本发明公开了一种抑菌滤芯,滤芯主体材质为活性炭,其中,在活性炭中加入抑菌剂,所述抑菌剂配方重量配比如下:KDF10‑30份;氯化钙10‑30份;托玛琳粉10‑30份;负离子粉10‑30份;氧化锶2‑4份;引发剂1‑3份;硬脂酸镁2‑6份;稳定剂2‑6份。本发明的优点在于:本发明的抑菌滤芯,在实现物理过滤的同时,能够起到较好的杀菌、抑菌效果,全面净化水质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤芯,特别涉及一种抑菌滤芯。
背景技术
活性炭是孔隙多、比表面积大(达1800平方米/克以上)、吸附活性很强的炭,广泛应用于国防、制药、化工、食品和环境保护等方面。活性炭是用木屑、枝桠、木炭、煤炭等为原料,通过炭化和活化制得。根据活化方法不同活性炭分为化学炭(氯化锌法下回转炉和简易法)和物理炭(水蒸气法和闷烧法),按几何形状不同可分为粉状炭和颗粒炭。按用途不同分为糖用炭、药用炭、抑菌炭、脱硫炭等。活性炭的元素组成以碳为主,也含有少量氢、氧和灰分。
传统的活性炭滤芯,仅能实现物理过滤的功能,没有抑菌效果;因此,局限性较大,如何提高活性炭滤芯的过滤时的抑菌效果是亟待解决的技术问题。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高抑菌效果的抑菌滤芯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种抑菌滤芯,其创新点在于:滤芯主体材质为活性炭,其中,在活性炭中加入抑菌剂,所述抑菌剂配方重量配比如下:KDF10-30 份;氯化钙10-30 份;托玛琳粉10-30 份;负离子粉10-30 份;稳定剂2-6份;氧化锶2-4份;引发剂1-3份;硬脂酸镁2-6份。
进一步的,KDF20 份;氯化钙20份;托玛琳粉20份;负离子粉20 份;稳定剂4份;氧化锶3份;引发剂2份;硬脂酸镁4份。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的抑菌滤芯,在实现物理过滤的同时,能够起到较好的杀菌、抑菌效果,全面净化水质。
