本发明提供一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置,它包括:二氧化硫储罐(1),在二氧化硫储罐(1)上设有主管道(2),在主管道(2)上设有主阀门(3),在主管道(2)一端设有分管道(4),所述的分管道(4)的出气端与过渡辊台(10)连通,其特征在于:在主阀门(3)一侧的主管道(2)的管身上设有加热段(5),在加热段(5)一端设有对应配合的热电偶(8),所述的热电偶(8)通过导线与电控装置(9)形成电信号控制配合。本发明结构简单、使用方便、制造成本低廉,便于在现有设备上直接改造,有效的避免了液态二氧化硫阻塞管路的问题。

Description

一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及浮法玻璃制造技术领域,具体的说就是一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置。
背景技术:
采用浮法成型工艺生产玻璃时,玻璃定型并具有一定强度后,要用辊道将玻璃带抬起脱离锡液面,离开锡槽进入退火窑。玻璃与辊道表面接触后,由于辊道表面极易沉积SnO、SnO2等物质,玻璃与辊道接触后,由于玻璃自身重力的作用,在玻璃下表面容易形成沾锡、锡伤等质量缺陷,在过渡辊台渣箱内通入二氧化硫可以在玻璃下表面形成一层Na2SO4保护膜将玻璃基体和辊道分隔开,减少缺陷的产生。二氧化硫标准气化温度为10℃,再加上管道内具有一定的压力,气化温度进一步的升高,当环境温度较低时,二氧化硫难以气化。当二氧化硫以液体的方式在管道内流动时,很难克服管道阻力,造成管路堵塞,二氧化硫无法正常流动,并且容易使流量计损坏。

本发明就是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置。
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置,它包括:二氧化硫储罐,在二氧化硫储罐上设有主管道,在主管道上设有主阀门,在主管道一端设有分管道,所述的分管道的出气端与过渡辊台连通,其特征在于:在主阀门一侧的主管道的管身上设有加热段,在加热段一端设有对应配合的热电偶,所述的热电偶通过导线与电控装置形成电信号控制配合。
在上述技术方案的基础上,还可以有以下进一步的技术方案:
所述的加热段包括一段螺旋缠绕在主管道的管身上的电加热丝,在电加热丝外还包裹有对应配合的保温层。
所述的保温层为保温棉制成。
发明优点:
本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、控制方便等优点,特别是便于在现有设备上直接改造,且改造成本低廉,能有效的避免了液态二氧化硫阻塞管路的问题。

具体实施方式:
如图1和2所示,一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置,它包括:二氧化硫储罐1,在二氧化硫储罐1上设有主管道2,在主管道2上设有主阀门3,在主管道2一端设有4四个并列的分管道4,其中两个分管道4的出气端与过渡辊台10的一端连通,另两个分管道4的出气端与过渡辊台6的另一端连通。
在主阀门3一侧的主管道2的管身上设有加热段5,在加热段5一端设有对应配合的热电偶8,所述的热电偶8通过导线与电控装置9形成电信号控制配合。
所述的加热段5包括一段螺旋缠绕在主管道2的管身上的电加热丝6,所述电加热丝6的一端与热电偶8连接配合。在电加热丝6外还包裹有对应配合的保温层7,所述的保温层7为保温棉制成。
在所述的每根分管道4上均设有流量计11,在流量计11两端的分管道4的管身均设有一个控制阀12。
工作原理:
首先,打开主阀门使得液态的二氧化硫流入主管道内,而后经过加热段时被加热到25℃~30℃之间使其完全气化,而后经分管道进入过渡辊台,从而彻底避免了二氧化硫在管道内流动时,因难以克服管道阻力,造成管路堵塞问题。图中箭头为气态二氧化硫流向。

1.一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置,它包括:二氧化硫储罐(1),在二氧化硫储罐(1)上设有主管道(2),在主管道(2)上设有主阀门(3),在主管道(2)一端设有分管道(4),所述的分管道(4)的出气端与过渡辊台(10)连通,其特征在于:在主阀门(3)一侧的主管道(2)的管身上设有加热段(5),在加热段(5)一端设有对应配合的热电偶(8),所述的热电偶(8)通过导线与电控装置(9)形成电信号控制配合。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置,其特征在于:所述的加热段(5)包括一段螺旋缠绕在主管道(2)的管身上的电加热丝(6)。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种浮法玻璃生产线二氧化硫气化装置,其特征在于:所述的保温层(7)为保温棉制成。
