Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性凹土基压铸脱模剂及其制备方法,包括以下质量份的组分:氧化锆粉末15~20份、铝矾土15~17份、水合硅酸镁1~3份、改性凹凸棒石粘土5~7份、水40~50份、粘合剂1~3份、乳液1~3份、分散剂2~4份和消泡剂0.1~0.5份。本发明的水性凹土基压铸脱模剂具有高温不分解、易脱模、锻件光滑平整等优点,在模压过程中无烟、无火、无毒、无味、无粉尘,降低模具磨损,延长模具的使用寿命,该制备方法工艺简单,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。

一种水性凹土基压铸脱模剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种水性凹土基压铸脱模剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在铸造砂型工件表面上涂覆一层脱模剂,可以有效防止和减少逐渐表面粘砂、夹砂、砂眼等缺陷,降低铸件表面粗糙度。脱模剂的质量是影响铸件是否粘砂、夹砂及铸件表面光洁度以及铸件尺寸精度的最直接因素。脱模剂种类繁多,大体可以分为两类:醇基体系和水性体系。其中醇基体系在涂覆后经点燃既可固化,与各种自硬化砂工艺配合使用,可不需烘干,能缩短生产周期,简化工艺,节约能源,减少烘干设备投资,是被铸造界广为使用的一种快干涂料,已广泛应用于钢、铁、有色铸件的生产中。
但传统醇基体系易燃,不利于长距离运输,限制其使用,且传统的金属脱模剂添加大量的石墨材料,造成基体是黑色体系,高温锻造过程中产生的黑色粉尘把锻造设备、电器、工厂地面、墙壁蒙上黑色粉尘,产生令人不适的工作环境,操作人员手足、衣物被玷污,吸入工厂大气中飘浮石墨粉尘会导致支气管炎和肺尘症,损害身体健康。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述技术缺陷,提供一种水性凹土基压铸脱模剂及其制备方法,该制备方法工艺简单,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种水性凹土基压铸脱模剂,包括以下质量份的组分:
其中,所述改性凹凸棒石粘土为采用专利技术201210083674.3公开的工艺制备的凹凸棒石粘土。
所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述乳液采用水性丙烯酸乳液,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵,所述消泡剂为二甲基聚硅氧烷。
本发明还公布上述的水性凹土基压铸脱模剂的制备方法:
按上述重量百分比准备氧化锆粉末、改性凹凸棒石粘土、铝矾土、水合硅酸镁,混合,加入去离子水以1500~3000转/分搅拌1~2h;再加入粘合剂、乳液、分散剂及消泡剂,然后用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌速度为1500~3000转/分,搅拌时间为1~2h,得脱模剂,备用。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明的水性凹土基压铸脱模剂具有高温不分解、易脱模、锻件光滑平整等优点,模压过程中无烟、无火、无毒、无味、无粉尘,降低模具磨损,延长模具的使用寿命。
2.本发明脱模剂是水性树脂类脱模剂,能够在各种金属、塑料模具表面镀层,为白色乳液制品,密度为1.04-1.12g/cm3,PH值:6.5~8.0。
3.本发明脱模剂可通过浸涂、刷涂和喷涂等简单工艺附着在模具上,工艺简单易于实现工业化生产,且制备得到的水性脱模剂具有较好的稳定性,放置15天仍具有99.5%的悬浮性,有利于脱模剂在各种模具表面的均匀涂覆。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以下各实施例中所用原料如下:
所述改性凹凸棒石粘土为采用专利技术201210083674.3公开的工艺制备的凹凸棒石粘土;
所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB);
所述乳液采用水性丙烯酸乳液;
所述分散剂主要成分是聚丙烯酸铵,可选用南京霄科纳米陶瓷技术开发有限公司生产的产品SD-00聚丙烯酸铵;
所述消泡剂为二甲基聚硅氧烷。
实施例1
将15份氧化锆粉末、5份改性凹凸棒石粘土粉料、16份铝矾土、1份水合硅酸镁加入45份去离子水,以1500~3000转/分搅拌1~2h,再加入2份粘合剂、2份乳液、4份分散剂及0.2份消泡剂,然后用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌速度为1500~3000转/分,搅拌时间为1~2h,得水性凹土基压铸脱模剂,备用。
实施例2
将20份氧化锆粉末、7份改性凹凸棒石粘土粉料、16份铝矾土、3份水合硅酸镁加入去44份离子水搅拌,以1500~3000转/分搅拌1~2h,再加入2份粘合剂、3份乳液、2份分散剂及0.3份消泡剂,然后用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌速度为1500~3000转/分,搅拌时间为1~2h,得水性凹土基压铸脱模剂,备用。
通过本发明的方法所制备的脱模剂为水性树脂类脱模剂,通过测定得到其密度为1.04-1.12g/cm3,pH值:6.5~8.0。
通过稳定性试验进行测定,结果放置15天仍具有99.5%的悬浮性,本发明制备得到的水性脱模剂具有较好的稳定性,有利于脱模剂在各种模具表面的均匀涂覆。

4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的水性凹土基压铸脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
按上述重量百分比准备氧化锆粉末、改性凹凸棒石粘土、铝矾土、水合硅酸镁,混合,加入去离子水以1500~3000转/分搅拌1~2h;再加入粘合剂、乳液、分散剂及消泡剂,然后用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌速度为1500~3000转/分,搅拌时间为1~2h,得脱模剂,备用。
