本发明公开了一种抑菌活性炭滤芯,滤芯主体材质为活性炭,其中,在活性炭中加入抑菌剂,所述抑菌剂配方重量配比如下:KDF10‑30 份;石榴石粉10‑30 份;托玛琳粉10‑30 份;负离子粉10‑30 份;稳定剂2‑6份。本发明的优点在于:本发明的抑菌活性炭滤芯,在实现物理过滤的同时,能够起到较好的杀菌、抑菌效果,全面净化水质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤芯,特别涉及一种抑菌活性炭滤芯。
背景技术
活性炭是孔隙多、比表面积大(达1800 平方米/ 克以上)、吸附活性很强的炭,广泛应用于国防、制药、化工、食品和环境保护等方面。活性炭是用木屑、枝桠、木炭、煤炭等为原料,通过炭化和活化制得。根据活化方法不同活性炭分为化学炭(氯化锌法下回转炉和简易法)和物理炭(水蒸气法和闷烧法),按几何形状不同可分为粉状炭和颗粒炭。按用途不同分为糖用炭、药用炭、抑菌炭、脱硫炭等。活性炭的元素组成以碳为主,也含有少量氢、氧和灰分。
传统的活性炭滤芯,仅能实现物理过滤的功能,没有抑菌效果;因此,局限性较大,如何提高活性炭滤芯的过滤时的抑菌效果是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高抑菌效果的抑菌活性炭滤芯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种抑菌活性炭滤芯,其创新点在于:滤芯主体材质为活性炭,其中,在活性炭中加入抑菌剂,所述抑菌剂配方重量配比如下:KDF10-30 份;石榴石粉10-30 份;托玛琳粉10-30 份;负离子粉10-30 份;稳定剂2-6份。
进一步的,KDF20 份;石榴石粉20份;托玛琳粉20份;负离子粉20 份;稳定剂4份。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的抑菌活性炭滤芯,在实现物理过滤的同时,能够起到较好的杀菌、抑菌效果,全面净化水质。
