Abstract
本发明公开了一种除草剂组合物,主要由以下活性成分制成:二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌;二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为1‑8:1‑4:1‑4。本发明的除草剂组合物,可以有效的防控桑苗圃阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草如,胜红蓟、萹蓄、蓼、灰绿黎、牛筋草、马唐、稗草、黍和异性莎草等药后30天防除效果达到95%以上,在桑苗3叶期茎叶喷雾,可以有效的控制苗圃中的阔叶杂草、莎草科杂草和禾本科杂草。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,特别涉及一种防除桑苗圃杂草的除草剂组合物。
背景技术
广西是全国桑蚕业第一大省,桑园面积及生茧产量产值均名列全国第一,种桑养蚕已成为桑区农民的主要经济收入来源之一。桑树育苗是种桑养蚕的基础,桑园除草是桑树管理中的主要内容。广西地处亚热带季风气候区,阳光充足,雨量充沛,杂草种类繁多,滋生茂盛。据调查,就近几年不完全调查,常见的桑园杂草就有80余种,其中阔叶杂草约占50%以上。在桑树苗圃中,杂草和桑苗基本同时出苗,甚至杂草出苗更早,桑苗对杂草的竞争力较弱,特别容易受到杂草危害,如除草不及时,极易形成草荒。因此桑树苗圃除草是育苗的最关键技术之一。目前我区桑树苗圃主要靠人工除草,费时费工,劳动强度大,同时由于桑苗密植播种,杂草和桑苗同时出苗或杂草出苗更早,人工除草也存在较大的困难,而合理的化学除草省时省工、高效节本,是值得推广的除草技术。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种除草剂组合物,该除草剂主要用于桑苗圃,克服防除防控桑苗圃杂草难,防效低的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种除草剂组合物,主要由以下活性成分制成:二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的除草剂组合物中二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为1-8:1-4:1-4。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的除草剂组合物,主要由以下活性成分制成:二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌;二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为1-6:1-3:1-3。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的除草剂组合物,主要由以下活性成分制成:二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌;二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为1-6:1-2:1。

一种防除桑苗圃杂草的除草剂组合物的施用方法,在桑苗圃中杂草生长处3-5叶期,将药剂溶解之后进行兑水喷雾,亩兑水45-60kg,均匀喷雾。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明除草剂组合物,可以有效的防控桑苗圃阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草和莎草科杂草如,胜红蓟、萹蓄、蓼、灰绿黎、牛筋草、马唐、稗草、黍和异性莎草等药后30天防除效果达到95%以上,在桑苗3-5叶期茎叶喷雾,可以有效的的控制苗圃中的阔叶杂草、莎草科杂草和禾本科杂草。本发的除草剂的组合物也使用于对其他类型的田地进行杂草防除,例如木薯田、葡萄园、亚麻田等田中杂草,均具有明显的防效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
使用本发明防除桑苗圃杂草的除草剂组合物的对桑苗圃进行杂草防控,在桑苗圃中杂草生长处3-5叶期,进行施药是最佳的防除时期,亩兑水45-60kg均匀喷雾,避免雨天喷雾,配药之前要将药剂二次溶解之后进行兑水喷雾,忌讳药剂直接混合之后兑水喷雾。观察药后30和45天对杂草的防效,如表1、表2、表3和表4所示。
计算方法(田间药效)如下:
防治效果(%)=(对照区杂草株数或鲜重-处理区杂草株数或鲜重)/对照区杂草株数或鲜重×100%;
对值调查法
根据调查结果,按公式计算各处理的鲜重抑制率,单位为百分率(%)
E=(C-T)*100/C
式中:E-鲜重防效;C-对照杂草鲜重;T-处理杂草鲜重。
统计分析
试验混用增效评价用Colby公式:E0=XYZ/100(n-1)
式中:X-为用量为P时除草剂A的杂草存活率;
Y-为用量为Q时除草剂B的杂草存活率;
Z-为用量为W时除草剂C的杂草存活率;
E0-为用量为(P+Q+W)时除草剂(A+B+C)的理论杂草存活率;
E-为各个处理的实际存活率;
E0-E>10%为增效作用,E0-E>-10%为拮抗作用,E0-E=±10%为加成作用。

由表1可知:施药后30天和45天,处理4的防效,不论是禾本科杂草还是阔叶杂草,株防效或鲜重防效均高于95%,显著高于其他三种单剂对杂草的控制效果。

如表2所示,对桑苗圃施用本发明除草剂30天后,对桑苗株数、株高和叶片数做了调查,无论是安全性还是防除效果均高于单剂和空白对照组。
使用2甲4氯钠(A)、高效氟吡甲禾灵(B)和百草敌(C)不同配比的除草剂对桑苗圃进行防除,防除效果如表3所示。表3中A为2甲4氯钠,B为高效氟吡甲禾灵,C为百草敌。

如表3所示,室内对禾本科马唐和阔叶杂草绿苋做了活性测定,当但3种药剂以不同比例混合时,对禾本科和阔叶杂草的防效有所差异,当三种药剂2甲4氯钠(A)、高效氟吡甲禾灵(B)和百草敌(C)的配比为2:1:1时,其防效最明显,供试杂草对该组合更敏感。

如表4所示,该组合对阔叶杂草或者是禾本杂草的联合作用均表现为加成作用,此种组合不仅可以扩大杀草普,同时可以增加防效。
综合考虑,对桑苗的安全性,防除效果,除草谱和经济成本,优先混配比例选。当三种药剂2甲4氯钠(A)、高效氟吡甲禾灵(B)和百草敌(C)的配比为1-8:1-4:1-4时,其防效均具有可行性。

3.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为1-6:1-3:1-3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为1-6:1-2:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述二甲四氯钠、高效氟吡甲禾灵和百草敌混合的质量比为2-4:1-2:1。
