本发明涉及纺织领域，尤其涉及一种纱线染料配方。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂。多为植物果实，树液等植物提取物，也含有煤焦油等天然化学物质提取物。分为天然染料和合成染料，市面上多为合成染料。染料的颜色和它与组织间的亲和力是由染料本身的分子结构决定的，产生颜色的发色基团和与组织间产生亲和力的助色基团共同决定了染色剂的染色性质。现有的市场上的大部分的染料亲和力不够，在高温和酸碱的环境下，造成匀染性差同时容易发生褪色现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纱线纺织染料，具有良好的 耐高温能力，具有良好染色效果，同时不会影响布料手感。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种纱线染料配方，其创新点在于：其由以下重量份数的原料制成 ： 环氧氯丙烷 6-14 份，水杨酸 2-8 份，松香 7-9 份，聚乙烯醇 4-10 份，水杨酸水溶液 4-10 份， 甲基硅油 4-8份，乙醇 4.2-8份，乙二醇单丁醚5-11份，乙基纤维素 3-10份，棕榈酸 2.5-6 份，无水亚硫酸钾 5-11 份，丙烯酰胺 4-9份，助剂 1-4 份。
本发明的优点在于：
1）本发明的纺织用染料，具有良好的耐高温能力，具有良好染 色效果，同时不会影响布料手感。

一种纱线染料配方，其由以下重量份数的原料制成 ：环氧氯丙烷 6 份，水杨酸 2 份，松香 7份，聚乙烯醇 4 份，水杨酸水溶液 4份， 甲基硅油 4份，乙醇 4.2份，乙二醇单丁醚5份，乙基纤维素 3份，棕榈酸 2.5 份，无水亚硫酸钾 5 份，丙烯酰胺 4 份，助剂 1 份。
实施例2：
一种纱线染料配方，其由以下重量份数的原料制成 ：环氧氯丙烷 10 份，水杨酸 5份，松香 8 份，聚乙烯醇 7 份，水杨酸水溶液 7 份， 甲基硅油6份，乙醇 6份，乙二醇单丁醚8份，乙基纤维素 7份，棕榈酸 4 份，无水亚硫酸钾 8 份，丙烯酰胺 6份，助剂3份。
实施例3：
一种纱线染料配方，其由以下重量份数的原料制成 ：环氧氯丙烷14 份，水杨酸8 份，松香9 份，聚乙烯醇10 份，水杨酸水溶液 10 份， 甲基硅油8份，乙醇 8份，乙二醇单丁醚11份，乙基纤维素10份，棕榈酸 6 份，无水亚硫酸钾11 份，丙烯酰胺9 份，助剂 4 份。
