Abstract
本发明涉及一种金属基底表面用的离心涂布式聚氨酯装饰膜,是在聚氨酯膜的外表面采用离心涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、过渡金属络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8~9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用离心涂布的方式施加到聚氨酯膜的外表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110~140℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。过离心涂布涂层保护后,提高了聚氨酯装饰膜的表面质感和功能强度,使该聚氨酯装饰膜能够更好地与金属基底表面贴合,提高装饰效果。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰膜技术领域,具体涉及一种适于贴覆在金属基底表面的聚氨酯装饰膜。
背景技术
装饰膜具有隔热保温安全防爆等作用的,同时还有装饰的作用,而且透明的装饰膜还不会影响室内光线。具体地,装饰膜的优点包括:节能环保,减少空调,暖气带来的高额电费;隔阻紫外线入侵,保护室内物品褪色和老化;过滤强光,减少眩光,保护皮肤和视力;增加玻璃强度,减少人身伤害和保护财产,构筑隐形防护网;单向透视性,保护隐私,让居住空间尽享安逸,宁静舒适;改善建筑外观和美化室内居住环境;易装贴,易清洁,耐摩擦,无需特殊维护;经济实用,不褪色,不气泡,使用时间长。
装饰膜通过阻隔高达79%的太阳热能,夏季可大大降低空调的制冷成本;冬季可控制室内热量透过窗户散失,不仅不会使室内人员感到不适,而且减少了不必要的能耗费用,从而已经成为很多人会选择的在冬季室内保暖一种方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐划伤的适用于金属基底表面使用的聚氨酯装饰膜。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种金属基底表面用的离心涂布式聚氨酯装饰膜,是在聚氨酯膜的外表面采用离心涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、过渡金属络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8~9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用离心涂布的方式施加到聚氨酯膜的外表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110~140℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
优选地,所述过渡金属络合物为钛、铝、锡或锆的络合物。
优选地,硅烷的分子量介于200~2000。
优选地,所述硅烷在有机侧链中具有适于形成氢桥键的极性化基团。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种离心涂布式的聚氨酯装饰膜,经过离心涂布涂层保护后,提高了聚氨酯装饰膜的表面质感和功能强度,使该聚氨酯装饰膜能够更好地与金属基底表面贴合,提高装饰效果。

实施例1
适用于金属基底的聚氨酯装饰膜,是在聚氨酯膜的外表面采用离心涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、钛、铝的络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用离心涂布的方式施加到聚氨酯膜表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
实施例2
适用于金属基底的聚氨酯装饰膜,是在聚氨酯膜的外表面采用离心涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、钛、锡的络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用离心涂布的方式施加到聚氨酯膜表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于130℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
实施例3
适用于金属基底的聚氨酯装饰膜,是在聚氨酯膜的外表面采用离心涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、铝、锆的络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用离心涂布的方式施加到聚氨酯膜表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。

1.一种金属基底表面用的离心涂布式聚氨酯装饰膜,其特征在于:是在聚氨酯膜的外表面采用离心涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、过渡金属络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8~9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用离心涂布的方式施加到聚氨酯膜的外表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110~140℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属基底表面用的离心涂布式聚氨酯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述过渡金属络合物为钛、铝、锡或锆的络合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金属基底表面用的离心涂布式聚氨酯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述硅烷的分子量介于200~2000。
4.根据权利要求2所述的金属基底表面用的离心涂布式聚氨酯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述硅烷在有机侧链中具有适于形成氢桥键的极性化基团。
