Description

Nursing bed with defecation facility
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical care equipment, in particular to a care bed with a defecation facility.
Background
The nursing bed in the prior art has more complete functions of enabling a patient to turn over, lie down, sit and eat and enabling armrests to eat, and has a plurality of documents for disclosing the nursing bed which enables the patient on a sickbed to defecate without getting out of the bed. However, in the nursing bed with the defecation facility in the prior art, the structures of the toilet bowl lifting or descending device and the toilet hole plug lifting or separating device for sealing the defecation hole are generally lifted and descended by adopting an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder and the like, and the structures of the toilet bowl lifting or descending device and the toilet hole plug lifting or separating device are driven by a worm gear, a worm screw, a lead screw nut and the like, so that the structures of the nursing bed with the defecation facility are more and more complicated.
For example, chinese patent application publication No. CN102218001A discloses a self-service bed for defecation, which is relatively simple in structure compared to the above-mentioned nursing bed. But still adopts the structures of electric lifting devices, sliding rails for the bracket of the translational toilet, mutually meshed gear racks, travel switches, remote controllers and other electric elements. The nursing bed still has the defects of complex structure of the lifting mechanism of the toilet bowl, namely the lifting device, and poor working reliability of the translation lifting of the toilet bowl. Meanwhile, the swing arm of the excrement hole plug is rotated only by the electric drive shaft to swing to the upper limit position or fall to the lower limit position, so that the work reliability of the swing arm of the excrement hole plug is not high, and the swing process has the possibility of interfering with the support frame of the excrement barrel. And the linkage structure of the toilet bowl lifting device and the toilet hole plug swing arm is complex, and the failure rate is relatively high. In addition, the defecation hole plug support swing arm is positioned and lifted only by the rotating shaft at the other end far away from the defecation hole plug, and when a patient sleeps, particularly defecates or needs to sit up under other conditions, the end of the defecation hole plug support swing arm bears the weight of the patient and sinks downwards, so that the patient is uncomfortable to sit and sleep.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It is to be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to aid understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the technical features and technical means mentioned in the respective embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the nursing bed of the present invention comprises a bed frame 1 composed of at least two straight beams, such as a straight beam 9 and a straight beam 11, and a plurality of cross beams, such as a cross beam 3, a cross beam 4, a cross beam 5, etc. A mattress 29 is arranged above the two cross beams 4 and 5, the mattress 29 is supported on the two cross beams through a bed plate 28 or a bed plate support or a bed plate bracket, and the mattress 29 is provided with a defecation hole 27, so that the mattress 29 also serves as a cushion because the defecation of a patient is generally sitting. In this embodiment, two movable bed boards 28 hinged to each other are arranged on two cross beams of a mattress 29 arranged on two of the cross beams, namely the finger cross beam 4 and the cross beam 5, a half mattress 29 is arranged on each movable bed board 28, a defecation hole 27 matched with the shape of the defecation barrel is formed by combining the adjacent parts of the two half mattresses 29, a plurality of convex limiting blocks 30 used for limiting the half mattresses are arranged at the edge of each movable bed board 28, the upper half in fig. 3 shows the bed board 28 without the mattresses, the mattress 29 is arranged on the lower half bed board 28, and of course, the limiting blocks 30 can also be other limiting structures such as positioning pins and the like.
As shown in figure 1, two beams below the defecation hole, namely the beam 4 and the beam 5, are hinged with a swing frame 12 which is formed by hinging the lower ends of a plurality of swing rods 10 with a supporting frame 13 and swings along the length direction of the beam. The swing frame 12 comprises at least three swing rods and a supporting frame, wherein the upper ends of at least two swing rods are hinged with one of the cross beams, and the lower ends of the two swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the supporting frame below the cross beam; the upper ends of the rest swing rods are hinged with the other cross beam, and the lower ends of the rest swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the support frame below the other cross beam. This should be understood as follows: the swing frame can be composed of three swing rods and a supporting frame, wherein the upper ends of the two swing rods are hinged with one of the cross beams, and the lower ends of the two swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the supporting frame below the cross beam; the upper end of the other swing rod is hinged with the other cross beam, and the lower end of the other swing rod is hinged with the frame edge of the support frame below the other cross beam. The swing frame can also be five swing rods and a supporting frame, wherein the upper ends of the two swing rods are hinged with one of the cross beams, and the lower ends of the two swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the supporting frame below the cross beam; the upper ends of the other three swing rods are hinged with the other beam, and the lower ends of the other three swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the support frame below the other beam. The swing frame can also be provided with six swing rods and a supporting frame, wherein the upper ends of the three swing rods are hinged with one of the cross beams, and the lower ends of the three swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the supporting frame below the cross beam; the upper ends of the other three swing rods are hinged with the other beam, and the lower ends of the other three swing rods are hinged with the frame edge of the support frame below the other beam.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, but in this embodiment, the swing frame 12 preferably includes four swing rods 10 and a supporting frame 13, the supporting frame 13 is a regular quadrilateral, wherein the upper ends of the two swing rods are hinged to one of the beams 5, and the lower ends of the two swing rods 10 are hinged to both ends of a frame edge 24 of the supporting frame 13 located below the beam 5. The two swing rods 10 are positioned at the outer side of the frame edge 24, and the frame edge 24 at the lower end is parallel to the root beam 5 above; the upper ends of the other two swing rods 10 are hinged with the other beam 4, and the lower ends of the two swing rods 10 are hinged with the two ends of the frame edge 23 of the supporting frame 13 below the beam 4. Both ends, as referred to herein, can be understood as end-face-abutting positions, such as the rearward hinge point in fig. 2. It is of course also possible that the end faces do not abut, as in the front hinge point in fig. 2. The two swing rods 10 are located outside the frame edge 23, and the frame edge 23 is also parallel to the upper beam 4. Two swing rods 10 of the four swing rods 10 close to the straight beam 11 are fixed with connecting rods 26 which enable the two swing rods 10 to be linked. The connecting rod 26 may be omitted, but the connecting rod 26 is preferable. The supporting frame may be in other shapes, for example, when the three swing rods are described above, the frame edge where the two swing rods are hinged may be a straight edge, and the edge where one swing rod is hinged may be a semicircular edge, etc., and it is preferable that the supporting frame is a regular quadrangle. The distance between the hinge point axes of the two swing rods on each cross beam along the length direction of the cross beam can be equal to the distance between the hinge point axes of the two swing rods on the frame edge below the cross beam, the distance below the hinge point axes can be larger than the distance above the hinge point axes, the distance above the hinge point axes can also be larger than the distance below the hinge point axes, and the structure is preferably equal in the specific facility mode. According to common knowledge, in four hinge points on the two cross beams, the connecting line of the two hinge shafts close to the outer side, namely the straight beam, is basically perpendicular to the side line of the cross beam, and the connecting line of the two hinge shafts close to the inner side, namely the defecation hole, is also basically perpendicular to the side line of the cross beam, but the deviation is normal. The swing frame 12 swinging along the length direction of the cross beam swings inwards by an angle smaller than or equal to 90 degrees and swings outwards by an angle smaller than 60 degrees, and the angle can be understood as the angle formed by the swing rod relative to the vertical line.
The bed frame is provided with a manual driving and locking device which can push the supporting frame to the upper limit position of the excrement hole through the swing rod and lock so as to enable the top of the excrement barrel in the supporting frame to be close to or contacted with the buttocks of a defecation person. For unfolding, the manual driving device and the manual locking device can be called. Of course, the embodiment preferably enables the top of the toilet bowl to contact the buttocks of the defecation people, so that odor emission and wetting of other parts of the body and clothes of the patient except the defecation part during defecation can be reduced. Also, it will be understood that the manual actuation and locking device is actually a single device, with the forward operation enabling a single actuation and locking action, and the reverse operation enabling a single unlocking and natural return action of the tray frame 12 and toilet bowl 14 by gravity, as will be described in the three embodiments below.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the first embodiment of the manual driving and locking device has the following structure: the drive block 31, which is connected to the drive rod 15 for the horizontal movement, is articulated to the bed frame 1, in this embodiment to a cross member 3 of the bed frame 1, via a shaft and an articulation hole 33. The pushing part of the driving block 31 opposite to the outer swing rod 10 is provided with an arc surface 34, and the arc surface 34 can also be called an arc edge. The outer swing rod 10 is also provided with a locking block 25, the bottom surface of which is propped against the top surface of the driving block 31 so as to enable the supporting frame 13 to swing to and be locked at the upper limit position. When the driving block 31 drives the swing rods 10, the connecting rod 26 is used for linking the two swing rods 10 on the outer side to move simultaneously, and the structure is simple but the mechanical property is good. The locking block 25 is provided with a locking hole 22 which can be matched with a lock catch 35 arranged on, i.e. fixed to, e.g. welded to, the driving block 31, and the lock catch 17 is locked in the locking hole 22 in a locking state, so that the stability during locking is enhanced. In fig. 1 and 2, the locking hole 22 is a straight hole along with the natural sagging of the swing link 10. Referring to fig. 6, as the swing rod 10 is gradually pushed upward, the swing rod gradually traverses until the swing rod is finally pushed to be horizontal, at this time, the bottom surface of the locking block 25 is basically in a fit state with the top surface of the driving block 31, so that the supporting frame 13 is locked at the upper limit position. Referring to fig. 7, the driving block 25 and the frame 1 are provided with a tension spring 41 for better abutting the driving block 13 against the locking block 25 so that the top of the toilet bowl 14 is more closely abutted against the buttocks of the defecation person, one tension spring post 36 of the tension spring 41 is provided on the driving block 31, and the other tension spring post is provided on the cross beam 3. In fig. 7, the tension spring 41 is not in a working state, and in the working state, when the driving block 31 is driven by the driving rod 15 to rotate 180 degrees along the hinge shaft, i.e. after reaching the right dead point, the tension spring 41 is in the working state, i.e. the driving block 31 is more closely abutted against the locking block 25 so that the top of the toilet bowl 14 is more closely abutted against the buttocks of the defecation person.
The structure of the second embodiment of the manual driving and locking device is as follows: the driving block connected with a driving rod which moves horizontally is hinged on the bed frame, the pushing part of the driving block relative to the outer side swing rod is provided with an arc surface, the outer side swing rod is also provided with a locking block, the bottom surface of the locking block is abutted against the top surface of the driving block so as to enable the supporting frame to swing to and be locked at the upper limit position, and the two outer side swing rods are fixed with connecting rods. Referring to fig. 6, the swing rod is gradually pushed upwards and gradually traversed until the swing rod is finally pushed to be horizontal, and at the moment, the bottom surface of the locking block is basically in a fit state with the top surface of the driving block, so that the support frame is locked at the upper limit position. The above structure is the same as that of the first embodiment. The difference lies in that: the locking block can be a solid bump, and the lock catch and the lock hole are eliminated in the embodiment mode, and the following driving rod locking device which is arranged on the bedstead and used for locking the driving rod is adopted to replace the driving rod locking device: the driving rod locking device can be a clamping block arranged on the straight beam on the side, the rear end of the clamping block is hinged to the straight beam, a clamping groove matched with the shape of the driving rod is formed in the front end of the clamping block, and the clamping block locks the driving rod to the dead point position on the side. The driving rod locking device can also adopt the following structure: and when the driving rod is abutted to the dead point position of the side, a bolt penetrates through the through hole at the end part of the driving rod and is inserted into the through hole at the outer end part of the driving rod to position the driving rod, and the bolt is pulled out when the locking is released. The driving rod locking device can also adopt the following structure: the bedstead on the inner side of the driving rod is hinged with a half hoop, the other half hoop is hinged with the half hoop, and when the driving rod is positioned at the dead point, the two half hoops are folded and clamped by a buckle mutually. Since the second embodiment of the manual driving and locking device for the swing frame has a relatively simple structure, it is easily understood by those skilled in the art, and therefore, it is not shown in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 8, the third embodiment of the manual driving and locking device is constructed as follows: the driving block 52, to which the driving rod 42 for the vertical-like movement is connected, is hinged to the frame 1, here to the cross-beam 3, via the hinge shaft 44. What is shown in fig. 8 can be understood as a part of the drive block 52 furthest to the left, i.e. close to the cross beam 3: the rear end of the driving block 52, i.e. the right end in fig. 8, is provided with a locking bar 45, and the cross beam 3 of the bed frame is provided with a buckle seat which makes the locking bar 45 swing transversely to buckle on the top when the supporting frame is pushed to the upper limit position through the swing bar and the driving block. The hasp seat comprises a cylinder 49 and a hasp body 48 which is matched with the cylinder 49 in a sliding mode, the top of the hasp body 48 is a hasp platform 46, and a spring 47 which enables the top of the hasp platform 46 to be pressed upwards is arranged between the hasp platform 46 and the inner bottom surface of the cylinder. The middle part of the driving block 52 adjacent to the left side is provided with a connecting rod shaft hole; the right side of the driving block, which is close to the middle part, is provided with an arc surface, the arc surface is used for pushing and matching relative to an outer side swing rod, and the outer side swing rod is also provided with a locking block, the bottom surface of the locking block is abutted against the tail end of the arc surface of the driving block, so that the support frame can be swung to and locked at the upper limit position. The support frame is gradually pushed upwards along with the swing rod to gradually traverse until the support frame is finally pushed to be horizontal, so that the support frame is locked at the upper limit position. The manual driving and locking device of the swing frame has the following main differences from the first embodiment: the driving lever 42 rotates in a vertical state instead of a horizontal state; the end face of the circular arc surface of the driving block 52 is matched with the bottom surface of the locking block instead of the top surface of the driving block being matched with the bottom surface of the locking block; the locking block can be a solid bump, and the structure of the lock rod 45 and the buckle seat is adopted to replace the solid bump without a lock buckle and a lock hole. The lock rod 45 at the rear end of the driving block 52 is locked when being buckled on the hasp platform 46 in a transverse swinging way; the lock lever 45 at the rear end of the driving block 52 is swung laterally to disengage from the latch platform 46.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the bed further comprises a swing arm 18 hinged to the other end of the two beams, i.e. the beam 4 and the beam 5, far away from the swing frame 12, and provided with a stool hole plug 6, wherein the stool hole plug 6 is mounted on the swing arm 18 through a base plate 7 or a stool hole plug support plate. One end of the swing arm 18 is hinged on the bedstead 1 through the swing arm hinge shaft 2 and fixed with one end of a push-pull block 17, the other end of the push-pull block 17 is hinged with a connecting rod 16, the other end of the connecting rod 16 is hinged with a connecting rod shaft hole 32 on the driving block 31 through a shaft, and a U-shaped groove 37 for accommodating the end section connecting rod 16 is arranged in the transverse edge of the driving block 31. When the driving rod 15 drives the driving block 31 to lock the tray frame 12 to the upper limit position, the hole plug 6 is far away from the defecation hole 27, and when the driving rod 15 rotates 180 degrees horizontally along the hinge point of the driving rod 15, i.e. the hinge shaft and the hinge hole 33, to another dead point, i.e. a left dead point, the connecting rod 16 drives the swing arm 18 and the hole plug 6 to seal the defecation hole 27, and the tray frame 12 and the toilet bowl 14 naturally droop far away from the defecation hole 27 under the self-gravity.
In the third manual driving and locking device, the middle portion of the driving block adjacent to the left side is provided with a link shaft hole, and the driving block of the structure adopts a left-middle-right structure, so that the end section link does not interfere with the driving block, i.e., a U-shaped groove for accommodating the end section link is not required. When the driving rod drives the driving block to lock the support frame to the upper limit position, the excrement hole plug is far away from the excrement discharge hole, and when the driving rod vertically rotates to another dead point, namely the upper dead point, along the self hinge point, namely the hinge shaft and the hinge hole, the connecting rod drives the swing arm and the excrement hole plug to close the excrement discharge hole, and the support frame and the excrement barrel naturally droop under the self gravity, far away from the excrement discharge hole.
The bed further comprises a locking and unlocking device for locking or unlocking the free end of the swing arm far away from the hinge shaft relative to the bed frame, and the locking and unlocking device can be called as the locking device and the unlocking device when the bed is unfolded. It will be understood that the locking and unlocking means is actually a single device, but operates in the reverse direction, the forward direction locking and the reverse direction unlocking, as will be seen in the following five embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 12, 13, 14 and 15, a first specific structure of the swing arm free end locking and releasing device is as follows: the side beam 4 corresponding to the swing arm free end 8 at the upper limit position is provided with a hole 65 for the movable shaft 63 to axially move, a shaft sleeve 64 can be arranged between the hole 65 and the movable shaft 63, the movable shaft 63 axially slides in the shaft sleeve 64, the movable shaft 63 can also directly axially move in the hole 65, but the shaft sleeve 64 is preferably arranged, and the movable shaft 63 axially slides in the shaft sleeve 64. The other end of the movable shaft 63, which is far away from the free end 8 of the swing arm, is connected with one end of the crank arm 20, a hole at the end of the crank arm 20 is movably sleeved on the end of the movable shaft 63, the outer end of the movable shaft 63, which is far away from the free end 8 of the swing arm, is provided with a limiting structure 66 for preventing the crank arm 20 from jumping out, and the shaft at the inner side of the crank arm can be provided with the limiting structure 66. That is to say, the other symmetrical side is also provided with a locking and releasing device with basically the same structure, four points are on one surface, and the technical effect that the defecation hole plug at the defecation hole cannot be sunken downwards at any time is better. The working principle of the structure is the same as that of the second specific structure. The main difference is that the driving rod and the driving block are arranged independently and are not linked with a driving locking device which is used for driving the swing arm to the hole sealing position and locking or driving the swing arm to be far away from the hole sealing position, namely the driving locking device is not included.
As shown in fig. 18 and 7, the third specific structure of the swing arm free end locking and unlocking device is as follows: two through holes 75 for the movable shafts 76 to axially slide are respectively arranged on two sides of a connecting plate 74 of the free end 8 of the swing arm, the outer end of each movable shaft 76 extends out of the outer side of the connecting plate 74, a cross beam 4 and a cross beam 5 which correspond to the end connecting plate 74 when the end connecting plate is located at the upper limit position are respectively provided with a hole for the large-diameter section of each movable shaft 76 to axially extend into so as to lock the free end 8 of the swing arm, two sliding seats 78 are further fixed on the connecting plate 74, a through hole 81 for the small-diameter section 82 of each movable shaft, namely the small-diameter section of each movable shaft 76 to axially slide is arranged on each sliding seat 78, each small-diameter section 82 of each movable shaft is respectively sleeved with a pressure spring 77, one end of each pressure spring 77 is abutted to the large-diameter end face, the other end of each pressure spring 77 is abutted to the sliding seats 78, the inner ends of the small-diameter sections 82 of the two movable shafts are jointly fixed with a metal wire 80, a metal pull wire in the wire pulling device is fixedly connected with the metal pull wire 80, two guide 79 which are positioned on one side of the metal wire 80 are fixed on a pull operating end point 40 of the driving rod of the pull device, and the pull operating handle 39 of the pull operating roller is fixed with the pull operating handle.
