The antenna resistance testing tool 100 comprises a planar cylinder 6, wherein the planar cylinder 6 is used for driving the first PCB1 and the second PCB2 to move in an opposite/back-to-back mode.
The connecting wire 3 is used to electrically connect the first PCB1 and the second PCB2, and the connecting wire 3 is preferably a flexible flat cable, so that the connecting wire 3 can be reserved with a sufficient length to ensure that the first PCB1 and the second PCB2 do not break the connecting wire 3 when they are translated in a backward direction.
The workbench 4 is used for placing a metal shell 7 to be tested, and the metal shell 7 is an aluminum alloy metal shell. The fixing device 5 is used for fixing the metal shell 7 on the workbench 4. The fixing device 5 includes a linear cylinder 50, and the linear cylinder 50 is used for pressing down the metal shell 7 to fix the metal shell 7 to the work table 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the metal shell 7 is provided with an antenna 70 to be tested for a resistor, the antenna 70 includes an antenna test point 700, and the antenna test point 700 is respectively disposed at the inner sides of the two opposite ends of the metal shell 7. The first PIN group 10 and the second PIN group 20 are respectively contacted with the antenna test point 700 on the inner side of the side wall at two opposite ends of the metal shell 7 by translating the first PCB1 and the second PCB 2. In this embodiment, the antenna test point 700 is located at an inner side wall of the metal shell 7, and the metal shell generally includes a back shell and a side wall surrounding the back shell. But it is not excluded that the antenna test point can be located inside the back shell.
The multi-path resistance tester respectively realizes the resistance test of the antenna 70 through the first PIN group 10 of the first PCB1 and the second PIN group 20 of the second PCB 2. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the multi-path resistance tester belongs to an external device and is not part of the antenna resistance testing tool 100.
The number of the antenna test points 700 is six, three antenna test points 700 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two opposite ends of the metal shell 7, one of the antenna test points 700 on the inner side of the metal shell 7 at each end belongs to an antenna signal point, and the other two antenna test points belong to an antenna grounding point. The number of the PIN PINs in the first PIN group 10 is the same as that of the PIN PINs in the second PIN group 20, and the number of the PIN PINs is three.

s1, providing the antenna resistance testing tool 100 and the metal shell 7 to be tested;

s4, translating the first PCB1 and the second PCB2 such that the first PIN set 10 and the second PIN set 20 contact the antenna test point 700 of the antenna 70;
and S5, testing the resistance value between any two antenna test points 700 by a multi-path resistance tester.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is acceptable that the resistance value is less than 0.5 Ω.
Compared with the prior art, according to the antenna resistance testing tool and the antenna resistance testing method provided by the invention, the first PCB1 and the second PCB2 are driven to move left and right through the planar cylinder 6, so that the first PIN needle group 10 and the second PIN needle group 20 are driven to respectively contact the antenna test points 700 on the inner side surfaces of the two opposite ends of the metal shell 7, and the problem that the two inner side surfaces of the metal shell 7 are difficult to test can be effectively solved; the first PCB1 and the second PCB2 move simultaneously, so that the inner sides of the two opposite ends of a product can be tested at one time; while an intermediate flex cable may connect the first PCB1 and the second PCB2 circuitry.
