技术领域
本发明涉及一种线标制造装置,特别是涉及一种颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置。
背景技术
研究鱼类的洄游和鱼类资源的一种方法,将天然水域中捕获的鱼类做上标记后放回原水域,重新捕获 时可据以研究鱼类的洄游、分布、生长和资源等状况。 1886 年,Petersen 等采用给鱼作标志的方法估算封闭水体中鱼类种群的大小和死亡率, 标志放流(tagged releasing) 技术由此发展起来,颌针鱼体呈长圆柱形,稍侧扁。上下颌皆延长呈喙状。上颌大牙垂直。背鳍鳍条23~25,背鳍后部鳍条短;尾鳍叉形。侧线鳞在尾柄两侧形成一隆起嵴。暖水性中上层鱼类。体长一般680~1040毫米。性凶猛,常在水上层追捕小鱼,分布于印度洋和太平洋西部。我国只见于南海,对颌针鱼进行标记后批量流放,可研究颌针鱼的分布、生长资源,可见线标对颌针鱼进行生态评估具有重要意义。
现有技术常用的标志流放技术有体外标记法和体内标记法两种,体外标志法主要有作标记法和加标法两类,这些方法显然不太适合对颌针鱼进行标记,鱼体内标记包括金属线码标记(CWT) 法、被动整合雷达( PIT) 法、档案式标记法、分离式卫星标记法、生物遥测标记法等,上述标记方法中金属线码标记是将金属线码植入鱼体内进行标记,对鱼的影响小,标记效果好,线标不易损坏或掉落,可采用金属线码标记对颌针鱼进行生态评估,研究生产这些金属线码标记的生产线,批量生产标志物,对批量颌针鱼放流、生态评估具有重要意义。
现有技术如中国发明授权专利文献,授权公告号CN 102499139 B,该发明公开了线标制作装置,包括能对线标本体线材坯料进行蚀刻的蚀刻机,其中:蚀刻机连接有能对分段的线标本体的尾端进行开叉冲压的冲压机组;蚀刻机下方的蚀刻槽内设有至少一对能将线标本体连续加工出一个标示面的定型轮组;冲压机组与蚀刻槽之间设有能进行涂层涂布的点胶机;点胶机与冲压机组设有切段滚刀。线标本体线材坯料经过蚀刻机下方的蚀刻槽,浸入蚀刻液中进行序列号的印刷。在线标本体线材坯料进入蚀刻机下方蚀刻光束区域附近前,定型轮组先加工出一个标示面,便于提高蚀刻速度和质量,蚀刻工艺完成后,经点胶机涂抹树脂或清漆防锈。该发明具有占地小、生产速度快、能量损耗小、加工精度要求低、适于批量生产、标识序列号稳定清晰、不易脱落等优点,但是该发明生产的线标在注射进鱼体后可能对鱼类活动影响较大,装置在长期使用过程中会出现部件表面磨损影响生产的线标序号的清晰程度,还有生产的线标的规格准确性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置,可批量生产线标、能耗小、标记序号清晰,部件表面喷涂有耐磨涂层,部件在长期使用过程中不易降低精度,制造的线标注射进鱼体内后对鱼的活动影响小。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的方案为:颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置,包括能对线标本体进行蚀刻的蚀刻机,蚀刻机连接有能对分段的线标本体的尾端进行钻销的钻销组,蚀刻机下方设有蚀刻槽,蚀刻槽内设有导向轮组和定型轮组,定型轮组与钻销组之间依次连接有喷涂机、烘干机、点胶机和切断滚刀,钻销组一侧设有切断滚刀,另一侧设有钻孔机,钻销组下方设有线标收集桶,钻孔机下方设有导屑板,线标本体依次通过导向轮组、定型轮组、喷涂机、烘干机、点胶机、切断滚刀,本发明制造的线标本体在最初是采用圆柱形的线材通过传动轮组传递到导向轮组后引导线材进入蚀刻槽,通过多组定性轮组将圆形的线材一面挤压出长方形,便于蚀刻机在长方形表面加工出标记序号,完成蚀刻后线材初步成型为线标本体,线标本体经喷涂机喷涂防锈液后经烘干机进行烘干,再由点胶机对线标本体表面涂覆一层橡胶,传送轮组对橡胶层进行线性挤压有利于增强橡胶与线标本体的粘结牢固度,切断滚刀对线标本体进行分段,钻销组对分段后的线标本体进行钻销,完工后落入设有电磁铁的线标收集桶内,整个过程产生的线材浪费少,蚀刻的标记序号清晰,生产快速,能耗小,可实现批量生产。
作为优选,蚀刻槽内至少设有一组导向轮组,通过设有的导向组轮可引导线标本体进入蚀刻槽内,导向轮组出口一侧至少设有三组定型轮组,定型轮组由凹圆轮和定型轮组成,凹圆轮和定型轮设有与线标本体对应的半圆弧面,定型轮的半圆弧面的底面还设有凹环,凹环宽度为线标本体直径的1/5~1/4,设有多组定型轮组对线标本体进行对称挤压使其侧面出现长方形,便于蚀刻机在长方形表面进行蚀刻,有利于提升蚀刻的标记序号的清晰度和蚀刻效率,可在长方形的边缘作去毛刺处理,避免制造的线标进入鱼体内后对鱼体组织造成划伤。
作为优选,点胶机与切断滚刀之间设有传送轮组,传送轮组的传动轮的凹面内均布有半球,设计的传送轮组的传动轮的凹面内均布的半球可对点胶机涂覆在线标本体表面的橡胶层进行挤压,增强橡胶层与线标本体的粘结牢固度,提高生产的线标的质量和使用寿命,在线标本体表面涂覆橡胶可避免线标本体在保存过程中或植入鱼体内后被腐蚀生锈,线标本体上的标记序号清晰度降低。
作为优选,导向轮组、定型轮组和传送轮组表面喷涂有耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层由以下成分及重量份组成:二氧化硅粉末6-12份、硅酸镁粉末1-8份、酚醛树脂为8-20份、DER732环氧树脂6-10份、全氟三乙胺0.2-0.5份、单烷基醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐0.1-0.24份、醋酸丁酯13-16份、羟乙基纤维素3-4份、聚氨酯4-10份、抗菌剂0.2-0.35份、环戊酮11-12份,二氧化硅粉末与羟乙基纤维素的重量比为2~3:1,在导向轮组、定型轮组和传送轮组表面喷涂耐磨涂层后经烘干处理后使用可有效增强上述部件的耐磨、耐冲击效果,使上述部件在长期与线材接触过程中表面不易产生磨损,表面粗糙度和精度不会降低,因此有利于保证线标本体的长方形面的加工质量和蚀刻效果,通过控制二氧化硅粉末与羟乙基纤维素的重量可增强涂层与上述部件的粘结牢固度,降低涂层的变形率,在涂层中添加全氟三乙胺和单烷基醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐可显著增强耐磨涂层的耐磨效果和耐冲击效果,提高导向轮组、定型轮组和传送轮组表面硬度和强度,同时本耐磨涂层还具有优异的防腐、散热和抗静电性。
作为优选,耐磨涂层配方成分中的抗菌剂为功能活性多肽,功能活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYYCSKFCGTASCTHYVHPGKLCVCVNCSR,抗菌剂可在耐磨涂层表面形成一层抗菌层,功能活性多肽通过对细菌胞内酶结构、功能及对细菌胞内信号转导,干扰细菌细胞外膜蛋白的转录,抑制细菌在导向轮组、定型轮组和传送轮组表面滋生,防止细菌传递到线标本体表面对注射的颌针鱼健康产生影响,或避免细菌腐蚀导向轮组、定型轮组和传送轮组。
作为优选,钻销组由履带、定位套和钻孔机组成,履带上半部分内侧固定安装有磁块,定位套均布在履带表面,定位套上端部为喇叭形,下端部为圆柱形,定位套内部设有锥形定位块,定位块与定位套内壁的夹角为5~20°,切断滚刀对线标本体进行切断后,通过重力和磁块的吸力将线标本体吸入定位套内,在定位套内设有锥形定位块可对线标本体固定和定中心,便于钻孔机对线标本体进行钻销,设有的定位块为橡胶材质,具有一定的形变恢复能力,还可在钻销过程中为线标本体减震,避免钻头断裂,有利于提高加工精度和节约生产成本。
作为优选,履带下方向设有切断滚刀一侧倾斜,履带与水平面的垂直线夹角为8~25°,可使断后的线标本体通过重力和磁块的吸力更精准的落入到上端部为喇叭形的定位套内,避免分段后的线标本体未经钻销直接落入到线标收集桶内造成加大工人的工作量和制造成本。
作为优选,履带一侧设有与定位套对应的钻孔机,钻孔机的钻头直径为线标本体直径的7/10~9/10,通过设置的钻头直径可去除线标本体内多余的部分,使线标本体内设有一个内孔,可在后续工序中放入频射芯片再用密封胶进行密封,钻孔机在对线标本体钻孔之前会通过伸缩钻头抵压线标本体使线标本体与定位套固定及确定钻孔中心。
作为优选,喷涂机内设有输送管,输送管的出口端设有喷嘴,可使防锈液均匀的喷涂在线标本体表面,避免防锈液分布不均匀降低其防锈效果,还利于烘干机快速烘干防锈液,使其粘附在线标本体表面,烘干机内部设有气管,气管出口端连接有喷器口,可对防锈液快速烘干,使制造的线标本体具有优异的防锈效果,在保存过程中或植入颌针鱼体内后线标不被腐蚀生锈,可保证鱼类的健康。
作为优选,线标本体头部为半球形,另一端面设有圆孔,线标本体的一侧面为圆柱体另一层面为长方体,长方体表面设有蚀刻序号,蚀刻序号的长度与切断滚刀上均两相邻刀尖的弧长相等,本发明制造的线标本体在钻销后还需进行头部倒圆处理并在其表面涂覆橡胶层,使制造的线标在注射进鱼体内不影响鱼类活动也对鱼类产生的伤害最小,线标侧面蚀刻有序号可实现对颌针鱼标记流放,还可在线标的孔内放置定位跟踪器,有利于颌针鱼的生态评估。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明制备的线标可通过注射器注入颌针鱼体内,对其伤害小,不影响其活动,制备的线标本体不易在存放过程中或注射入鱼体内后发生腐蚀生锈,与现有技术中的制造装置相比,本发明的金属磁性线标制造装置设有多组定型轮组,对线标的定型精度高,通过定型可提高线标的蚀刻速度和质量,设有喷涂机和烘干机可对线标进行防锈处理,切断后的线标可准确落入设有的定位套内,通过钻孔机可实现对线标本体的钻孔,在线标本体内放置频射芯片或定位器或其他电子元件,通过耐磨涂层有效增强导向轮组、定型轮组和传送轮组表面的耐磨、耐冲击效果,表面粗糙度和精度不会降低,有利于保证线标本体的长方形面的加工质量和蚀刻效果,本发明可实现批量生产线标,生产效率高,报废率低,能耗小,标记序号清晰,制造的线标注射进鱼体内后对鱼的活动影响小。
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供一种颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。

实施例2:
本发明的颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置在实际工作时:本发明制造的线标本体1在最初是采用圆柱形的线材通过传动轮组传递到导向轮组2后引导线材进入蚀刻槽4,线材在进入蚀刻机3下方的蚀刻光束区域附件前先通过多组定性轮组5将圆形的线材一面挤压出长方形,便于蚀刻机3在长方形表面加工出标记序号,完成蚀刻后线材初步成型为线标本体1,线标本体1经喷涂机9喷涂防锈液后经烘干机10进行烘干,再由点胶机6对线标本体1表面涂覆一层橡胶,传送轮组601对橡胶层进行线性挤压有利于增强橡胶与线标本体1的粘结牢固度,切断滚刀7对线标本体1进行分段,钻销组8对分段后的线标本体1进行钻销,钻销产生的钻屑通过倒屑板11滑落到钻屑收集桶13内,完工后的线标本体落入设有电磁铁121的线标收集桶12内,工人在将线标本体1未开设圆孔的一端倒圆处理后在其表面涂覆橡胶层,在开设的圆孔内放入频射芯片15或定位跟踪器或其他电子元件,再通过密封胶14封口,即完成线标的制作,整个过程产生的线材浪费少,蚀刻的标记序号清晰,生产快速,能耗小,可实现批量生产。
导向轮组6、定型轮组5和传送轮组601表面喷涂有耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层由以下成分及优选重量份组成:二氧化硅粉末8份、硅酸镁粉末3份、酚醛树脂为11份、DER732环氧树脂7份、全氟三乙胺0.27份、单烷基醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐0.16份、醋酸丁酯14份、羟乙基纤维素4份、聚氨酯8份、抗菌剂0.21份、环戊酮11.4份,二氧化硅粉末与羟乙基纤维素的重量比为2:1,耐磨涂层配方成分中的抗菌剂为功能活性多肽,功能活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYYCSKFCGTASCTHYVHPGKLCVCVNCSR,抗菌剂可在耐磨涂层表面形成一层抗菌层,有效抑菌时间长,功能活性多肽通过对细菌胞内酶结构、功能及对细菌胞内信号转导,干扰细菌细胞外膜蛋白的转录,抑制细菌在导向轮组6、定型轮组5和传送轮组601表面滋生,防止细菌传递到线标本体1表面对注射的颌针鱼健康产生影响,或避免细菌腐蚀导向轮组6、定型轮组5和传送轮组601;在导向轮组6、定型轮组5和传送轮组601表面喷涂耐磨涂层后经烘干处理后使用可有效增强上述部件的耐磨、耐冲击效果,涂层不易出现裂纹或脱落,使上述部件在长期与线材接触过程中表面不易产生磨损,表面粗糙度和精度不会降低,因此有利于保证线标本体1的长方形面的加工质量和蚀刻效果,通过控制二氧化硅粉末与羟乙基纤维素的重量可增强涂层与上述部件的粘结牢固度,降低涂层的变形率,在涂层中添加全氟三乙胺和单烷基醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐可显著增强耐磨涂层的耐磨效果和耐冲击效果,提高导向轮组6、定型轮组5和传送轮组601表面硬度和强度,同时本耐磨涂层还具有优异的防腐、散热和抗静电性。
定型轮502的半圆弧面的底面还设有凹环,凹环宽度不仅限于线标本体1直径的1/5~1/4,还可以是40/200或41/200或42/200或43/200……或49/200或50/200;定位块802a与定位套802内壁的夹角不仅限于5~20°,还可以是5°或5.1°或5.2°或5.3°……或19.9°或20°;履带804与水平面的垂直线夹角不仅限于8~25°,还可以说是8°或8.1°或8.2°或8.3°……或24.9°或25°。

8.根据权利要求1所述的颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置,其特征在于:所述喷涂机(9)内设有输送管(901),所述输送管(901)的出口端设有喷嘴,所述烘干机(10)内部设有气管(101),所述气管(101)出口端连接有喷器口。
9.根据权利要求1所述的颌针鱼的金属磁性线标制造装置,其特征在于:所述线标本体(1)头部为半球形,另一端面设有圆孔,所述线标本体(1)的一侧面为圆柱体另一层面为长方体,所述长方体表面设有蚀刻序号,所述蚀刻序号的长度与切断滚刀(7)上均两相邻刀尖的弧长相等。
