Abstract

本发明涉及一种粗车件金相试样取样方法,它属于汽车配件领域。本发明取样采用横截面分层剖切取样,保证制样效率的同时最大限度地体现一个毛坯料和产品整体金相组织的特征;采用扇形纵向剖切取样,即舍弃横截面,转为沿长度方向纵向剖切,在一个剖面上完整展现产品沿长度方向上的整体金相特征。本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,取样准确,减少由于金相试样制备方法所造成的组织判定误差,确保产品质量合格。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种取样方法,尤其是涉及一种粗车件金相试样取样方法,它主要用于金相组织判定,它属于汽车配件领域。
背景技术
目前,金相检验取样基本为毛坯料或成品的横截面剖切取样,横截面剖切的方法主要好处是方便快捷,毛料或成品件经过车削或锯断,去除外表面不需要的部分,从而进一步制作金相试样镶块,由于取材体积小,压块方便,效率高,从而得到公司长久应用。
然而横向截面剖切有时不能尽善尽美,样面组织不能代表整个材料的组织特征,从而容易造成判断错误。
因此,提供一种取样准确,减少由于金相试样制备方法所造成的组织判定误差,显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,取样准确,减少由于金相试样制备方法所造成的组织判定误差,确保产品质量合格的粗车件金相试样取样方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)采用横截面分层剖切取样,保证制样效率的同时最大限度地体现一个毛坯料和产品整体金相组织的特征;
(2)采用扇形纵向剖切取样,即舍弃横截面,转为沿长度方向纵向剖切,在一个剖面上完整展现产品沿长度方向上的整体金相特征。
作为优选,本发明步骤(1)中,剖切的距离为5mm。
作为优选,本发明所述步骤(1)中,取样的数量为3-5片;根据具体产品长度决定取样数。
作为优选,本发明所述步骤(2)中,取样剖线沿回转件轴向剖切;避免样块较大,不利于制作镶块。
作为优选,本发明所述步骤(2)中,剖切一个面或者多个面;尽量减少取样误差。
作为优选,本发明所述步骤(2)中,通过线切割精密加工设备进行制样;提高制样效率。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:整个结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,取样准确,减少由于金相试样制备方法所造成的组织判定误差,确保产品质量合格。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。

参见图1至图3,本实施例为了减少金相组织判定错误的几率,在取样方法上做出了一系列的更改,包括改变剖切面和分层剖切等方法。
本实施例所采取的金相试样取样方法具体为:(1)采用横截面分层剖切的方法取样,在保证制样效率的同时最大限度地体现一个毛坯料和产品整体金相组织的特征,剖切距离为5mm,根据具体产品长度决定取样数,一般取3-5片不等;(2)采用扇形纵向剖切的方法取样,即舍弃横截面,转为沿长度方向纵向剖切,这样可以在一个剖面上完整展现产品沿长度方向上的整体金相特征,然而制样效率低,需要线切割等精密加工设备的支持,样块一般较为大,不利于制作镶块,取样剖线沿回转件轴向即可,通常剖一个面即可,也可剖取多个面,尽量减少取样误差。
本实施例确保取样部位具有代表性,综合考虑可能会出现组织缺陷的地方,知道产品的使用状态及受力方向,从而决定用横向剖切还是纵向剖切,取样为几层等。
本实施例关于退火产品金相取样方法,主要用于金相组织判定;减少由于金相试样制备方法所造成的组织判定误差,确保产品质量合格。

1.一种粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)采用横截面分层剖切取样,保证制样效率的同时最大限度地体现一个毛坯料和产品整体金相组织的特征;
(2)采用扇形纵向剖切取样,即舍弃横截面,转为沿长度方向纵向剖切,在一个剖面上完整展现产品沿长度方向上的整体金相特征。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,剖切的距离为5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,取样的数量为3-5片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,取样剖线沿回转件轴向剖切。
5.根据权利要求1所述的粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,剖切一个面或者多个面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的粗车件金相试样取样方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,通过线切割精密加工设备进行制样。
