The air inlet one-way valve and the air outlet one-way valve are air passage membrane type one-way valves. The gas circuit diaphragm type check valve comprises a copper plate and a silica gel diaphragm, the installation sealing effect of the copper plate is good, the fitting performance of the silica gel diaphragm is good, the larger the air pressure difference between two sides of the check valve is when in inspiration and expiration, the better the sealing effect of the single-phase valve is, and no air leakage is caused.
The air inlet pipe 22 is sleeved with an electromagnetic valve 23, and the electromagnetic valve 23 is connected with the air inlet one-way valve 21. The transformer breather can be an intelligent breather with an intelligent control system, and has the functions of fault diagnosis, fault elimination and real-time monitoring of the state of the breather. The troubleshooting includes that the desiccant 11 is heated and dehumidified, when the desiccant 11 is heated and dehumidified, the air channel 40 of the oil tank needs to be closed, and steam in the desiccant 11 is prevented from entering the air channel 40 of the oil tank, so that the electromagnetic valve 23 is arranged on the air inlet pipe 22, and when the heating and dehumidifying function is started, the air channel 40 of the oil tank is closed through the electromagnetic valve 23.
In order to accelerate the air intake efficiency, the air intake pipe 22 comprises a left pipe 25 and a right pipe 26, and the left pipe 25 and the right pipe 26 are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve 23 and an air intake check valve 21.
The electromagnetic valve 23 is connected with the air inlet check valve 21 through the threaded column 24, so that the electromagnetic valve 23 is connected with the air inlet check valve 21 more firmly, and the electromagnetic valve 23 or the air inlet check valve 21 is prevented from loosening to influence the work of the respirator.
In order to realize the heating and dehumidifying functions of the intelligent respirator, a fan assembly 14 and a heating assembly 15 are arranged above the air inlet filter screen plate 12, and the heating assembly 15 is close to the drying cylinder 10 and is arranged above the fan assembly 14. When the heating and dehumidifying functions are started, the heating assembly 15 uniformly heats the drying agent 11, the fan assembly 14 accelerates the air flow, after the drying agent 11 is recovered to be dried and can be continuously used, the heating assembly 15 stops working, the fan assembly 14 cools the heating assembly 15 and the drying agent 11, and meanwhile, the air entering from the air inlet filter screen plate 12 can also cool the heating assembly 15, so that the respirator can be recovered to be in normal operation as soon as possible.
