本发明涉及汽车内饰件保养产品领域,具体为一种汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡。由以下质量份数的原料均匀混合配制而成:巴西棕榈蜡15~20份,水性聚氨酯8~10份,硅油10~15份,防腐剂1~2份,香精1~2份,去离子水80~100份,氧化石墨烯0.5~2份。相比于现有的技术,本发明在传统的配方基础上添加了氧化石墨烯,用于汽车内饰件皮质材料,不仅去污除异味,而且防止皮革干裂褪色,独特的氧化石墨烯成分还可以杀菌,达到深层清洁护理效果的同时,更加健康环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件保养产品领域,具体为一种汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡。
背景技术
汽车的生产制造中,除了对性能及外观要求较高之外,汽车内饰件的美观也愈加重要,因此内饰件的清洁和保养就显得尤为重要。一般的汽车内饰蜡仅仅能够达到一定程度上的清洁效果,但无法对车内长期滋生的细菌进行清除。
氧化石墨烯是石墨烯的氧化衍生物,其颜色为棕黄色,是一种兼具优异抗菌性能和良好生物相容性的纳米材料,在生物医学应用中具有极大的潜力。
氧化石墨烯抗菌性可能存在3个环节:首先细菌黏附在材料上,其次石墨烯通过尖锐的边角破坏细胞膜,最后超氧离子介导氧化应激最终导致菌体死亡。但是,该研究仅发现石墨烯衍生物能够氧化还原型谷胱甘肽,尚未直接证明石墨烯能够引发细菌体内活性氧簇ROS水平的变化。Krishnamoorthy等人证实石墨烯可以通过脂质过氧化作用进行抗菌,间接说明了石墨烯的抗菌性可能与其氧化损伤相关,但是仍然缺乏直接的证据(文献1:Krishnamoorthy K,Veerapandian M,Zhang L H,et al.Antibacterial efficiency ofgraphene nanosheets against pathogenic bacteria via lipid peroxidation.J PhyChem C,2012,116:17280–17287)。
最近,Tu等人就石墨烯抗菌的作用机制提出了新的理论(文献2:Tu Y,Lü M,XiuP,et al.Destructive extraction of phospholipids from Escherichia colimembranes by graphene nanosheets.Nat Nanotechnol,2013,8:594–601)。他们认为石墨烯与细菌相互作用,微观尺度下刀片状的纯石墨烯片不仅可以切割细菌导致细菌死亡;而且可以将细胞膜上磷脂分子大规模直接抽取,破坏细胞膜从而杀死细菌。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,能够解决汽车内饰件清洁、保养、杀菌除异味的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,由以下质量份数的原料均匀混合配制而成:巴西棕榈蜡15~20份,水性聚氨酯8~10份,硅油9~15份,防腐剂1~2份,香精1~2份,去离子水80~100份,氧化石墨烯0.5~2份。
所述的汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,氧化石墨烯为化学氧化法或电化学法制得。
所述的汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,氧化石墨烯的片径为4~3000nm。
所述的汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,优选的,氧化石墨烯的片径为100~500nm。
所述的汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,氧化石墨烯的碳氧摩尔比在6:1以下。
所述的汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,优选的,氧化石墨烯的碳氧摩尔比为5:1。
所述的汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,防腐剂为卡松。
本发明汽车清洁蜡成分的设计思想是:
本发明汽车清洁蜡由巴西棕榈蜡15~20份,水性聚氨酯8~10份,硅油9~15份,防腐剂1~2份,香精1~2份,去离子水80~100份,氧化石墨烯0.5~2份等组成。上述各个成分的作用以及相互之间的协同作用如下:
巴西棕榈蜡:是主要由酸和羟基酸的酯组成的复杂混合物,是一种质地非常坚硬的无毒无害的纯天然蜡,其具有良好的乳化性、附着性、摩擦性、离型性、滑性及粘度硬度的调整性,是世界上适用性最为广泛的天然蜡之一。
水性聚氨酯:以水为溶剂,无污染、安全可靠、机械性能优良、相容性好、易于改性等优点,可广泛应用于涂料、胶粘剂、织物涂层与整理剂、皮革涂饰剂、纸张表面处理剂和纤维表面处理剂。
硅油:最常用的硅油一甲基硅油,也称为普通硅油,其有机基团全部为甲基,甲基硅油具有良好的化学稳定性、绝缘性,疏水性能好。
防腐剂:防腐剂是通过杀灭或抑制微生物增殖而防止腐烂的药物。
水:溶剂。
特别是氧化石墨烯能够良好的分散在蜡体系中,并且协同效应明显。
本发明的优点与有益效果是:
本发明在传统的配方基础上添加了氧化石墨烯,用于汽车内饰皮质材料,不仅去污除异味,而且防止皮革干裂褪色,独特的氧化石墨烯成分还可以杀菌,达到深层清洁护理效果的同时,更加健康环保。

实施例1
本实施例中,汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,由以下质量份数的原料均匀混合配制而成:
巴西棕榈蜡20份,水性聚氨酯10份,硅油10份,卡松1份,香精1份,去离子水100份,氧化石墨烯1份。氧化石墨烯为化学氧化法制备而得,氧化石墨烯的碳氧摩尔比为4:1,氧化石墨烯的片径为200nm。
本实施例中,汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡的使用效果如下:用于汽车内饰件皮质材料,能够去污除异味,防止皮革干裂褪色,还可以杀菌,达到深层清洁护理的效果。
实施例2
本实施例中,汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,由以下质量份数的原料均匀混合配制而成:
巴西棕榈蜡18份,水性聚氨酯8份,硅油9份,卡松1份,香精1份,去离子水90份,氧化石墨烯1份。氧化石墨烯为化学氧化法制备而得,氧化石墨烯的碳氧摩尔比为5:1,氧化石墨烯的片径为300nm。
本实施例中,汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡的使用效果如下:用于汽车内饰件皮质材料,能够去污除异味,防止皮革干裂褪色,还可以杀菌,达到深层清洁护理的效果。
实施例3
本实施例中,汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,由以下质量份数的原料均匀混合配制而成:
巴西棕榈蜡15份,水性聚氨酯9份,硅油12份,卡松2份,香精2份,去离子水80份,氧化石墨烯2份。氧化石墨烯为化学氧化法制备而得,氧化石墨烯的碳氧摩尔比为3:1,氧化石墨烯的片径为100nm。
本实施例中,汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡的使用效果如下:用于汽车内饰件皮质材料,能够去污除异味,防止皮革干裂褪色,还可以杀菌,达到深层清洁护理的效果。
实施例结果表明,相比于现有的技术,本发明在传统的配方基础上添加了氧化石墨烯,用于汽车内饰件皮质材料,不仅去污除异味,而且防止皮革干裂褪色,独特的氧化石墨烯成分还可以杀菌,达到深层清洁护理效果的同时,更加健康环保。

1.一种汽车内饰保养用氧化石墨烯杀菌清洁蜡,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料均匀混合配制而成:巴西棕榈蜡15~20份,水性聚氨酯8~10份,硅油9~15份,防腐剂1~2份,香精1~2份,去离子水80~100份,氧化石墨烯0.5~2份。
