Abstract

本发明提供一种人工肋骨的连接结构,包括:卡扣、所述卡扣的一端与所述人工肋骨的一端铰接,另一端开设通孔,螺栓通过所述通孔与椎骨或胸骨固定连接。本发明人工肋骨的连接结构通过与人工肋骨的一端铰接的卡扣,解决了现有技术中人造骨与人体骨骼的连接方式效率低的问题。提高了人工肋骨的装配的效率,加强了人工肋骨与人体骨骼之间连接的稳固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造骨技术领域,尤其涉及一种人工肋骨的连接结构。
背景技术
人体的肋骨缺损会造成呼吸不正常,严重影响人体健康,甚至危及生命。所以要对缺损的胸肋骨进行更换或者修复。
现有技术中人造骨与人体骨骼之间的装配效率低,稳固性差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种人工肋骨的连接结构,以克服上述技术问题。
本发明一种人工肋骨的连接结构,包括:
卡扣、所述卡扣的一端与所述人工肋骨的一端铰接,另一端开设通孔,螺栓通过所述通孔与椎骨或胸骨固定连接。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述卡扣的弯折处设置锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构为PEEK材质。
进一步地,所述锯齿高度为1mm。
本发明人工肋骨的连接结构通过与所述人工肋骨的一端铰接的卡扣,解决了现有技术中人造骨与人体骨骼的连接方式效率低的问题。提高了人工肋骨的装配的效率,加强了人工肋骨与人体骨骼之间连接的稳固性。

图1为本发明人工肋骨的连接结构结构示意图,如图1所示,本实施例的人工肋骨的连接结构可以包括:
卡扣2、所述卡扣2的一端与所述人工肋骨1的一端铰接,另一端开设通孔3,螺栓通过所述通孔3与椎骨或胸骨固定连接。
具体而言,该卡扣2一端与人工肋骨铰接,便于人工肋骨1与椎骨或胸骨的装配,另一端通过螺栓与椎骨或胸骨固定连接,提高了人工肋骨与人体骨骼之间的稳固性。同时,卡扣2的一端与拉伸结构铰接有利于卡扣所固定连接的椎骨或者肋骨的生长。
如图2所示,进一步地,所述卡扣的弯折处设置锯齿结构17,所述锯齿结构17为PEEK材质。
进一步地,所述锯齿17高度为1mm。
具体而言,人体生长过程中,胸骨和椎骨的直径也会变大。因此,本实施例中所述锯齿17的高度为1mm,用于后期胸骨和椎骨的生长空间。解决连接端与胸骨和椎骨的连接处限制生长的问题。

1.一种人工肋骨的连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
卡扣、所述卡扣的一端与所述人工肋骨的一端铰接,另一端开设通孔,螺栓通过所述通孔与椎骨或胸骨固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人工肋骨的连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡扣的弯折处设置锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构为PEEK材质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的人工肋骨的连接结构,其特征在于,所述锯齿高度为1mm。
