Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a clamping device for a cuff machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a clamping assembly 1, wherein the clamping assembly 1 includes a sewing press plate 11, an inner press plate 12 and a first driving assembly; an inner pressure plate mounting groove 111 is formed in the bottom surface of the sewing pressure plate 11, the depth of the inner pressure plate mounting groove 111 is larger than the thickness of the inner pressure plate 12, the inner pressure plate 12 is arranged in the inner pressure plate mounting groove 111, and the first end of the inner pressure plate 12 is fixed with the first end of the sewing pressure plate 11; the sewing press plate 11 is in transmission connection with the first driving assembly.
The first end of the sewing press plate 11 forms a press plate connecting plate 112 and is connected with a first driving component through the press plate connecting plate 112; the first end of the inner platen 12 is secured to the bottom of the platen connecting plate 112 by a spring plate 14.

The folding assembly 2 further comprises a second insert 26, a third insert 27, a second transmission assembly 28 and a third transmission assembly 29; the second inserting piece 26 is arranged in the installation space adjacent to the second end of the template assembly 11 in a reciprocating manner along the first direction through the second transmission assembly 28; the third tab 27 is reciprocally disposed within the mounting space adjacent the second end of the die plate assembly 11 in a third direction by a third transmission assembly 29.
The folding assembly 2 further comprises a shaping plate, the shape of which cooperates with the shaping recess 25, and a second driving assembly by means of which the shaping plate is fixed to the template assembly 11.
The first transmission assembly 23, the second transmission assembly 28, the third transmission assembly 29 and the vertical driving member 131 employ cylinders.
According to the sleeve fork machine clamping device, a first end of an inner pressing plate 12 is fixed with the bottom of a pressing plate connecting plate 112 through a spring plate 14; after the first driving component 23 drives the first inserting piece 22 to fold the sleeve fork piece 4, the vertical driving piece 131 drives the ejector rod 132 to push the lower top inner pressing plate 12 to clamp the folded sleeve fork piece 4, so that the phenomenon that the sleeve fork piece 4 is driven to move to influence the processing quality of a product due to the retracting of the inserting piece can be effectively prevented. The embodiment can assist in clamping and positioning in the sleeve fork processing process; the method has the advantages of convenience in operation, good positioning effect and stable processing quality.

the first end of the sewing pressing plate forms a pressing plate connecting plate and is connected with the first driving assembly through the pressing plate connecting plate; the first end of the inner pressing plate is fixed with the bottom of the pressing plate connecting plate through a spring plate;
the first driving assembly comprises a sewing pressing plate transmission assembly and a lower pressing jacking rod assembly; the sewing pressing plate transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the sewing pressing plate; the lower pressing jacking rod assembly comprises a vertical driving piece and a jacking rod, wherein the jacking rod is fixed on a frame in a reciprocating manner along the vertical direction through the vertical driving piece and can extend into the through hole to downwards press the inner pressing plate;
the folding assembly comprises a template assembly, two first inserting sheets and two first transmission assemblies; the sewing press plate is matched with the shaping groove in shape and can enter the shaping groove under the transmission of the first driving component; the first inserting piece is parallel to the first direction and can be respectively opposite to the mounting space at two sides of the processing groove in a reciprocating motion way along a second direction through the first transmission component; the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.

The cuff machine clamping device of claim 1, wherein the folding assembly further comprises a second tab, a third tab, a second transmission assembly and a third transmission assembly; the second inserting sheet is arranged in the installation space adjacent to the second end of the template component in a reciprocating manner along the first direction through the second transmission component; the third inserting piece is arranged in the installation space adjacent to the second end of the template component in a reciprocating manner along a third direction through the third transmission component.

A cuff machine clamping arrangement according to claim 2, wherein said folding assembly further comprises a profiled plate and a second drive assembly, said profiled plate being shaped to mate with said profiled recess, said profiled plate being secured to said template assembly by said second drive assembly.
4. A cuff machine clamping device as recited in claim 3, wherein said first transmission assembly, said second transmission assembly, said third transmission assembly and said first drive assembly employ air cylinders.
