人体运动的时候会导致的磨损下来的金属颗粒,虽说磨损下来的重金属颗粒可以通过血液循环排出来,并且世界性的报道都没有发现其毒副作用,但没有报道不等于没有,而且,成人时期没有发现影响,谁也不敢保证在胚胎或者受精卵时期不会发生影响,如果有影响,将会直接导致非常严重的后果的问题,为此我们提出一种人工关节铸件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种人工关节铸件,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的人工关节,在人体运动的时候会导致的磨损下来的金属颗粒,虽说磨损下来的重金属颗粒可以通过血液循环排出来,并且世界性的报道都没有发现其毒副作用,但没有报道不等于没有,而且,成人时期没有发现影响,谁也不敢保证在胚胎或者受精卵时期不会发生影响,如果有影响,将会直接导致非常严重的后果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种人工关节铸件,包括吸附金属粒子膜,所述吸附金属粒子膜的顶部设置有髋臼假肢,所述吸附金属粒子膜的内侧设置有假体球头,所述假体球头的底部设置有假体柄,所述假体柄的底部设置有假体柄身,所述假体柄身的一侧设置有假体凸起,所述髋臼假肢的内壁设置有塑胶衬垫。
优选的,所述假体球头用陶瓷或金属材料制成。
优选的,所述髋臼假肢与髋臼部位用骨水泥粘合固定连接。
优选的,所述假体柄身用骨水泥与股骨固定连接。
优选的,所述吸附金属粒子膜顶部和底部分别与髋臼假肢和假体柄用骨水泥粘合固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:人工关节,材质决定磨损系数,其中有金属和金属的组合,人体运动会导致磨损生成金属颗粒,金属颗粒是有可能对人体有害的,所以在髋臼假肢底部和假体肢顶部之间粘有吸附金属粒子膜,这是具有弹性的,能够吸附金属粒子的一种膜,所以增加了这个膜之后,因为摩擦而产生的金属粒子并不会跑到血肉里面,从而防止了金属粒子对人体潜在的危害,另外假体凸起也能起到固定,防止假体柄身脱落或者左右滑动的作用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种人工关节铸件,包括吸附金属粒子膜2,吸附金属粒子膜2的顶部设置有髋臼假肢1,吸附金属粒子膜2的内侧设置有假体球头3,假体球头3的底部设置有假体柄4,假体柄4的底部设置有假体柄身5,假体柄身5的一侧设置有假体凸起6,髋臼假肢1的内壁设置有塑胶衬垫7。
本实施例中,优选的,假体球头3用陶瓷或金属材料制成。
本实施例中,优选的,髋臼假肢1与髋臼部位用骨水泥粘合固定连接。
本实施例中,优选的,假体柄身5用骨水泥与股骨固定连接。
本实施例中,优选的,吸附金属粒子膜2顶部和底部分别与髋臼假肢1和假体柄4用骨水泥粘合固定连接。
本发明中的人工髋关节假体仿照人体髋关节的结构,将假体柄身5插入股骨髓腔内,利用髋臼假肢1与假体球头3形成旋转,实现股骨的曲伸和运动。 假体柄4分别采用钛合金、钴铬钼合金、超低碳不锈钢材料制造,髋臼假肢1采用无毒超高分子聚乙烯制造,假体球头3采用钛合金(与钛合金、钴铬钼合金股骨头柄配合)和超低碳不锈钢材料制造,吸附金属粒子膜2是具有弹性的,能够吸附金属粒子的一种膜,塑胶衬垫7包括有聚乙烯、陶瓷、金属等,以做为关节的介面。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:当股骨从髋关节分离后,将患病的股骨头从股骨分开,将患病的股骨头和软骨从款关节移走,然后髋臼假肢1安放在髋臼部位,用骨水泥粘合,一个特质的塑胶衬垫7安放在髋臼假肢1内,然后把吸附金属粒子膜2用骨水泥粘到髋臼假肢1的底边,接下来,将股骨的骨髓管钻孔并钻大使假体柄身5和假体凸起6正好得以插入,直到假体柄4被放进股骨的顶部,再用骨水泥固定,然后将一个假体球头3安放在假体柄4顶部,最后假体球头3和新臼部位结合形成新的髋关节,然后把吸附金属粒子膜2没有粘合的一端和假体柄4底部用骨水泥进行固定。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种人工关节铸件,包括吸附金属粒子膜(2),其特征在于:所述吸附金属粒子膜(2)的顶部设置有髋臼假肢(1),所述吸附金属粒子膜(2)的内侧设置有假体球头(3),所述假体球头(3)的底部设置有假体柄(4),所述假体柄(4)的底部设置有假体柄身(5),所述假体柄身(5)的一侧设置有假体凸起(6),所述髋臼假肢(1)的内壁设置有塑胶衬垫(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工关节铸件,其特征在于:所述假体球头(3)用陶瓷或金属材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工关节铸件,其特征在于:所述髋臼假肢(1)与髋臼部位用骨水泥粘合固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工关节铸件,其特征在于:所述假体柄身(5)用骨水泥与股骨固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工关节铸件,其特征在于:所述吸附金属粒子膜(2)顶部和底部分别与髋臼假肢(1)和假体柄(4)用骨水泥粘合固定连接。
