一种迷彩制作方法,其包含以下步骤:
(1)、确定所处背景为南方林地或北方林地或草原或荒漠;
(2)、采集所处背景的高像素数码彩色图片并通过计算机将所述彩色图片数字化处理,得到背景像素化斑点并且使不同颜色边缘模糊化;
(3)、利用计算机确定并提取背景斑点形状、大小以及分布方式;
(4)、利用计算机根据所述背景斑点的形状、大小以及分布方式确定迷彩斑点的形状、大小以及分布方式;
(5)、利用计算机根据步骤(1)中选取的地区以及各地区红外线隐身涂料的颜色,按照南方林地型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,黄土YE2344,分别占总面积的30%、40%、30%;北方林地型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,沙土SE2635,分别占总面积的30%、40%、30%;草原型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,沙土SE2635,分别占总面积的15%、60%、25%;荒漠型:黄绿YG1247,褐土BE1732,沙土SE3948,分别占总面积的20%、30%、50%的面积比例对迷彩斑点进行填充,得到整体迷彩图案;
(6)、根据步骤(5)中得到的整体迷彩图案,利用上述的红外线隐身涂料进行印染。
其进一步特征在于:
步骤(4)中所述迷彩斑点的最小尺寸根据侦查分辨率水平或最小观察距离确定;
步骤(5)中所述整体迷彩图案亮度小于等于背景的平均亮度;
步骤(6)中所述印染工艺采用圆网印花。
一种隐身罩衣,包括遮蔽面,所述遮蔽面包含外表层、内表层以及基布,所述内表层印染有迷彩图案,其特征在于:所述迷彩图案的印染采用上述的一种迷彩制作方法进行操作。
其进一步特征在于:
所述外表层选用聚氨酯阻燃胶和氟系防水防油剂制作;所述基布选用牛津布制作。
采用了这样的方法以及结构后,内表层利用三种不同红外发射率的涂料填充,能保证红外热像仪观察时形成三个层次的热迷彩斑点,达到分割目标红外特征的目的,从而实现红外线隐身;另外,外表层以及基布的制作材料,还能使罩衣具有使用寿命长、环境适应能力强、物理机械综合性能高的优点。

一种红外线隐身涂料,其包括南方林地型涂料,北方林地型涂料,草原型涂料,荒漠型涂料;南方林地型涂料包括深绿DG0730涂料、翠绿EG1456涂料、黄土YE2344涂料;北方林地型涂料包括深绿DG0730涂料、翠绿EG1456涂料、沙土SE2635涂料;草原型涂料包括深绿DG0730涂料、翠绿EG1456涂料、沙土SE2635涂料;荒漠型涂料包括黄绿YG1247涂料、褐土BE1732涂料、沙土SE3948涂料;深绿DG0730包含以下成分:铬绿28%,大分子黄18.8%,近红外高反射黑2.5%,滑石粉11.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂44.8%,异氰酸酯20.4%;黄绿YG1247包含以下成分:铬绿24.8%,中铬黄20.2%,天兰2.5%,钛白4.3%,滑石粉11.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂44.8%,异氰酸酯20.4%;翠绿EG1456包含以下成分:铬绿24.2%,大分子黄14.6%,近红外高反射黑2.5%,钛白4.5%,铝粉10%,滑石粉11.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂44%,异氰酸酯20%;褐土BE1732包含以下成分:铁红27.2%,铁黄14.6%,钛白2.5%,酞氰兰6.9%,铝粉9.5%,滑石粉8.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂41.4%,异氰酸酯19.3%;黄土YE2344包含以下成分:铁红25.2%,铁黄15.6%,钛白2.9%,酞氰兰2.9%,碳黑2.3%,铝粉11.5%,滑石粉8.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂43.1%,异氰酸酯19.9%;沙土SE3948包含以下成分:铁黄20.6%,钛白20.2%,酞氰兰3.8%,碳黑2.3%,铝粉11.5%,滑石粉8.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂43.1%,异氰酸酯19.9%;沙土SE2635包含以下成分:铁红3.9%,铁黄27.6%,钛白10.6%,酞氰兰3.7%,碳黑2.1%,铝粉12.5%,滑石粉8.1%,消光剂6.5%,丙烯酸树脂43.1%,异氰酸酯19.9%;铬绿、大分子黄、近红外高反射黑、中铬黄、天兰、钛白、铁红、铁黄、酞氰兰、碳黑均红外透明。
一种迷彩制作方法,其包含以下步骤:
(1)、确定所处背景为南方林地或北方林地或草原或荒漠;
(2)、采集所处背景的高像素数码彩色图片并通过计算机将所述彩色图片数字化处理,得到背景像素化斑点并且使不同颜色边缘模糊化;
(3)、利用计算机确定并提取背景斑点形状、大小以及分布方式;
(4)、利用计算机根据所述背景斑点的形状、大小以及分布方式确定迷彩斑点的形状、大小以及分布方式;迷彩斑点的最小尺寸根据侦查分辨率水平或最小观察距离确定;
(5)、利用计算机根据步骤(1)中选取的地区以及上述各地区红外线隐身涂料的颜色,按照南方林地型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,黄土YE2344,分别占总面积的30%、40%、30%;北方林地型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,沙土SE2635,分别占总面积的30%、40%、30%;草原型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,沙土SE2635,分别占总面积的15%、60%、25%;荒漠型:黄绿YG1247,褐土BE1732,沙土SE3948,分别占总面积的20%、30%、50%的面积比例对迷彩斑点进行填充,得到整体迷彩图案;整体迷彩图案亮度小于等于背景的平均亮度;
(6)、根据步骤(5)中得到的整体迷彩图案,利用上述的红外线隐身涂料进行印染,印染工艺采用圆网印花。
一种隐身罩衣,包括遮蔽面,如图1所示,遮蔽面包含外表层1、内表层2以及基布3,外表层1由95%的聚氨酯阻燃胶和5%的氟系防水防油剂制作,具有透明、阻燃、防水、防霉变、耐盐雾和耐湿热的效果;内表层2通过圆网印花印染有迷彩图案,迷彩图案的印染采用上述的一种迷彩制作方法进行操作;基布3由牛津布制作,具有轻质、耐磨损、撕裂强度高的优点。
经测试实施例一中,深绿DG0730涂料的红外发射率为0.91,黄绿YG1247涂料的红外发射率为0.909均大于0.9,所以这两种涂料具有红外高发射率,翠绿EG1456涂料的红外发射率为0.795,褐土BE1732涂料的红外发射率为0.783,均大于0.75小于0.9所以这两种涂料具有红外中发射率,黄土YE2344涂料的红外发射率为0.612,沙土SE3948涂料的红外发射率为0.636,沙土SE2635涂料的红外发射率为0.649,均小于0.65所以这三种涂料具有红外低发射率。
实施例二中,深绿DG0730涂料的红外发射率为0.953,黄绿YG1247涂料的红外发射率为0.945均大于0.9,所以这两种涂料具有红外高发射率,翠绿EG1456涂料的红外发射率为0.824,褐土BE1732涂料的红外发射率为0.785,均大于0.75小于0.9所以这两种涂料具有红外中发射率,黄土YE2344涂料的红外发射率为0.629,沙土SE3948涂料的红外发射率为0.639,沙土SE2635涂料的红外发射率为0.590,均小于0.65所以这三种涂料具有红外低发射率。
实施例三中,深绿DG0730涂料的红外发射率为0.945,黄绿YG1247涂料的红外发射率为0.935均大于0.9,所以这两种涂料具有红外高发射率,翠绿EG1456涂料的红外发射率为0.802,褐土BE1732涂料的红外发射率为0.798,均大于0.75小于0.9,所以这两种涂料具有红外中发射率,黄土YE2344涂料的红外发射率为0.623,沙土SE3948涂料的红外发射率为0.602,沙土SE2635涂料的红外发射率为0.589,均小于0.65所以这三种涂料具有红外低发射率。
由上述三个实施例的实施效果可以看出,深绿DG0730涂料、黄绿YG1247涂料均具有红外高发射率;翠绿EG1456涂料、褐土BE1732涂料均具有红外中发射率;黄土YE2344涂料、沙土SE3948涂料、沙土SE2635涂料均具有红外低发射率。
通过将具有红外高发射率、红外中发射率、红外低发射率的涂料分别对迷彩进行填充,就能在红外热像仪观察时形成三个层次的热迷彩斑点,达到分割红外特征的目的,从而实现红外线隐身。
在使用时,遮蔽面架设在使用对象的外部,形状与使用对象的外形轮廓一致,形成与环境背景相协调的隐身能力,遮蔽面三层结构不仅使隐身罩衣具备红外线隐身的能力,还能保证罩衣使用寿命长,环境适应力强,物理机械综合性能高等优点,功能十分完善。
以上,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

1.一种红外线隐身涂料,其包括南方林地型涂料,北方林地型涂料,草原型涂料,荒漠型涂料;所述南方林地型涂料包括深绿DG0730涂料、翠绿EG1456涂料、黄土YE2344涂料;所述北方林地型涂料包括深绿DG0730涂料、翠绿EG1456涂料、沙土SE2635涂料;所述草原型涂料包括深绿DG0730涂料、翠绿EG1456涂料、沙土SE2635涂料;所述荒漠型涂料包括黄绿YG1247涂料、褐土BE1732涂料、沙土SE3948涂料;其特征在于:所述深绿DG0730涂料包含以下成分:铬绿24%~28%,大分子黄14.8%~18.8%,近红外高反射黑0.3%~2.5%,滑石粉1.1%~11.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂28.8%~44.8%,异氰酸酯4.4%~20.4%;所述黄绿YG1247涂料包含以下成分:铬绿20.8%~24.8%,中铬黄16.2%~20.2%,天兰0.3%~2.5%,钛白0.3%~4.3%,滑石粉1.1%~11.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂28.8%~44.8%,异氰酸酯4.4%~20.4%;所述翠绿EG1456涂料包含以下成分:铬绿20.2%~24.2%,大分子黄10.6%~14.6%,近红外高反射黑0.3%~2.5%,钛白0.5%~4.5%,铝粉6%~10%,滑石粉1.1%~11.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂28%~44%,异氰酸酯4%~20%;所述褐土BE1732涂料包含以下成分:铁红23.2%~27.2%,铁黄10.6%~14.6%,钛白0.3%~2.5%,酞氰兰2.9%~6.9%,铝粉5.5%~9.5%,滑石粉1.1%~8.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂25.4%~41.4%,异氰酸酯3.3%~19.3%;所述黄土YE2344涂料包含以下成分:铁红21.2%~25.2%,铁黄11.6%~15.6%,钛白0.5%~2.9%,酞氰兰0.5%~2.9%,碳黑0.2%~2.3%,铝粉7.5%~11.5%,滑石粉1.1%~8.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂27.1%~43.1%,异氰酸酯3.9%~19.9%;所述沙土SE3948涂料包含以下成分:铁黄16.6%~20.6%,钛白16.2%~20.2%,酞氰兰1.0%~3.8%,碳黑0.2%~2.3%,铝粉7.5%~11.5%,滑石粉1.1%~8.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂27.1%~43.1%,异氰酸酯3.9%~19.9%;所述沙土SE2635涂料包含以下成分:铁红0.9%~3.9%,铁黄23.6%~27.6%,钛白6.6%~10.6%,酞氰兰0.7%~3.7%,碳黑0.1%~2.1%,铝粉8.5%~12.5%,滑石粉1.1%~8.1%,消光剂0.5%~6.5%,丙烯酸树脂27.1%~43.1%,异氰酸酯3.9%~19.9%;所述铬绿、所述大分子黄、所述近红外高反射黑、所述中铬黄、所述天兰、所述钛白、所述铁红、所述铁黄、所述酞氰兰、所述碳黑均红外透明。
2.一种迷彩制作方法,其包含以下步骤:
(1)、确定所处背景为南方林地或北方林地或草原或荒漠;
(2)、采集所处背景的高像素数码彩色图片并通过计算机将所述彩色图片数字化处理,得到背景像素化斑点并且使不同颜色边缘模糊化;
(3)、利用计算机确定并提取背景斑点形状、大小以及分布方式;
(4)、利用计算机根据所述背景斑点的形状、大小以及分布方式确定迷彩斑点的形状、大小以及分布方式;
(5)、利用计算机根据步骤(1)中选取的地区以及各地区红外线隐身涂料的颜色,按照南方林地型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,黄土YE2344,分别占总面积的30%、40%、30%;北方林地型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,沙土SE2635,分别占总面积的30%、40%、30%;草原型:深绿DG0730,翠绿EG1456,沙土SE2635,分别占总面积的15%、60%、25%;荒漠型:黄绿YG1247,褐土BE1732,沙土SE3948,分别占总面积的20%、30%、50%的面积比例对迷彩斑点进行填充,得到整体迷彩图案;
(6)、根据步骤(5)中得到的整体迷彩图案,利用权利要求1所述的一种红外线隐身涂料进行印染。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种迷彩制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述迷彩斑点的最小尺寸根据侦查分辨率水平或最小观察距离确定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种迷彩制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述整体迷彩图案亮度小于等于背景的平均亮度。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种迷彩制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中所述印染工艺采用圆网印花。
6.一种隐身罩衣,包括遮蔽面,所述遮蔽面包含外表层、内表层以及基布,所述内表层印染有迷彩图案,其特征在于:所述迷彩图案的印染采用权利要求2-5之一所述的一种迷彩制作方法进行操作。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种隐身罩衣,其特征在于:所述外表层选用聚氨酯阻燃胶和氟系防水防油剂制作;所述基布选用牛津布制作。
