Abstract

本发明提供一种入液阀,主要用于层析柱,包括喷头、阀座、中空气缸、入液管、清洗管等,通过气缸拉动喷胶管和喷头一起向下或向上运动来实现阀的开启和关闭,从而完成色谱填料的装填或者层析柱和阀本身的清洗。本发明结构简单可靠,体积紧凑小巧,大大降低工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种入液阀,主要应用于层析柱上,属于液相色谱领域。
背景技术
层析技术在分离领域中的优势已经众所周知,可用于从复杂混合物中有效地分离出目标产物、去除目标物中的杂质、最终产物的净化或产品溶液的置换等,具有高分离效率的特点,可在条件相对温和的条件下分离热敏或易失活的产品,如蛋白质、多糖和多肽等。层析柱是实现层析分离的关键,层析柱一般由柱筒、可调高度的顶部分配器、底部分配器和位于上下分配器以及柱筒之间用于解析的颗粒状填料等组成。顶部分配器设有流动相入口阀门,底部分配器设有流动相出口阀门。一般层析柱入液阀通常带有自动装填的喷胶功能和自动清洗功能。而现有技术的入液阀自动控制通常用两个气缸(13)加两根连杆(12)和一些其它组件组成,结构复杂、体积大、容易出现故障(如图(5)所示)。本发明采用一个中空气缸,喷胶管通过气缸活塞中心孔进入柱内,实现喷胶和清洗功能。整个结构简单可靠,体积紧凑小巧。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种入液阀,可以用于层析柱的填料装填和清洗,以解决现有技术结构复杂、体积大、容易出现故障等缺点。具体技术方案如下:
一种入液阀1,包括喷头3、阀座7、中空气缸5;阀座7外侧设有入液管8和清洗管6,中空气缸5安装在阀座7的上部,中空气缸5包括缸体11、活塞10、气缸盖14、喷胶管4和螺栓9,喷胶管4固定在活塞10上端,穿过中空气缸5和阀座7,喷头3安装在喷胶管4的下端。气缸盖14、缸体11和活塞10之间形成一个密闭的上腔体15,缸体11、活塞10和喷胶管4之间形成一个密闭的下腔体16。
优选地缸体11上端与下端、活塞10以及气缸盖14中心均设有圆孔,喷胶管4通过圆孔穿过气缸盖14、活塞10和缸体11。
喷头3可以均匀地喷淋匀浆填料或者清洗液,中空气缸5是驱动装置,入液管8是色谱所用流动相入口,清洗管6是清洗液入口,装填料时匀浆填料从喷胶管4进入,阀座7是中空气缸5、入液管8、清洗管6的载体。
本发明的优点是:整个结构简单可靠,体积紧凑小巧,既可以实现均匀地装填色谱填料,提高柱效,又可以自动清洗层析柱和入液阀本身,操作简单,大大降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式:
结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
当层析柱装柱时,气缸上腔体15充气,气压推动活塞10拉动喷胶管4和喷头3一起向下运动,喷头3伸出分配器(如图2所示状态),此时,喷头3伸入层析柱内,喷胶管4与层析柱连通。从喷胶管4泵入匀浆通过喷头3均匀的喷到柱内,逐渐完成装柱。
当层析柱匀浆装填完毕后,气缸下腔体16充气,气压推动活塞10拉动喷胶管4和喷头3一起向上运动,喷头3缩回分配器中(如图1所示状态),此时喷胶管4和层析柱的通道关闭。喷胶管4和清洗管6相通,从清洗管6泵入清洗液对入液阀1内部进行清洗,废液从喷胶管4排出;入液管8和柱内相通,流动相从入液管8泵入,从而进行色谱分离。

1.一种入液阀(1),包括喷头(3)、阀座(7),阀座(7)外侧设有入液管(8)和清洗管(6);其特征在于还包括中空气缸(5),安装在阀座(7)的上部,阀座(7)外侧设有入液管(8)和清洗管(6),所述中空气缸(5)包括缸体(11)、活塞(10)、气缸盖(14)、喷胶管(4)和螺栓(9),喷胶管(4)固定在活塞(10)上端,穿过中空气缸(5)和阀座(7),喷头(3)安装在喷胶管(4)的下端,所述缸体(11)上端与下端、活塞(10)以及气缸盖(14)中心均设有圆孔,喷胶管(4)通过圆孔穿过气缸盖(14)、活塞(10)和缸体(11),气缸盖(14)、缸体(11)和活塞(10)之间形成一个密闭的上腔体(15),缸体(11)、活塞(10)和喷胶管(4)之间形成一个密闭的下腔体(16);
当层析柱装柱时,气缸上腔体(15)充气,气压推动活塞(10)拉动喷胶管(4)和喷头(3)一起向下运动,喷头(3)伸出分配器伸入层析柱内,喷胶管(4)与层析柱连通,从喷胶管(4)泵入匀浆通过喷头(3)均匀的喷到柱内,逐渐完成装柱;
当层析柱匀浆装填完毕后,气缸下腔体(16)充气,气压推动活塞(10)拉动喷胶管(4)和喷头(3)一起向上运动,喷头(3)缩回分配器中,此时喷胶管(4)和层析柱的通道关闭,喷胶管(4)和清洗管(6)相通,从清洗管(6)泵入清洗液对入液阀(1)内部进行清洗,废液从喷胶管(4)排出,入液管(8)和柱内相通,流动相从入液管(8)泵入,从而进行色谱分离。
