本发明涉及模拟蓄电池特性电源。包括MCU及依次连接的整流滤波电路、高频开关、变压整流滤波电路、电流采集器和直流输出端,所述高频开关连接有PWM调制驱动器,所述电流采集器和直流输出端分别与PWM调制驱动器和MCU连接,所述MCU连接有设定电压DA转换器和设定电阻DA转换器,所述设定电压DA转换器与PWM调制驱动器之间连接有设定值合成模块,设定电阻DA转换器和电流采集器通过运算网络与设定值合成模块连接,MCU还连接有LCD显示屏和输入键盘,整流滤波电路连接有市电。本发明使用普通直流稳压电源增加控制模块,使得直流电压具有蓄电池的特性,代替蓄电池完成测试,提高了产品测试的一致性和测试效率。

本发明涉及模拟蓄电池特性电源。
背景技术
在汽车和摩托车制造业中,对启动马达的测试中按照国家标准必须采用蓄电池作为电源来测试,这就带来了几个问题:1、由于蓄电池的电量在测试过程中不断下降,使得产品测试时的一致性大大折扣;2、由于蓄电池需要不定时的充电,而且充电速度缓慢,大大影响了测试效率;3、蓄电池的使用寿命低下,报废的蓄电池处理会给环境带来很大危害。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供可代替蓄电池完成测试,提高产品测试的一致性和测试效率的模拟蓄电池特性电源。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括MCU及依次连接的整流滤波电路、高频开关、变压整流滤波电路、电流采集器和直流输出端,所述高频开关连接有PWM调制驱动器,所述电流采集器和直流输出端分别与PWM调制驱动器和MCU连接,所述MCU连接有设定电压DA转换器和设定电阻DA转换器,所述设定电压DA转换器与PWM调制驱动器之间连接有设定值合成模块,设定电阻DA转换器和电流采集器通过运算网络与设定值合成模块连接,MCU还连接有LCD显示屏和输入键盘,整流滤波电路连接有市电。
进一步,所述变压整流滤波电路包括快恢复二极管和高频低阻电容。
进一步,所述市电连接有辅助电源。
本发明的优点是:
本发明使用普通直流稳压电源增加控制模块,使得直流电压具有蓄电池的特性,代替蓄电池完成测试,提高了产品测试的一致性和测试效率。

具体实施方式
模拟蓄电池特性电源,包括MCU及依次连接的整流滤波电路、高频开关、变压整流滤波电路、电流采集器和直流输出端,所述高频开关连接有PWM调制驱动器,所述电流采集器和直流输出端分别与PWM调制驱动器和MCU连接,所述MCU连接有设定电压DA转换器和设定电阻DA转换器,所述设定电压DA转换器与PWM调制驱动器之间连接有设定值合成模块,设定电阻DA转换器和电流采集器通过运算网络与设定值合成模块连接,MCU还连接有LCD显示屏和输入键盘,整流滤波电路连接有市电;所述变压整流滤波电路包括快恢复二极管和高频低阻电容;所述市电连接有辅助电源。
市电输入到整流滤波电路,经过整流滤波电路得到高压直流,高压直流直接加到高频开关上进行斩波,变成高压高频脉冲电压加到变压整流滤波电路上,经过高频隔离变压器变压,再进行高频整流和滤波得到直流电压,经过电流采集器后,直接加到直流输出端。
电源启动后,MCU将设定的空载电压输出到设定电压DA转换器上,设定电压DA转换器将设置的电压由数字信号转换成模拟信号作为控制输出电压的一个基准电压送到设定值合成模块,另一方面,MCU将设定的电池内阻信号输出到设定电阻DA转换器上,设定电阻DA转换器将设置的内阻由数字信号转换成模拟信号加到运算网络上,运算网络根据输出电流和内阻实时计算出另一个基准信号也加到设定值合成模块上,设定值合成模块将两路信号合成后产生PWM调制驱动器的基准,PWM调制驱动器根据这一基准信号和输出电压的反馈信号控制高频脉冲的脉冲宽度,以达到稳定电压的目的。
电流采集器和直流输出端分别将电流、电压信号送至MCU,由MCU完成AD转换后送到LCD显示屏上,用于实时显示输出电压和电流。

1.模拟蓄电池特性电源,其特征在于,包括MCU及依次连接的整流滤波电路、高频开关、变压整流滤波电路、电流采集器和直流输出端,所述高频开关连接有PWM调制驱动器,所述电流采集器和直流输出端分别与PWM调制驱动器和MCU连接,所述MCU连接有设定电压DA转换器和设定电阻DA转换器,所述设定电压DA转换器与PWM调制驱动器之间连接有设定值合成模块,设定电阻DA转换器和电流采集器通过运算网络与设定值合成模块连接,MCU还连接有LCD显示屏和输入键盘,整流滤波电路连接有市电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模拟蓄电池特性电源,其特征在于,所述变压整流滤波电路包括快恢复二极管和高频低阻电容。
