Abstract

一种假肢体,人工肘关节表面置换假体-环套形人造肘关节。
本实用新型环套形人造肘关节,是由肱骨端环套与尺骨端假体构成的,肱骨端环套采用钴、铬、钼合金,尺骨端假体采用超高分子量聚乙烯制成。环套形人造肘关节可为陈旧性骨结核、类风湿性肘关节炎、良性骨肿瘤者,肘关节先天性畸形或由其它骨质而引起肘关节功能不全者解除病痛及使部分病人恢复劳动能力,可使肘关节能达到正常伸、展功能。

Description

一种假肢体,人工肘关节表面置换假体一环套形人造肘关节。
目前,国内外人工关节在临床上已经应用了几十年,如人工髋关节、人工膝关节。自1922年HerGroove用象牙制做了人工股骨头用于临床以来,Judet兄弟的干型人工股骨头;Wiles的不锈钢人工股骨头及不锈钢制做的假臼;Chemley的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂〔PMMA〕粘合固定人工关节及塑料臼杯与金属人工股骨头等已用于临床,但人工肘关节表面置换假体确为空白。本实用新型环套形人造肘关节为一种人工肘关节表面置换医疗器械。
本实用新型环套形人造肘关节发明的目的是:可为陈旧性骨结核病情稳定导致肘关节强直而丧失劳动能力者、类风湿性肘关节炎肘关节功能障碍者、骨性关节炎影响关节功能者,化脓性关节后遗症肘关节功能障碍者、良性骨肿瘤者、外伤性肘关节粉碎性骨折功能丧失者肘关节先天性畸型功能障碍者、或由于其它骨质病变而引起肘关节功能不全者解除病痛,恢复关节伸、屈功能劳动能力。
本实用新型内容简述:
环套形人造肘关节为两部分组成:1.(Ⅰ型)肱骨端环套,(Ⅱ型)凸尖形肱骨端假体,见图1;2.尺骨端假体,见图2。
肱骨端环套(凸尖形肱骨端假体)与尺骨端假体采用了异种非族材料即金属与塑料制成,目的是为减少摩擦系数,增加使用寿命。肱骨端环套和凸尖形肱骨端假体,采用钴、铬、钼合金〔Vitallium〕这种合金具有高韧性,耐酸硷腐蚀,且无毒,置于体内无任何反应。尺骨端假体采用了超高分子量聚乙烯〔UHMWP〕,这种材料具有很好的耐磨性能,摩擦系数及端动变行小,物理化学性能稳定,溶于水,对身体无不良反应。这种材质与骨结合在一起,在肢体伸、屈活动时可减少承受力及冲击力。
假体结构:肱骨端环套(Ⅰ型)假体采取环套式形状,见附图11为人骨体;2为环套式肱骨端假体;3为螺丝钉固定孔;4为屈肌腱固定堕孔;5为伸肌腱固定堕孔。(Ⅱ型)凸尖形肱骨端假体,1为嵌插柄;2为假体;3为尺骨鹰咀和冠状突结合。
Ⅰ型,环套式肱骨端假体2形状为环套式,将肱骨端包盖,假体与肱骨相接合,增强了假体的稳定性。环套式肱骨端假体2上有两个圆孔为螺丝钉固定孔3,两孔位于距假体开口端3mm处,用螺丝钉将假体与骨固定在一起。屈肌腱固定隧孔4和伸肌腱固定隧孔5是伸展肌腱固定孔,其位置在距螺丝钉固定孔3,30mm处。肱骨端假体可分为三种规格,即大、中、小号以便临床应用于各种年令组人体上。
Ⅱ型凸尖形肱骨端假体,嵌插柄1形状为凸尖状,将假体嵌插于肱骨端代替肱骨滑车,见图1。嵌插柄1将假体嵌插于肱骨残端,可保持肘关节外形,予防肘关节内外翻,保持肘关节正常伸、屈功能。尺骨鹰咀和冠状突与尺骨半月假体接合,可使肘关节稳定,保持肘关节伸、屈功能,以防脱位。
附图2为尺骨端假体,尺骨端假体为半月状,在假体的底侧面设有两个横截面积为圆型、椭圆型、正方型、长方型或多边型的柱脚,手术时将两个柱脚嵌入骨体内,其目的为增强假体的稳定性。肱骨假体弧突对尺骨假体半月的结构特点为增加关节面,减少磨损及吸收剪力。
本实用新型环套形人造肘关节,可为病人解除痛苦,使部分病人恢复劳动能力,在手术中操作方便,破坏骨质少,可保证肢体长度,使肘关节能达到正常伸、屈功能。本实用新型置于体内不产生任何电解及不良反应,可在体内存放30-40年或更长时间。

Claims (7)

1、一种假肢体,人工肘关节表面置换假体环套形人造肘关节,其特征是由肱骨端环套(I型),凸尖形肱骨端假体(Ⅱ型)与尺骨端假体构成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的环套形人造肘关节,其特征是所说的肱骨端环套或凸尖形肱骨端假体是由钴、铬、钼合金〔Vitallium〕制成的。
3、根据权利要求2所述的环套形人造肘关节,其特征是所说的肱骨端环套的结构特征为:在环套式肱骨假体2上有两个螺丝钉固定孔,一个屈肌腱固定隧孔和一个伸肌腱固定隧孔。
4、根据权利要求2所述的环套形人造肘关节,其特征是所说的肱骨端环套,可分为大、中、小三种规格。
5、根据权利要求2所述的环套形人造肘关节,其特征是所说的凸尖形肱骨端假体,是由嵌插柄1、假体2和尺骨鹰咀和冠状突3组成。
6、根据权利要求1所述的环套形人造肘关节,其特征是所说的尺骨端假体的材质,是超高分子量聚乙烯。
7、根据权利要求6所述的环套形人造肘关节,其特征是所说的尺骨端假体形状为半月状,在假体的底侧设有两个柱脚,柱脚的横截面积可为圆形、椭圆形、方形、长方形或多边形的。
