Abstract
本发明提供一种混料装置,搅拌釜呈半球形结构,搅拌釜的下部设有支架,搅拌釜顶端开口,开口处设有盖,支架的左右两端固定设有液压缸,任一液压缸的活塞顶端固定设有顶板,盖的左右两端通过钢丝绳固定在顶板上;盖的外部顶端中心位置设有搅拌电机,搅拌轴设置在盖的底端,并且搅拌轴的顶端通过联轴器固定在搅拌电机的输出轴上,搅拌轴的底端固定设有弧形的搅拌桨;搅拌釜的顶端外壁上设有环形管,环形管上均匀分布有多个喷头,喷头设置在搅拌釜内部,喷头通过连接支管与环形管相连通,环形管与油料供给管的输出端口相连通,油料供给管的输入端口设置在油料箱内,油料供给管的底端设有泵。本发明的有益效果是搅拌均匀度高。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑粉生产设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种混料装置。
背景技术
拉丝粉为粉末结构,在制作的时候需要将各种原材料进行粉碎,粉碎后再研磨成粉末状进行混合。它的主要成分是石灰、水、动物油、石蜡、肥皂、硬脂酸、滑石粉和碱。混合的时候需要将粉末先加入然后根据混合的状况逐步加入油进行混合,混合均匀度差强人意,一种可以解决这种问题的混料装置还有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、生产效率高的混料装置。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种混料装置,包括搅拌釜、盖、搅拌电机、搅拌轴、联轴器、搅拌桨、支架、环形管、喷头、油料供给管、油料箱、泵、液压缸、顶板、钢丝绳;
所述搅拌釜呈半球形结构,所述搅拌釜的下部设有支架,所述搅拌釜顶端开口,开口处设有盖,所述支架的左右两端固定设有液压缸,任一液压缸的活塞顶端固定设有顶板,所述盖的左右两端通过钢丝绳固定在顶板上;
所述盖的外部顶端中心位置设有搅拌电机,所述搅拌轴设置在盖的底端,并且搅拌轴的顶端通过联轴器固定在搅拌电机的输出轴上,所述搅拌轴的底端固定设有弧形的搅拌桨;
所述搅拌釜的顶端外壁上设有环形管,所述环形管上均匀分布有多个喷头,所述喷头设置在搅拌釜内部,所述喷头通过连接支管与环形管相连通,所述环形管与油料供给管的输出端口相连通,所述油料供给管的输入端口设置在油料箱内,所述油料供给管的底端设有泵。
所述支架的底端设有万向轮,任一万向轮上设有锁死机构。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,润滑粉生产用油料和粉料的搅拌混合作业更加方便;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率高等优点。
2、油料呈环形向下喷洒,喷洒均匀度高,提高混合均匀度,节约混料时间。
3、半球形的搅拌釜,也可有效提高混料速率。
4、盖具有升降机构,不用人工开合,省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种混料装置,包括搅拌釜1、盖2、搅拌电机3、搅拌轴4、联轴器5、搅拌桨6、支架7、环形管10、喷头11、油料供给管12、油料箱13、泵14、液压缸15、顶板16、钢丝绳17;
搅拌釜1呈半球形结构,搅拌釜1的下部设有支架7,搅拌釜1顶端开口,开口处设有盖2,支架7的左右两端固定设有液压缸15,任一液压缸15的活塞顶端固定设有顶板16,盖2的左右两端通过钢丝绳17固定在顶板16上;
盖2的外部顶端中心位置设有搅拌电机3,搅拌轴4设置在盖2的底端,并且搅拌轴4的顶端通过联轴器5固定在搅拌电机3的输出轴上,搅拌轴4的底端固定设有弧形的搅拌桨6;
搅拌釜1的顶端外壁上设有环形管10,环形管10上均匀分布有多个喷头11,喷头11设置在搅拌釜1内部,喷头11通过连接支管与环形管10相连通,环形管10与油料供给管12的输出端口相连通,油料供给管12的输入端口设置在油料箱13内,油料供给管12的底端设有泵14。
所述支架7的底端设有万向轮8,任一万向轮8上设有锁死机构9。
本实例的工作过程:
启动液压缸15,活塞杆带动顶板16上升,将盖2吊起,通过搅拌釜1的顶端开口向其内部添加润滑粉生产用粉料,粉料添加完毕后,活塞杆带动顶板16下降,盖2下降盖合在搅拌釜1的顶端。
启动泵14,油料通过油料供给管12进入到环形管10内,再通过喷头11,均匀喷洒向搅拌釜1内的粉料上,此时,启动搅拌电机3,边搅拌边添加油料,搅拌桨6将油料、粉料搅拌均匀。
搅拌完毕后,将盖2吊起从顶端开口处出料,也可在搅拌釜1的底端设置出料口,从底端的出口处出料。
万向轮的设置,便于移动本装置的位置,使用灵活方便。

1.一种混料装置,其特征在于:包括搅拌釜、盖、搅拌电机、搅拌轴、联轴器、搅拌桨、支架、环形管、喷头、油料供给管、油料箱、泵、液压缸、顶板、钢丝绳;
所述搅拌釜呈半球形结构,所述搅拌釜的下部设有支架,所述搅拌釜顶端开口,开口处设有盖,所述支架的左右两端固定设有液压缸,任一液压缸的活塞顶端固定设有顶板,所述盖的左右两端通过钢丝绳固定在顶板上;
所述盖的外部顶端中心位置设有搅拌电机,所述搅拌轴设置在盖的底端,并且搅拌轴的顶端通过联轴器固定在搅拌电机的输出轴上,所述搅拌轴的底端固定设有弧形的搅拌桨;
所述搅拌釜的顶端外壁上设有环形管,所述环形管上均匀分布有多个喷头,所述喷头设置在搅拌釜内部,所述喷头通过连接支管与环形管相连通,所述环形管与油料供给管的输出端口相连通,所述油料供给管的输入端口设置在油料箱内,所述油料供给管的底端设有泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混料装置,其特征在于:所述支架的底端设有万向轮,任一万向轮上设有锁死机构。
