Abstract
The invention discloses a trailer framework, which comprises cross beams and side beams fixedly arranged at two ends of the cross beams, wherein the side beams are U-shaped structure beams, a first brake beam positioned between the side beams is arranged above the front part of the cross beams, and a second brake beam positioned between the side beams is arranged above the rear part of the cross beams; the first brake beam and the second brake beam are parallel to each other, two ends of the first brake beam and the second brake beam are fixedly connected with the inner side of the side beam respectively, and brake seats for installing a brake device are arranged on the first brake beam and the second brake beam respectively; the braking seats of the first braking beam are positioned at the front side of the first braking beam and are in a plurality of numbers, and the braking seats are transversely arranged at intervals on the first braking beam; the second brake beam is provided with a plurality of brake seats at the rear side thereof, and the brake seats are arranged on the second brake beam at intervals in the transverse direction. The trailer frame can enable the cross beam to be designed and processed more easily, and can reduce stress concentration on the cross beam. The invention also discloses a trailer bogie comprising the trailer framework.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bogies, in particular to a trailer framework. In addition, the invention also relates to a trailer bogie provided with the trailer framework.
Background
In rail vehicles, the bogie is an important component of the vehicle, and the trailer bogie is mounted on the underside of the trailer body and generally comprises the components of a frame, primary suspension, secondary suspension, axle boxes, wheel sets, brake devices, etc.
In a typical trailer truck, the brake assembly includes brake calipers, with the beams in the frame having brake pads directly connected thereto, the brake pads forming a cantilever structure relative to the beams, the brake calipers being connected to corresponding brake pads.
However, the brake seat is directly connected to the cross beam, the cantilever is relatively long in the running direction of the vehicle, and the connection area between the brake seat and the cross beam is usually a variable cross section connection, so that the problem of stress concentration on the cross beam in the area is serious under the frequent action of braking force, and a complex structure and welding design are usually required, so that the design and processing difficulty of the cross beam are increased.
Therefore, how to overcome the defects existing in the existing trailer bogie is a technical problem that the person skilled in the art needs to solve at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a trailer frame, which is convenient for designing and processing the cross beam and can reduce the stress concentration on the cross beam. Preferably, the upper cover plate of the side beam extends inwards to form a connecting plate at a position corresponding to the first brake beam and the second brake beam; the two ends of the first brake beam and the second brake beam are respectively provided with a connecting part positioned below the corresponding connecting plate, and are connected with the side plate of the side beam and the connecting plate through the connecting parts.
Preferably, the connecting portion is a U-shaped plate with an opening facing the corresponding connecting plate, the U-shaped end face of the connecting portion is welded to the side plate of the side beam, and the top end face of the connecting portion is welded to the lower surface of the connecting plate.
Preferably, the first brake beam and the second brake beam each include a radial flange abutting the connection plate and the connection portion at a location of the corresponding connection portion root.
Preferably, the radial flange has an arcuate edge corresponding to the connection portion and straight edges on either side of the arcuate edge, and has a laterally widened portion corresponding to the connection plate.

Preferably, the brake seat comprises a horizontal seat plate, an upper skirt edge positioned at the top of the seat plate and a lower skirt edge positioned at the bottom of the seat plate, and the heights of the upper skirt edge and the lower skirt edge gradually become larger from the front end of the seat plate to the root.

In the trailer framework provided by the invention, the brake seat is arranged on the first brake beam and the second brake beam, compared with the prior art that the brake seat is directly fixed on the cross beam, the manufacturing process of the cross beam can be simplified, the cross beam is easier to design and process, the stress concentration on the cross beam is reduced, the welding quantity on the cross beam can be reduced, the load born by the cross beam is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the first brake beam and the second brake beam are supported between the two side beams, so that the stability of the framework can be improved, and the framework is prevented from deforming.
The trailer bogie comprising the trailer framework provided by the invention has the advantages that the trailer framework is adopted, so that the manufacturing process of the cross beam can be simplified, the cross beam is easier to design and process, and the stress concentration on the cross beam is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention aims at providing a trailer framework, wherein the cross beam is convenient to design and process, and the stress concentration on the cross beam can be reduced. Another core of the present invention is to provide a trailer bogie comprising the above-mentioned trailer frame, wherein the design and processing of the cross beam in the trailer frame are convenient, and the stress concentration on the cross beam can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a trailer frame according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is an enlarged view at A of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is an enlarged view at B of FIG. 1; fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a trailer bogie provided by the present invention.
In one embodiment of the trailer frame provided by the invention, the trailer frame comprises a frame body, wherein the frame body comprises a cross beam 1 and side beams 2 fixedly arranged at two ends of the cross beam 1, the side beams 2 are U-shaped structural beams, and the end parts of the cross beam 1 are generally connected at the concave positions of the side beams 2. A first brake beam 3 is arranged between the side beams 2 above the front of the cross beam 1, a second brake beam 5 is arranged between the side beams 2 above the rear of the cross beam 1, and the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 are parallel to each other. The two ends of the first brake beam 3 are respectively and fixedly connected with the side beam 2 on the inner side, and the two ends of the second brake beam 5 are respectively and fixedly connected with the side beam 2 on the inner side. The first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 are respectively provided with a brake seat 4 for mounting a brake device. The brake shoes 4 of the first brake beam 3 are located at the front side thereof and are plural in number, and all the brake shoes 4 on the first brake beam 3 are arranged at intervals laterally on the first brake beam 3. The brake shoes 4 of the second brake beam 5 are positioned at the rear side thereof and are plural in number, and all the brake shoes 4 on the second brake beam 5 are arranged at intervals laterally on the second brake beam 5. The first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 can be fixedly connected with the side beam 2 by welding. The trailer frame may in particular be manufactured by means of welding, forging, casting or a combination of different machining modes.
In this kind of trailer framework, brake seat 4 sets up on first brake beam 3 and second brake beam 5, compare in prior art with brake seat 4 direct fixation on crossbeam 1, can simplify the manufacturing process of crossbeam 1, make crossbeam 1 design more easily and processing, reduce the stress concentration on crossbeam 1, and can reduce the welding volume on crossbeam 1, the load that crossbeam 1 needs to bear greatly, simultaneously, first brake beam 3 and second brake beam 5 support between two curb girders 2, can improve the stability of framework, prevent the framework deformation.
In the above embodiment, the upper cover plate of the side member 2 extends inward to form the connecting plate 21 at the portions corresponding to the first and second brake beams 3 and 5, and the connecting plate 21 on one side member 2 of the inward extending finger extends toward the other side member 2. The first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 are provided at both ends thereof with connection portions 6 located below the corresponding connection plates 21, respectively, and are connected with the side plates of the side member 2 and the connection plates 21 through the connection portions 6. The arrangement of the connecting plate 21 can increase the connecting area between the brake beam and the side beam 2, and meanwhile, a part of structure is independently extended out of the upper cover plate of the side beam 2 to connect the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5, so that the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 can be prevented from occupying the space for connecting other parts on the side beam 2, and interference between the first brake beam 3, the second brake beam 5 and other parts on the side beam 2 can be prevented.
Further, the connecting portion 6 may be a U-shaped plate opening toward the corresponding connecting plate 21, the U-shaped end face of the connecting portion 6 being welded to the side plate of the side member 2, and the top end face of the connecting portion 6 being welded to the lower surface of the connecting plate 21. By providing the connecting portion 6 as a U-shaped plate, the weight of the connecting portion 6 can be reduced while ensuring the welding area of the connecting portion 6 and the connecting plate 21. Of course, the connection portion 6 may be a C-shaped plate, a polygonal frame, or other structures.
In each of the above embodiments, the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 may include radial flanges 7 that abut against the connection plate 21 and the connection portion 6 at positions of the root portions of the corresponding connection portions 6. The provision of the radial flange 7 can further increase the connection area between the first and second brake beams 3, 5 and the connection plate 21, ensuring reliable connection between both the first and second brake beams 3, 5 and the side member 2.
Further, the radial flange 7 may have an arcuate edge corresponding to the connecting portion 6 and straight edges on both sides of the arcuate edge, and have laterally widened portions corresponding to the connecting plates 21. Referring specifically to fig. 2, the bottom of the abutment plate is an arcuate edge, an upward straight edge, and then an upward laterally widened portion corresponding to the shape of the abutment plate 21. The radial flange 7 and the connecting plate 21 can be assembled conveniently, and the radial flange 7 is arranged around the root of the connecting part 6, so that the outer peripheral surface of the radial flange 7 is smoother, and the stress concentration phenomenon can be reduced.
In the above embodiments, four hanging points 41 may be specifically disposed on the brake base 4, so as to mount the brake device in a four-point hanging manner, so as to ensure reliable connection of the brake device.
In each of the above embodiments, the back of the brake seat 4 may be C-shaped and disposed to coincide with the outer surface of the first brake beam 3 or the second brake beam 5, respectively. The back of the brake seat 4 is C-shaped, so that a part of the brake seat 4 is located on the upper side of the first brake beam 3 or the second brake beam 5, and the other part is located on the lower side of the first brake beam 3 or the second brake beam 5, thereby improving the reliability of connection. The first brake beam 3 and the brake seat 4 may be an integral casting or forging, and the second brake beam 5 and the brake seat 4 may be an integral casting or forging, so as to ensure the overall structural strength. Of course, the first brake beam 3 and the brake pad 4, and the second brake beam 5 and the brake pad 4 may be arranged in sections, and then welded or made in other forms.
In the above embodiments, the brake seat 4 may include a horizontal seat plate, an upper skirt located at the top of the seat plate, and a lower skirt located at the bottom of the seat plate, the heights of the upper skirt and the lower skirt being gradually increased from the front end of the seat plate to the root. The heights of the upper skirt edge and the lower skirt edge of the brake seat 4 gradually become larger from the front end of the seat plate to the root, so that the strength of the joint of the brake seat 4 and the first brake beam 3 or the second brake beam 5 can be ensured, the weight of the brake seat 4 is reduced, and materials are saved.
The seat board can be a rectangular plate, and the four hanging points 41 are respectively located at four vertexes of the brake seat 4, so that the hanging points 41 can be positioned conveniently, and the reliability of hanging can be ensured.
In each of the embodiments described above, the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 may specifically be in an integrally cast structure, which is favorable to reduce the occupied space of the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 in the bogie, and ensure that the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 have higher strength, so as to meet the bearing requirements. Of course, the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 may be formed by forging or cast welding in sections or may take other forms.
In the above embodiments, the number of the brake seats 4 on the first brake beam 3 and the second brake beam 5 may be set according to practical situations, for example, two, three, or four may be specific.
In the above embodiments, a certain number of partitions may be provided in the cross member 1 and the side member 2 as needed to further increase the torsional strength of the frame. In addition, the baffle plate can be provided with a lightening hole so as to reduce the whole weight of the bogie as much as possible while meeting the strength requirement of the bogie and save materials.

3. A trailer frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the radial flange (7) has an arcuate edge corresponding to the connection (6) and straight edges on both sides of the arcuate edge, and has a laterally widened portion corresponding to the connection plate.
4. A trailer frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the brake shoes (4) are provided with four suspension points (41) for mounting the brake device by means of four-point suspension.
5. The trailer frame according to claim 4, characterized in that the back of the brake shoes (4) is C-shaped and is arranged in line with the outer surface of the first brake beam (3) or the second brake beam (5), respectively.

The trailer frame according to claim 4, characterized in that the brake shoes (4) comprise a horizontal seat plate and an upper skirt at the top of the seat plate and a lower skirt at the bottom of the seat plate, the height of the upper and lower skirt increasing from the front end of the seat plate to the root.
7. A trailer bogie comprising a trailer frame, wherein the trailer frame is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
