As shown in fig. 3, 10, 11 and 12, the suction mandrel device 43 comprises ten groups of suction mandrels 44 for fixing soft LED lamp strips and sliding blocks 45 for sequentially fixing the ten groups of suction mandrels 44, the suction mandrel device 43 further comprises a guide rail 46 sliding by the sliding blocks 45 and a transmission mechanism 47 for pushing the sliding blocks 45, the glue nozzle device 42 comprises a third supporting rod 420 and a fourth supporting rod 421 which are vertically arranged on the table top 41, a first cross rod 423 and a second cross rod 424 which are vertically connected with the third supporting rod 420 and the fourth supporting rod 421, the second cross rod 424 is positioned on the upper side of the first cross rod 423, the first cross rod 423 is provided with a groove 425 for being matched with the suction mandrels 44, the second cross rod 424 is provided with a circular glue nozzle 426 for gluing the soft LED lamp strips, the circular glue nozzle 426 is provided with a glue outlet 427, the plane of the center of the axis of the glue outlet 427 is aligned with the plane of the center of the axis of the suction mandrels 44, and the transmission mechanism 47 comprises a motor 470 and a transmission gear 472 for repeatedly moving the sliding blocks 45 and the transmission chain 472, as shown in fig. 12; the air suction mandrel 44 is provided with a working plane 440 for placing the soft LED lamp strip and a coaxial vacuum cavity 441, the working plane 440 is provided with sixteen round holes 442 for sucking the soft LED lamp strip, the round holes 442 are communicated with the vacuum cavity 441, the vacuum cavity 441 is communicated with the vacuum pump 55, the working plane 440 is opposite to the glue outlet 427, and the distance H between the glue outlet 427 and the working plane 440 is 5mm, as shown in fig. 13.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the lamp device 1 includes a housing 110 for accommodating the lamp and a conveying belt 112 for sequentially conveying the lamp from an inner cavity 111 of the housing 110, the conveying belt 112 is provided with a plurality of mold blocks 113 with equal distances adapted to the outer diameter of the lamp, a groove with a size adapted to the outer diameter of the lamp is formed between the mold blocks 113 and 113, the groove can convey the lamp stored in the inner cavity to a next position, i.e. to be pasted with a soft LED lamp belt, an upper side of the conveying belt 112 is provided with a pressing device 114 for pressing the outer wall of the lamp so as to make the inner wall of the lamp fit with the soft LED lamp belt after being pasted with glue, and the pressing device 114 includes a pressing mechanism 115 for pressing the outer wall of the lamp and a lifting mechanism 116 for separating the lamp from the conveying belt 112.
For better illustrating the pressing mechanism 115 and the lifting mechanism 116, as shown in fig. 16, the pressing mechanism 115 has two groups, which are respectively disposed on the upper side of the head end and the upper side of the tail end of the lamp tube, the pressing mechanism 115 includes an air cylinder 1150 and a transition plate 1151, the upper side of the transition plate 1151 connected to the air cylinder 1150 is provided with at least two groups of push rods 1152 for pressing the outer wall of the lamp tube, specifically, as an embodiment of the present invention, the lower side of the transition plate 1151 is provided with at least 10 groups of push rods 1152 for pressing the outer wall of the lamp tube, which aims to simultaneously produce 10 LED lamp tubes at a time, because the above-mentioned glue spreading device is provided with ten groups of suction core rods 44 and vacuum devices 5 and is provided with ten groups of core rods 542, in other words, the present invention can simultaneously produce ten LED lamp tubes at a time, and the production efficiency is at least 10 for the prior art production line, correspondingly, in order to enhance the contact and compression effect between the push rods 1152 and the lamps, two push rods 1152 are provided in each group, namely twenty push rods 1152 are provided at the lower side of the transition plate 1151, in order to enable the push rods 1152 to return after the push rods 1152 press the outer wall of the lamps, springs 1153 are sleeved outside the push rods 1152, when the push rods 1152 press the outer wall of the lamps, the push rods 1152 are subjected to the reaction force given by the outer wall of the lamps, the push rods 1152 move vertically upwards, the springs 1153 are contracted, on one hand, the lamps are ensured not to move vertically upwards, on the other hand, under the action of the rebound force of the springs 1153, the push rods 1152 are pressed to further press the outer wall of the lamps, after the push rods 1152 press the outer wall of the lamps, the push rods 1152 return to the original state under the tension of the springs 1153, waiting for the next identical job.
As shown in fig. 16, the lifting mechanism 116 includes two sets of dies 1160 corresponding to the lower side of the head end and the lower side of the tail end of the supporting lamp tube and cylinders 1161 corresponding to lifting the dies 1160, the dies 1160 are provided with grooves 1162 corresponding to the outer diameter of the lamp tube, specifically, for the embodiment of the invention, in order to match the requirement of the device of the invention, the dies 1160 are provided with 10 grooves 1162 corresponding to the outer diameter of the lamp tube, when the lamp tube is closed to the position corresponding to the lifting mechanism 116 by the conveying belt 112, the lifting mechanism 116 correspondingly lifts each lamp tube above the horizontal plane of the conveying belt 112 under the movement of the cylinders 1161, and then under the control of the microcomputer control system, the pressing mechanism 115 moves vertically downwards to enable the push rod 1152 to correspondingly press on the outer wall of the corresponding lamp tube, so as to firmly adhere the soft LED lamp belt on the suction mandrel 44 to the inner wall of the lamp tube.
The invention also discloses a method for producing the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip by using the equipment, which comprises the following steps.
(1) And starting a power supply of the integrated automatic device for assembling the lamp tubes of the soft LED lamp strips, setting various parameters of a microcomputer control system, starting the microcomputer control system, enabling the lamp tube device to enter a working state, conveying the lamp tubes of the containing cavity in the lamp tube device to the lower side of the extrusion device through the conveying belt, and waiting for the soft LED lamp strips and the air suction core rod to stretch into the lamp tubes together after glue coating.
(2) And placing the soft LED lamp strip on a template in the plate separating device, starting a clamp device in the plate separating device, and tightly attaching the pressing plate to the soft LED lamp strip placed on the template in the plate separating device under the pushing of the air cylinder.
(3) And pushing the blade set mechanism in the board separation device to enable the blade set mechanism to transversely slide along the guide rail, so that the blade set mechanism can equidistantly separate the soft LED lamp strips on the templates in the board separation device.
(4) And the microcomputer control system outputs a signal and starts the vacuum device, wherein an evacuating pipeline device in the vacuum device extracts the separated soft LED lamp strips, and the soft LED lamp strips are moved to a working plane on a suction core rod corresponding to the gluing device and sucked and tightly fixed through round holes on the working plane.
(5) The microcomputer control system outputs a signal and starts the gluing nozzle device, and the air suction core rod transversely moves towards the direction of the glue outlet of the circular gluing nozzle under the movement of the transmission mechanism; and when the soft LED lamp strip moves, the soft LED lamp strip and the air suction core rod jointly enter the inner wall of the lamp tube waiting in the first step, then the soft LED lamp strip is attached to the inner wall of the lamp tube under the working of the extruding device in the first step, after waiting for 3 seconds, the working of the extruding device is stopped, and the air suction core rod moves outwards in the opposite direction from the inner wall of the lamp tube, so that the soft LED lamp strip leaves the lamp tube and returns to the original position of the air suction core rod, and the next repeated step is waited.
In order to better describe the above-mentioned apparatus for integrally and automatically assembling the lamp tube of the soft LED lamp strip and the method for producing the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip by using the apparatus, compared with the conventional production apparatus and method for producing the soft LED lamp strip, the following is an example.
Conventional production equipment produces LED tubes with soft LED strips, each LED tube requiring production time.
The invention relates to a device for integrally and automatically assembling the lamp tubes of a soft LED lamp strip, which is characterized in that the production time of each LED lamp tube is required.
In summary, the single-day output of the traditional equipment for producing the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip is compared with the single-day output of the equipment for producing the lamp tube with the LED lamp strip by using the integrated automatic assembly soft LED lamp strip, the production effect of the equipment for producing the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip by using the integrated automatic assembly soft LED lamp strip is 300 percent of that of the traditional production equipment, the number of corresponding operators is changed from 5 to 1, the production efficiency is increased by using the equipment for integrally and automatically assembling the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip by using the invention, meanwhile, the manual application cost is reduced, and the traditional manual and mechanical production mode is effectively replaced by using the equipment for integrally and automatically assembling the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip and the method for producing the lamp tube with the soft LED lamp strip by using the equipment, so that the advantages of the operators are solved and the competitive effect of the enterprises in the existing market is improved.
Claims (4)
1. the two groups of pressing mechanisms (115) are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the head end and the upper side of the tail end of the lamp tube, the pressing mechanisms (115) comprise an air cylinder (1150) and a transition plate (1151), the upper side of the transition plate (1151) connected with the air cylinder (1150), at least more than two groups of push rods (1152) used for extruding the outer wall of the lamp tube are arranged on the lower side of the transition plate (1151), springs (1153) are sleeved outside the push rods (1152), the lifting mechanism (116) comprises two groups of dies (1160) which are correspondingly used for supporting the lower side of the head end and the lower side of the tail end of the lamp tube and air cylinders (1161) which are correspondingly used for lifting the dies (1160), and the dies (1160) are provided with at least more than two grooves (1162) which are matched with the outer diameter of the lamp tube;
the outer surface of the ejector rod (53) is provided with at least two positioning grooves (530), the evacuating pipeline device (54) comprises two groups of sliding blocks (540) which are matched with the positioning grooves (530) and a gas collecting device (541) which is connected with the two groups of sliding blocks (540), at least two core rods (542) are arranged on the lower side of the gas collecting device (541), at least more than two suction nozzles (543) which are coaxial with the shaft center of the core rod (542) are sleeved on the outer surface of the core rod (542), and the gas collecting device (541) is provided with gas collecting ports corresponding to the number of the suction nozzles (543) and connecting pipes used for communicating the suction nozzles (543) with the gas collecting ports;

the gluing device (4) comprises a workbench surface (41), a gluing nozzle device (42) and an air suction core rod device (43) which are vertically arranged on one side of the workbench surface (41), wherein the air suction core rod device (43) comprises at least more than two groups of air suction core rods (44) for fixing soft LED lamp belts, sliding blocks (45) for orderly fixing the air suction core rods (44), a guide rail (46) for sliding the sliding blocks (45) and a transmission mechanism (47) for pushing the sliding blocks (45);

The apparatus for integrally and automatically assembling a light tube of a soft LED light strip of claim 2, wherein: the fixture device (212) comprises an air cylinder (2120) and a pressing plate (2121) connected with the air cylinder (2120), the pressing plate (2121) is tightly attached to the upper surface (2101) of the template (210) under the pushing of the air cylinder (2120), at least more than two equally spaced knife slots (2102) are formed in the upper surface (2101) of the template (210), the knife block mechanism (213) comprises more than two blades (215) corresponding to the knife slots (2102) at intervals and a slide block frame (216) for fixing the blades (215), and a handle (217) for pushing the knife block mechanism (213) is arranged at the top of the slide block frame (216).
4. A method of producing a soft LED strip lamp, in an apparatus for integrally and automatically assembling a soft LED strip lamp as set forth in claim 3, wherein: it comprises the following sequential steps:
(1) Starting a power supply of the integrated automatic soft LED strip lamp assembling equipment, setting various parameters of a microcomputer control system, starting the microcomputer control system, enabling the lamp tube device (1) to enter a working state, conveying the lamp tube of the containing cavity (110) in the lamp tube device (1) to the lower side of the extrusion device (114) through the transmission belt (112), and enabling the soft LED strip lamp and the air suction core rod (44) to extend into the lamp tube together after glue coating;
(2) Placing the soft LED lamp strip on a template (210) in the plate separating device (2), starting a clamp device (212) in the plate separating device (2), and tightly attaching the pressing plate (2121) to the soft LED lamp strip placed on the template (210) in the plate separating device (2) under the pushing of the air cylinder (2120);
(3) Pushing a blade set mechanism (213) in the board separation device (2), so that the blade set mechanism (213) transversely slides along the guide rail (214), and the blade set mechanism (213) equidistantly separates soft LED lamp strips on a template (210) in the board separation device (2);
(4) The microcomputer control system outputs a signal and starts the vacuum device (5), an evacuating pipeline device (54) in the vacuum device (5) extracts the separated soft LED lamp strips, the soft LED lamp strips are moved to a working plane (440) on a suction core rod (44) corresponding to the gluing device (4), and the separated soft LED lamp strips are sucked and tightly pressed through round holes (442) on the working plane (440);
(5) The microcomputer control system outputs a signal to start the glue spreading nozzle device (42), and the air suction core rod (44) transversely moves towards the glue outlet (427) of the circular glue spreading nozzle (426) under the movement of the transmission mechanism (47); and when the soft LED lamp strip moves, the glue outlet (427) of the circular glue coating nozzle (426) extrudes glue to the soft LED lamp strip in a preset quantity until the surface of the whole soft LED lamp strip is coated with high-temperature silica gel, meanwhile, the soft LED lamp strip coated with the high-temperature silica gel continuously moves under the transmission mechanism (47), the soft LED lamp strip coated with the high-temperature silica gel and the suction core rod (44) jointly enter the inner wall of the lamp tube waiting in the first step, then the soft LED lamp strip is attached to the inner wall of the lamp tube under the working of the extruding device (114) in the first step, the working of the extruding device (114) is stopped after the operation is waited for 3 seconds, and the suction core rod (44) moves outwards in the opposite direction from the inner wall of the lamp tube, so as to leave the lamp tube and return to the original position of the suction core rod (44) to wait for the next repeated step.
