本发明公开了一种环保涂料,由以下重量百分比配置而成,其特征在于:松香酯18%—30%;柠檬油7%—11%;壬(辛)基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%—11%;聚乙烯醚7%—10%;橘子油3%—8%;碳酸钙3%—5%,纤维素乙酸酯2%—5%;滑石粉2%—4%;钛白粉1%—3%;云母氧化铁1%—3%;海藻泥1%—2%;其余成分为二氧化钛。本发明无毒无害,成膜效果好,较好的涂抹附着力,加入了二氧化钛与海藻泥成分,使得本发明兼具净化空气的作用,柠檬油与橘子油这两种天然成分使该新型涂料更加环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种环保涂料。
背景技术
用于家装领域,传统涂料显然已经不适合现代人对健康的需求。因此涂料产品的性能指标、安全指标在符合各自产品标准的前提下,同时符合国家环境标志产品提出的技术要求的涂料产品。
尽管不需要成膜助剂就能成膜的乳液对于生产低VOC和零VOC涂料是至关重要的,但仅此是不够的,还要求这类乳液具有很低的残余单体含量,因为残留单体不仅提高VOC含量,而且还产生难闻气味。同时要有不含溶剂、环境友好型的助剂和色浆与之相配。还要求乳液色浆中不含烷基酚聚氧乙烯(APE),APE降解性差,对人体内分泌有干扰作用。此外,防腐剂和PH调节剂的释放问题也需考虑。
环保涂料必须是零污染的:即
1、不含有毒物、致癌物及对人体健康、孕育及遗传产生不良影响的物质;
2、特殊规定:
·甲醛含量不得超过10mg/L
·油漆制作过程中不得使用铅、铬、镉及相关材料作为色素或干燥剂
3、自然环保涂料的产品各项指标必须符合德国DIN标准
4、对自然硅藻泥环保涂料的环保测试(活体生物测试)
·水生物短期测试
·鱼短期测试
·21天水生物测试
·水生物(鱼等)长期测试
·包装物测试
·所有漆料桶的存储剂必须经生物抗病毒测试。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种无毒无害,成膜效果好,绿色健康的环保涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种环保涂料,其创新点在于:由以下重量百分比配置而成,其特征在于:松香酯18%—30%;柠檬油7%—11%;壬(辛)基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%—11%;聚乙烯醚7%—10%;橘子油3%—8%;碳酸钙3%—5%,纤维素乙酸酯2%—5%;滑石粉2%—4%;钛白粉1%—3%;云母氧化铁1%—3%;海藻泥1%—2%;其余成分为二氧化钛。
本发明的优点在于:本发明无毒无害,成膜效果好,较好的涂抹附着力,加入了二氧化钛与海藻泥成分,使得本发明兼具净化空气的作用,柠檬油与橘子油这两种天然成分使该新型涂料更加环保。

实施例1:一种环保涂料按以下重量百分比配置,其特征在于:松香酯20%;柠檬油8%;壬(辛)基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%;聚乙烯醚9%;橘子油5%;碳酸钙4%,纤维素乙酸酯3%;滑石粉2.5%;钛白粉2%;云母氧化铁2%;海藻泥1.5%;其余成分为二氧化钛。
实施例2:一种环保涂料按以下重量百分比配置,其特征在于:松香酯25%;柠檬油7%;壬(辛)基酚聚氧乙烯醚7%;聚乙烯醚8%;橘子油4%;碳酸钙3%,纤维素乙酸酯5%;滑石粉3%;钛白粉1%;云母氧化铁3%;海藻泥2%;其余成分为二氧化钛。
本发明的环保涂料无毒无害,成膜效果好,较好的涂抹附着力,加入了二氧化钛与海藻泥成分,使得本发明兼具净化空气的作用,柠檬油与橘子油这两种天然成分使该新型涂料更加环保。

2.本发明无毒无害,成膜效果好,较好的涂抹附着力,加入了二氧化钛与海藻泥成分,使得本发明兼具净化空气的作用,柠檬油与橘子油这两种天然成分使该新型涂料更加环保。
