本发明提供了一种口服液，它由如下方法制备：（1）按重量配比取药材：苦杏仁50~100g、薏苡仁100~200g、豆蔻50~100g、厚朴50~100g、滑石150~250g、法半夏30~70g、甘草30~70g、隔山撬100~200g、桑白皮100~200g、地骨皮100~200g、糯米藤根100~200g；（2）取上述药材加水提取，水提液减压浓缩，加入适量乙醇至含醇量为70~80%v/v，静置，过滤，滤液回收乙醇，滤液加单糖浆400~600ml，调节pH至中性，静置，离心，取上清液再加水至2000ml，即得口服液。本发明药物组合物中，各药材配伍精当，可用于治疗无痰或少痰咳嗽，为临床用药提供了一种新的选择。

Description

一种口服液及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种止咳口服液及其用途。
背景技术
咳嗽是人体清除呼吸道内的分泌物或异物的保护性呼吸反射动作。虽然有其有利的一面，但剧烈长期咳嗽可导致呼吸道出血。正确区分一般咳嗽和咳嗽变异性哮喘，防止误诊。治疗咳嗽应区分咳嗽类型，西药、中药皆可。
西医认为，咳嗽主要是由上呼吸道感染、支气管炎、肺炎或喉炎引起。中医认为，咳嗽是因外感六淫，脏腑内伤，影响于肺所致有声有痰之症。见《素问·五脏生成篇》。《素问病机气宜保命集》：“咳谓无痰而有声，肺气伤而不清也；嗽是无声而有痰，脾湿动而为痰也。咳嗽谓有痰而有声，盖因伤于肺气动于脾湿，咳而为嗽也”。因外邪犯肺，或脏腑内伤，累及于肺所致。
目前止咳的药物甚多，但功效各异。但对于中药而言，常常会由于气味不佳，而导致儿童患者不易接受。本发明拟提供一种疗效较好的治疗儿童咳嗽的口服液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗儿童咳嗽的口服液及其用途。
本发明提供了一种口服液，它由如下方法制备：
（1）按重量配比取药材：苦杏仁50~100g、薏苡仁100~200g、豆蔻50~100g、厚朴50~100g、滑石150~250g、法半夏30~70g、甘草30~70g、隔山撬100~200g、桑白皮100~200g、地骨皮100~200g、糯米藤根100~200g；
（2）取上述药材加水提取，水提液减压浓缩，加入适量乙醇至含醇量为70~80%v/v，静置，过滤，滤液回收乙醇，滤液加单糖浆400~600ml，调节pH至中性，静置，离心，取上清液再加水至2000ml，即得口服液。
久咳必有脾胃之伤，本发明中，以苦杏仁祛痰止咳、薏苡仁健脾补肺、清热利湿为君，另以豆蔻（白豆蔻）、厚朴、滑石、法半夏、桑白皮、地骨皮清肺热、化湿行气、健脾消食、行气消积、清热渗湿、燥湿化痰、泻肺平喘为臣，再以甘草、隔山撬、糯米藤根益气补中、润肺止咳、补益肝肾、清热健脾为佐，诸药合用，共奏清热止咳、健脾益肺之功。其中地骨皮性寒，有清热凉血之功，脾胃虚寒本应忌服，但本发明使用其他健脾补中药物合用，可避免地骨皮过寒伤脾胃。
进一步地，各药材的重量配比如下：
苦杏仁70~80g、薏苡仁130~170g、豆蔻70~80g、厚朴70~80g、滑石180~220g、法半夏40~60g、甘草40~60g、隔山撬130~170g、桑白皮130~170g、地骨皮90~110g、糯米藤根130~170g。
本发明一个具体实施方式中，其原料药的重量配比如下：
苦杏仁70~80g、薏苡仁150g、豆蔻70~80g、厚朴70~80g、滑石200g、法半夏50g、甘草50g、隔山撬150g、桑白皮150g、地骨皮100g、糯米藤根150g。
本发明还提供了上述口服液在制备儿童止咳药物中的用途。
进一步地，所述药物是治疗少痰咳嗽的药物。
本发明糖浆剂中除了上述辅料外，还可以加入其他的矫味剂，如蔗糖、麦芽糖、薄荷油等，但薄荷油等需要使用适当溶剂溶解，该溶剂满足药用即可。
另外，除了矫味剂，针对该口服液的贮存需求，也可以适当添加防腐剂。
本发明药物组合物中，各药材配伍精当，可用于治疗无痰或少痰咳嗽，为临床用药提供了一种新的选择。
另外，该药物组合物常常与另一组合物配合使用，用于治疗肺热咳嗽，特别是痰多久咳，另一组合物B配伍如下：蜜制麻黄绒3~10份 苦杏仁5~10份 石膏12~17份 甘草2~7份石菖蒲2~7份 淫羊藿1~4份 猪牙皂1~5份 滑石15~25份 知母7~13份 麦芽20~40份 白芷5~10份。
对于肺热咳嗽，特别是痰多久咳，可以先用组合物B3~4天，基本可以对痰湿有明显改善，再用本发明口服液3~4天，可以有效治疗前述病症。但治疗这类病症，不能单用本发明药物组合物。
另外，口服液的流动性更好，儿童使用更加方便。
具体实施方式
实施例1 本发明口服液的制备
（1）按重量配比取药材：苦杏仁75g、薏苡仁150g、豆蔻75g、厚朴75g、滑石200g、法半夏50g、甘草50g、隔山撬150g、桑白皮150g、地骨皮100g、糯米藤根150g；
（2）取上述药材加水提取，水提液减压浓缩，加入适量乙醇至含醇量为75%v/v，静置，过滤，滤液回收乙醇，滤液加单糖浆500ml，调节pH至中性，静置、离心，上清液再加水至2000ml，即得口服液。
本发明所得口服液，深棕色，气香，味甜，口感气味良好。
实施例2 本发明口服液的制备
（1）按重量配比取药材：苦杏仁75g、薏苡仁150g、豆蔻75g、厚朴75g、滑石200g、法半夏50g、甘草50g、隔山撬150g、桑白皮150g、地骨皮100g、糯米藤根150g；
（2）取上述药材加水提取，水提液减压浓缩，加入适量乙醇至含醇量为70%v/v，静置，过滤，滤液回收乙醇，滤液加单糖浆400ml，调节pH至中性，静置、离心，上清液再加水至2000ml，即得口服液。
有益效果：
本发明药物组合物至今共治疗咳嗽患儿三百余例，多为肺热咳嗽者使用该药物组合物，多数患儿咳嗽痰多，早晚咳嗽严重，大部分患者未见发热症状，治疗过程中偶有药味剂量调整，但均在本发明用药范围内。其治疗方式和效果如下：
本发明口服液原料药（简称配方A）：苦杏仁7.5g、薏苡仁15g、豆蔻7.5g、厚朴7.5g、滑石20g、法半夏5g、甘草5g、隔山撬15g、桑白皮15g、地骨皮10g、糯米藤根15g。
配方B：蜜制麻黄绒5g 苦杏仁7.5g 石膏15g 甘草5g 石菖蒲5g 淫羊藿2.5g 猪牙皂3g 滑石20g 知母10g 麦芽30g 白芷7.5g。
目前共收治肺热咳嗽患儿306例，痰多，久咳，咳嗽时间超过2个星期。先用配方B一日一剂，共使用3~4天，再使用配方A一日一剂，使用3~4天。使用上述方法，1个星期内治愈率达到80%，1个星期内症状减轻率高达99%。
据调查，若饮食控制得当，患儿一般会在1-2个星期痊愈，若喜食生冷、燥热食物，病症反复，嘱其家长控制饮食后，1个星期内基本能够痊愈。
另外，在单独使用配方B后，患儿服药1个星期内症状减轻率高达90%，患儿痰明显变少，咳嗽频率降低，再配合使用配方A能获痊愈。

Claims (5)

1.一种口服液，其特征在于：它由如下方法制备：
（1）按重量配比取药材：苦杏仁50~100g、薏苡仁100~200g、豆蔻50~100g、厚朴50~100g、滑石150~250g、法半夏30~70g、甘草30~70g、隔山撬100~200g、桑白皮100~200g、地骨皮100~200g、糯米藤根100~200g；
（2）取上述药材加水提取，水提液减压浓缩，加入适量乙醇至含醇量为70~80%v/v，静置，过滤，滤液回收乙醇，滤液加单糖浆400~600ml，调节pH至中性，静置，离心，取上清液再加水至2000ml，即得口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口服液，其特征在于：各药材的重量配比如下：
苦杏仁70~80g、薏苡仁130~170g、豆蔻70~80g、厚朴70~80g、滑石180~220g、法半夏40~60g、甘草40~60g、隔山撬130~170g、桑白皮130~170g、地骨皮90~110g、糯米藤根130~170g。
