本发明公开了一种远程控制式气动球阀,包括气缸、转动轴、阀体、密封圈、充气圈、阀芯、电磁阀以及信号接收器,所述的气缸通过转动轴与阀体相连接,所述的阀芯、密封圈和充气圈均设置在阀体内,所述的阀芯设置在两个充气圈之间,所述的密封圈分别设置在充气圈与阀体的接触面之间,所述的电磁阀设置在气缸上,所述的信号接收器设置在气缸上并与电磁阀相连接。通过上述方式,本发明的远程控制式气动球阀,完全关闭状态时,充气圈自动充气,膨胀后就将密封圈紧紧裹持住阀体和阀芯,耐磨损,密封性能好,从而形成一条可靠的密封环带,阻止物料的流动,且无需直接操作阀门,可以远程操作即可实现阀门的开启和关闭,使用方便,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械配件的技术领域,尤其涉及一种远程控制式气动球阀。
背景技术
由于球阀具有阻力小,密封性好、开关迅速、可靠性高等特点,所以流体输送管道中应用非常广泛,但是目前球阀其开关时都只能通过直接操作阀杆来进行的,而不能远程操作对其进行控制,这在一定程度上影响了其使用的便利性,同时直接操作阀门使用起来比较费力,影响了其易用性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种远程控制式气动球阀,完全关闭状态时,充气圈自动充气,膨胀后就将密封圈紧紧裹持住阀体和阀芯,耐磨损,密封性能好,从而形成一条可靠的密封环带,阻止物料的流动,且无需直接操作阀门,可以远程操作即可实现阀门的开启和关闭,使用方便,使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种远程控制式气动球阀,包括气缸、转动轴、阀体、密封圈、充气圈、阀芯、电磁阀以及信号接收器,所述的气缸通过转动轴与阀体相连接,所述的阀芯、密封圈和充气圈均设置在阀体内,所述的阀芯设置在两个充气圈之间,所述的密封圈分别设置在充气圈与阀体的接触面之间,所述的电磁阀设置在气缸上,所述的信号接收器设置在气缸上并与电磁阀相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的阀芯为半圆球体结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的阀芯的材料采用氧化锆陶瓷。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的阀体与密封圈之间保持有0.2mm-0.4mm的间隙。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的密封圈和充气圈的材料均采用氯丁橡胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的信号接收器采用无线和蓝牙的通讯信息。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的远程控制式气动球阀,完全关闭状态时,充气圈自动充气,膨胀后就将密封圈紧紧裹持住阀体和阀芯,耐磨损,密封性能好,从而形成一条可靠的密封环带,阻止物料的流动,且无需直接操作阀门,可以远程操作即可实现阀门的开启和关闭,使用方便,使用寿命长。

一种远程控制式气动球阀,包括气缸1、转动轴2、阀体3、密封圈4、充气圈5、阀芯6、电磁阀7以及信号接收器8,所述的气缸1通过转动轴2与阀体3相连接,所述的阀芯6、密封圈4和充气圈5均设置在阀体3内,所述的阀芯6设置在两个充气圈5之间,所述的密封圈4分别设置在充气圈5与阀体3的接触面之间,所述的电磁阀7设置在气缸1上,所述的信号接收器8设置在气缸1上并与电磁阀7相连接。
上述中,所述的阀芯6的材料采用氧化锆陶瓷,其中,所述的阀芯6为半圆球体结构。
进一步的,所述的阀体3与密封圈4之间保持有0.2mm-0.4mm的间隙,避免它们之间的接触磨损。当远程控制式气动球阀处于完全关闭状态时,充气圈5自动充气,膨胀后就将密封圈4紧紧裹持住阀体3和阀芯6,耐磨损,密封性能好。其中,所述的密封圈4和充气圈5的材料均采用氯丁橡胶。
本实施例中,所述的信号接收器8采用无线和蓝牙的通讯信息,方便传递信号,无需直接操作阀门,可以远程操作即可实现阀门的开启和关闭,使用方便,使用寿命长。
综上所述,本发明的远程控制式气动球阀,完全关闭状态时,充气圈自动充气,膨胀后就将密封圈紧紧裹持住阀体和阀芯,耐磨损,密封性能好,从而形成一条可靠的密封环带,阻止物料的流动,且无需直接操作阀门,可以远程操作即可实现阀门的开启和关闭,使用方便,使用寿命长。

1.一种远程控制式气动球阀,其特征在于,包括气缸、转动轴、阀体、密封圈、充气圈、阀芯、电磁阀以及信号接收器,所述的气缸通过转动轴与阀体相连接,所述的阀芯、密封圈和充气圈均设置在阀体内,所述的阀芯设置在两个充气圈之间,所述的密封圈分别设置在充气圈与阀体的接触面之间,所述的电磁阀设置在气缸上,所述的信号接收器设置在气缸上并与电磁阀相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远程控制式气动球阀,其特征在于,所述的阀芯为半圆球体结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的远程控制式气动球阀,其特征在于,所述的阀芯的材料采用氧化锆陶瓷。
